Review of Don Juan 3*

Lack of security at the hotel, we were in the room at night, the money we had were stolen and the clothes were slammed. When we talk to the hotel staff he tells us that they are not responsible for the thefts inside the rooms that we should have kept in the safe, which did not work. Not only do they enter a space where we are living and touch our clothes but they also take our money and the staff say that this is not a problem, and besides that it has happened more times, but they are not responsible for an alleged rules of procedure which is a fo I cry in that it says that they are not responsible for the losses inside the room, although in my case it was a robbery since someone came in. According to the hotel staff they are not responsible for the proper security in your company so that these situations do not occur. The staff's cooperation was so little that they have not even checked if during the period of time we were away and entered we made use of the electronic key of our room by anyone else. I filed the corresponding complaint sheet as well as the complaint with the Local Police.
When we handed over the key on the day of departure and started talking to the receptionist (there was another couple present) his only concern, and so he told us later when the couple left, it turned out that the customers would not know what had happened as this would give ma ma fame to the hotel.
In addition to all this, when they entered the room they took the "do not disturb" sign that we left on the table, which I found the next day hung on the knob of a room next to the elevator on the second floor where there are some pipes (I knew it was e I of my room because it was in characteristic conditions).
