This is a lovely hotel with all the facilities you could want including an indoor pool and outdoor roof pool but just be aware that if you drive there the satnav tries to take you across a pedestrian area and then down a tram only part of the street. We have stayed here before and the first time it took us an hour and a half to find it and the second time, because I thought I knew what I was doing only 45 minutes! Also, if the trees and in leaf you can’t see the hotel name sign.

Good hotel and money/ Value is balanced. Paying for breakfast is not worthy in my view since any local bar will give you much more for half the price but this is common in Spain. The rooftop swimming pool is really small and crowded most of the time.

Very well located hotel (5 minutes walk from Plaza del Pilar). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a small pool in the attic perfect for a dip on the hottest days.

Hotel at the height of its 4 stars. A very charming structure, clean. Professional staff and helpful. Great location to visit the beautiful city centre. The rooftop pool is charming, small, but enjoyable. Breakfast offer varied and quality. The junior suite was very comfortable for my family (2 adults and 2 children).

What I liked: The style of the rooms. The central location of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop neutral: Breakfast was ok. I expect more at that pricepoint.

I have come to this hotel as a guest for a wedding, from the beginning the staff has been very attentive and friendly. The food has been exquisite and abundant. The location is unbeatable and I was surprised by its decor mixing modernity with ancient elements. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is lovely but there are no terry robes and disposable slippers but the mini bar is cheap and varied plus there is a safe very easy to use!

Good hotel for events. A terrace with good views, friendly staff and party room with capacity for 150-200 people. Organize a cocktail/dinner event.

Very well. Right next to the centre and the gastronomic market. The perfect facilities, all new and care. The bed, was a large bed, not 2 small joints as in other hotels. A stay of 10. We will repeat it.

I love it, beautiful, relaxing, full center, everything is to hand, the beds absorbent comfort q or you wake up hahahaha preferred the bath with espumita relajantee a good bañitoo, good views from the room… And the only q I hubieta liked to go for a swim in the indoor pool but it was closed for renovations.

Rooms are big and clean. The room I booked was really good. It's expensive but good for enjoying a weekend just in the centre of the city. Staff could be more friendly but any complaint.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
At the service level, all the staff helped us in every request we we were doing. They kept our suitcases, called the taxi, guided us and recommended that we visit and more importantly where to eat.
When I return to Zaragoza I will return to the Hotel Alfonso.

Very central, the tram passes just ahead. Reformed very recently is very good. 5 min from the pillar and independence and the tapas and commercial area. Excellent.

It is located right on the main pedestrian street which leads to the city's iconic basilica. The rooftop pool-terrace is not large. However, is is very well maintained, comfortable to relax at and the views are excellent. … I would recommend this hotel — highly.
It was, without a doubt, excellent value for money! However, an air-conditioning problem kept me awake for the most of the first night. Even when switched off, it rumbled noisily throughout the night. As I result, I changed rooms the next day. The first room (the one with the defective air-con) was large and stylish. It was comfortable (except for the noise) and had wall-to-wall windows. The room I changed to was two floors down. It was in the same price category as the first night's room. It was a bit more stylish yet significantly smaller.
The downside of that particular smaller room: it had a smaller window-front and was cluttered with too much furniture, in relationship to its size. Unhappy with the size downgrade and cluttered feeling — despite its stylishness, I changed rooms yet another time — moving up one floor to a bigger room that mirrored my first night's room. I spent 5 nights in the hotel and can say I have an idea about the rooms and the quality of the hotel. The rooms were ALL very comfortable, in terms of sleep and quiet.

Good hotel if you have to come to work in Zaragoza. In a central and well-communicated. With area bars and restaurants to enjoy your free time. The room in which I stay is more than correct. Sure I come back.

The Alfonso Hotel is the best hotel if you are looking for a modern hotel of modern design an the heart of the city. I think that there is no any hotel more downtown. In addition facilities are newly renovated, all new, very friendly staff. I'll be back.

It is in the Centre of Zaragoza. Very luxurious and the service is outstanding. You can pay by cash, card, transfer… Very cozy.
