Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Room smelled a bit like smoke upon arrival.

I am a member of the VIP club and have already removed the gift from a spa session. They don't give food or dinner, with that, I find it expensive for so few services and details. Central, bright and clean room.

I visited the spa which is pretty good by variety of bathrooms. The worst the wardrobe, which is unique and mixed and only has 3 cabins, and there were many people waiting to be able to change, also very small and uncomfortable. I'll be old school, but I don't feel like changing in front of ladies who are drying their hair and combing right in front of me in such a small enclosure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to carry a loose euro coin for the box office. The Turkish bath and the ice cave did not work when I was there.

Very cosy: This is a very practical hotel. 10 minutes from the tourist places of Granada and opposite the Palais des Congrès. Very full breakfast with natural orange juice made at the moment. I will definitely come back.

Spa very careful,. Good atmosphere and decoration, without stress or strange people. You can enjoy with your partner, remove stress and get revitalized.

I only went to the Spa Hotel Senatorial. It's wonderful.

Lovely clean hotel with plenty of choice for breakfast including Lactose free milk and gluten free bread.

Ridiculously small room. Not even the place to put a suitcase.

Clean and well-used rooms. The spa quite accomplished to be in a hotel. Well located, 5 minutes from downtown. Very quiet area.

A big hotel with big rooms. A good price-quality rate for this hotel. Strong beds, voor bathroom, great breakfast. Walking distance to major parts of old city center, but not located in city center. Only minor thing is that the pool/spa is not included in the privé.

Hotel very well located, although not in the center is a five minute walk, and it is very quiet at night. It has a spa which is a luxury. The rooms are very nice.

The hotel room was good. It wasn't hard to find but the parking could be located better.

Lousy experience. Not only did they load before going even the accommodation, but they did it on 3 occasions, charge of which I had to give myself account of course, but they were so happy. I called at the beginning to front desk and nobody picked up the phone and the only one that had was a 902 (to know the scam that they put me out there too) they said they would do it without any problem.
The experience at the hotel was Normalilla room, they put misleading advertising on their page in Booking without telling you anywhere that does not include the spa when indeed it is, plus you have no discount for staying and you want to nail €11 for a bath.
Upon arrival I was charged a supplement for my companion which of course I have already loaded but not returned anything I owe. The cold start room, the interior very years 60, the only saveable cleanliness.
I would not repeat and despite this attempt to scam, no compensation of any kind and probably if I do not receive my money in brief, proceed to make a complaint in the OCU.
1 star and only for cleaning.

A discovery our first time at Senator Granada, not in a senator, and it has been quite a surprise. We have encountered a great hotel, very nice, comfortable room and attentive staff, as always in this chain, and just ten minutes walk from the heart of the city, we can say it is a central hotel. We loved it and it will not be the only time we go back here.

Nice and well kept. The price changes a lot from the period.

We were at the hotel Senator Spa Granada taking advantage of the offer that the chain senator makes by the end of the year, we chose the dates of December 31 2017 to January 3, 2018, well we have found that the quality, friendliness and attentions of the hotel and its staff are E Xcelentes and we love being able to say it.
A good thing to have the car in its comfortable garage that also take care of the detail of cleaning the windshield.
On the other hand, the magnificent situation of the hotel in the wonderful city of Granada, so full of life, allows to get close to any place in a pleasant walk.
Again highlight the silence during the break, which we value a lot.

In short: Extraordinary quality: excellent food, great location, friendliness of all staff and silence to rest.

The TINIEST hotel room I have ever stayed in. Don't come with a suitcase as there is nowhere to put it without blocking the narrow path to the bathroom or to the freedom of the world outside this cell. You could try putting it in the wardrobe but the sliding door won't shut and you'll lose access to the minibar and safe. The is a kettle to make hot drinks which is rather unreassurably perched on a high shelf above the head of whoevee sleeps on the right. Best avoided.

A very positive experience. The rooms are clean and quiet. They take great care of the details of the whole Hotel. The SPA is the best in Andalucia, and you are given the stay. A SPA pass, you'll be surprised. Breakfast in the buffet abundant and natural juice. The parking is very large and the car's glass is clean. Hotel close to shopping area and friendliness everywhere of all the staff. 100% recommended, in fact, some friends go this weekend because I encouraged them to visit. I was in Superior room and they gave us to Champagne (and bathrobe for the SPA). With all this the price is very good. Water is also free in all rooms.

I proibido take pictures at the spa. For 3 days of lodging. 1. Session. And if you ask for days separately they won't let you. No suit. Only Superior rooms. That leave a lot to be desired. I don't like it. Personal. Good but misdirected by the owner. Be.

We were at the spa. It's small but it has more or less of everything. It also turned out to be very economical.

Unless you're getting a great deal and traveling on a tight budget, I would recommend looking at more options. The hotel is dated and in need of remodeling. It is also a little far from the city center if you're walking and too close for a cab. The staff was friendly and offered a king size upgrade for a considerable surcharge because only double beds were available. After refusing and informing that I actively rate hotels, they accomodated me in a standard king size. The room was clean but not very appealing. It has a terrace with very tall walls and no outdoor furniture (a little penitentary). The room is basic with little closet space and a very unusual tea setup (not coffee). It also has a large brochure stand filled with brochures and pamphlets that best belongs in a lobby. There is a wood oedestal with no details or decorations. Seems like there is no thought on decoration. Just a simple, plain, dated hotel that is not conveniently located. On a more positive note, the TV is nice and bathroom seems a bit more updated and clean. Sheets also look clean. Again, if you're budget minded and location and flair are not a priority… then welcome.

A good hotel at a reasonable price, not cheap, but that has a more than nice staff and a very good value for money. The situation, near the center but in a quiet place near the exhibition palace, I liked it very much.

Pretty good hotel. The spa centre is nice, but only free for 2 hours a day for guests. Breakfast was good, but also not particularly cheap. Overall a good hotel.

As soon as we landed in spain from airport security, immigration, to car rental company staff everyone was very polite and helpful, until we were at the reception desk of this Hotel and I was face to face with jose Miguel (i think manager a the hotel, but you could be forgiven to assume he is the prison officer at Shawshank) who could not force a smile as much as he tried. Hospitality is not his forte and he seems to be in the wrong industry. Brushing that aside, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff are very helpful and polite. It is so clean you could see your reflection on the marble floor. Parking can be found nearby for free. For breakfast the choice is ample with cheese, bread, yougurt, fruit etc, however if you do need hot breakfast the chef is there to prepare eggs as you may like. All in all the country and people all excellent. We had a great time. Will come again! I woukd give five stars if not for the grumpy Jose Miguel.

We were in the hotel Granada Senator spending a few days of Christmas and the experience was the best to date, that is the first time that I dare to give my opinion unbeatable envelope or any hotel, with the mood that serves as Council on future people who, like me, I had to choose among many to spend a few days in this beautiful city.
The advantages which I highlight are:
-the location, so close to historical and commercial town which in a brief ride you are sumegido in it.
-the tranquility and silence when it comes to the rest.

We were in Granada in these days of Christmas prior to Christmas Eve, chose the Senator Granada Spa hotel for a very reasonable price given the State of the same, and proved a success:
Not only the situation that allows to reach anywhere in Granada in a pleasant walk to stand up, but the hotel in general which in our view is well above other many of the same classification.
Is highlighting the warmth and affability that staff who try to do their job and that rest silence.
In summary: superb quality, great location, friendly staff and quiet to relax.

Well communicated with the Centre of the city by public transport.
Very complete breakfast includes Nespresso coffee and orange juice.
With the stay, they gave us a pass to the spa, so great.

It is a hotel that is very well, rooms very cute and good cleaning and customer service; good in the breakfast is great. Desayunas to endure the day. And this very well connected with city bus and very often to go to the center. Near this is the Palace of Congresses and the museum of arts and sciences.

Room very small, Wi-Fi good, very good situation. Bad sound-proof.

I was in August with my partner, the staff is incredibly friendly and very polite, the facilities are very well equipped especially the spa, but the room they offered us was on the top floor with views of the palace of congresses, awesome!

Good hotel located more or less 15 minutes from the center, we had problems of parking but once found parking (one block from the hotel) we didn't have to move it. It also has close, about a ten minute or less walk, a health centre, something that is never bad if it happened any thing. The rooms are a good size, since you don't need more if you plan to do tourism. The staff is very attentive and usually quickly resolve any problem. The free spa is great and if you have problems with the time tend to look for a solution so you don't lose the pass.

We decided to go back to this hotel on our way to Almeria. The city deserves it, this time we did the night tour of the Alhambra, beautiful. The hotel is well located, we moved in a taxi by the high temperatures, but is a few minutes from the centre. The right room, bathroom spacious and clean. Have a kettle of water and you can use the spa with the children in the mornings, my kids love them. The great breakfast with live cooking, fresh orange juice and coffee Nespresso, highly recommended. The reception staff are attentive… we will be back, no doubt.

Great Hotel very recommended to enjoy the city, well located and perfectly connected both to your own transport, as public. Clean, quiet.

TRANQUILITY AND SILENCE As being accomplished years, the hustle and bustle of children running around or screaming for the hotels, it ceases to have its charm. I am a customer of the chain Playa Senator for more than 10 years and up until now I've only enjoyed stays at hotels Beach. We decided to spend a few days in Granada and taking advantage of a few points of ClubPlayaVip, we stayed at the hotel Senator Granada Spa. The experience has been magnificent as magnificent is the hotel. Nothing to do with the different Beach hotels that we have visited. In front of the Congress Palace, near, or away from the center. The hotel has less than 100 rooms and predominates the peace and quiet. A reception desk is small in a large space, with a large collection of table clocks, and where you receive it with jugs of water with lemon and ice if you fancy a refreshing drink. No bustle, no career, all in silence. The rooms are very correct, with a double door and double glazing. In the fridge is waiting for you, mineral water and is equipped with a courtesy tray to prepare for it, if you want some coffee or infusion, replacing it all day. In place of rugs, nordic and regulator with individual heating, you do not spend cold. The breakfast area, nothing to do with the large spaces of the hotels Beach. A collection area, pleasant, where you have everything that you could wish for at breakfast.

We spent several days in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised, both by the facilities and the friendliness of all staff. The rooms are very comfortable with a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet is quite complete, and its Spa is one of the ones I have liked, especially the pool of lemons and its aroma. It is very well located and you can move without using the car.

It is a good hotel, of the city, with a terrific service. Has a spa, and it is very quiet. Only you have the possibility of breakfast, does not have a Restaurant for meals, although it has a cafeteria, but it has many restaurants nearby. Not in the center, so it has less noise, but it takes you 10 minutes walk to reach the centre.

Last Year I was in this Magnificent hotel encantadisima and this year am going to win because I wonderful charm. Spa free. Continue to asín good I give five wstrellita if I could put ten best ever.
