Good location, close to the university area with very good atmosphere. Friendly and correct staff, they told us which places to visit. Normal breakfast buffet, not much variety. 10 min walk from the Cathedral. If we return to Granada we will repeat hotel.

Good place to rest, if you want to visit Granada, in the city center and close to all places. Good food and exceptional room service, very friendly room maids and super clean everything. I hope this comment, a greeting, would help.

A hotel that for the price it has, is really good. Located near the university area, basic but comfortable. Very friendly staff. There is a car park nearby.

A simple hotel but with good ways. You can't expect great things from a 3 star. Simplicity, cleanliness and good food. The staff is friendly and attentive. The worst thing if you want to see Granada is that you are far from the center (15 minutes walk) and it is difficult to get there by public transport. The rest seemed very correct to me.

Excellent open buffet. Great variety and homemade food. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and very central area. The prices are quite affordable and the cleanliness and attention great.

The Hotel was very good. Close to the centre and surrounded by all kinds of bars, shops and services. In the vicinity you can park in blue area which is free from Saturday at 2pm and all Sunday. The Buffet breakfast was correct but at dinner very little variety, although the little they offer is rich.

Close to downtown, normal hotel, enough to sleep and be comfortable.

Definitely the worst hotel to call it in some way I've been.
Strong scents of the bath.
The staff was very friendly and pesimo. Very sharp edges.
The noise in the room is unbearable (discotheques around) to the point of not being able to sleep more than 2 hours.
If you want to have free music while you are trying to sleep I advise otherwise any other site is better than this.

Central and well located although the theme parking is not easy and is zone Ora. We went with my husband and the two children, they ride two beds in the same room but it is ample.

Take your money elsewhere, there are youth hostels that are far cheaper with better staff and sound proofing than this place. Our first night some kids rented out the adjacent rooms and were partying. Then their friends who didn't have a clue which room it was since their IQ is below 50 thought they should bang loudly on every single door until they found the rooms they were looking for. After the chimps had their drum solos on all the hallway doors, I called the reception now at 2am and they said they would take care of it. Nothing happened. So I went down to the desk myself and seemed to have awakened the one receptionist. He said he'll make them come down right now. Again, he didn't, completely incompetent and unprofessional. Ended up getting 2 hours of broken sleep at the end of the ordeal and paid full price. Do yourself a favor and sleep either in a youth hostel or the streets as you'll have a much better time than here.

It is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very central and has several pastry shops nearby in case you want to have a sweet with coffee. The only drawbacks I have found is that the shower water has little pressure, that it has hardly any view and that the breakfast is always the same.

The rooms are quite nice and they are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the hotel itself is cozy. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The water was constantly changing from cold to hot and vice versa and if you come tired of a trip and want to relax in the shower, this makes it impossible.

Very good location, good customer service and very good breakfast at €3 per Muchoviaje. Very small rooms, you could barely pass by the bed. We were two in a double bed and they put a rollaway that didn't leave almost space.

Outstanding accommodation in Granada.

If you're in town and only need to sleep at the hotel, then it's fine. If you need to spend some time working (e. G. On a laptop) the hotel room is not suitable. The breakfast consisted of eggs and bacon and a variety of fruits and cheese/sausages.

I was staying three days and both the deal and the hotel were esxelentes. La reccecion girl is wonderful.

All correct but something that had easy solution: the bathtub faucet. It was impossible to shower, it was not the function of mixing water, cold or SEARING and with very little flow. Discussed it at the front desk (I think that was one of the chiefs since the weekend was not working) and told us that is lime water which was obstructed. And? that it knows somebody, but that after all the week nobody solved nothing.

We discussed it at the front desk and they told us that it was the lime of the water. And? you know that either, but after all the week no one do anything.
