Clean rooms and bathroom breakfast is ok the cafe and bar are never open the restaurant only opens for meals if there is a group of people booked then you have to ask for permission to go in the pictures of food on the hotel website are never served advertised barbers is never open the hotel has no pool but offers vouchers at 10 euros per person a day to use all together a very miss leads hotel website.

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff, a delightful place to stay.

Good service. The room looked a little bit "old" from certain points of view. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room.

My room was really noisy during the day and night. It was facing the main road. One of the room windows was not even closing properly. Breakfast was really poor and coffee really bad.

I would definitely repeat. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, very detailed cleaning service and careful with personal objects, good buffet. Highly recommended!

I under 2 stars because we had a little problem in the room. We had left a card (our property, not the hotel) connected to the electricity control so that the A/C would stay on when we returned, because it was hot on the street and we wanted to stay cool, and when we arrived in the room it was no longer our card. We contacted the front desk and they said we should wait until tomorrow because the cleaning staff was already gone.
We waited the next day and no one knew about our card.
Well, I think it's too bad that it's been thrown away (if that's the case, so as not to draw other conclusions) as well. Nowhere does it say that it is forbidden to leave the card connected and, still, they should not throw it away or take it away, it was enough to leave it on the night stand.
I still find it a good hotel but that detail of our card leaves me a lot to think about.

A 10 hotel with very good location in Granada. The double room is lovely, the bed comfortable and with many pillows. The bathroom is a little small but ok.

Modern hotel, well appointed. About 30 minute walk to popular areas. One block away from Metro.

Two nights in August on an organized group trip. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and various types of cushion that can be used. Empty fridge and closed hotel bar. Luckily not far away you will find other bars and convenience stores open late. Hotels very close to the subway and with a walk they reach cathedral and tourist shop area and a hopon-hopoff shuttle.

Beds very comfortable. Service and staff… needs a lot of work! Amenities very old and needs refreshing. Bar in restaurant closed for two weeks for summer vacation… in a hotel! Hair dryer… Fromm the 1960’s.

The Hotel is very good and the rooms are very comfortable and comfortable, only one stick the bath slips and when bathing me drain and I fell and thanks that I only made a small scratch and a bruise on my arm and of course a big scare, Room 506. I hope the next time I visit Granada it will be solved and the tub is changed by shower tray.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean. The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. For putting a snag, the room gives us for a patio of lights…

A good and relatively central location. Cozy and comfortable rooms, great beds, but really a ungemürlicher dining room, with a terrible noise level. And for the whole room only 2! Coffee Makers. You can imagine what is in the morning for a snake at the Kafffeemaschinen. Otherwise a good choice of food.

A modern hotel located in the best area of Granada. Very quiet rooms with large beds. It has a good gastrobar of traditional food and even barber shop (they cut my hair wonderfully). Very close to the Metro and the road exits. A great option to visit the entire city in a couple of nights.

The Hotel was very close to the centre. Good breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel and very good location. The rooms are renovated and very comfortable. It has a cafeteria as well as a restaurant. In the centre, in just over 10 minutes you are in the Royal chapel and at the bus stop to go up to the Alhambra. Also the staff is very friendly and attentive, they help you in everything. I'll be back without hesitation.

A magical place that fusions the Christians and the Muslims, the gypsies and the people brought from northern Spain by the Catholic Majesties. Charming, poetic, magical. Delicious food, fresh ocean products, excellent local wine.

I do not give the 5 stars because the hotel has very few rooms with double bed, most are two single beds attached, which is not the same and in my case the views of the room are to a patio of lights.

Very comfortable hotel, with a great bed and a convenient location just a few minutes walking to the city centre. Front-desk staff was nice and helpful. The parking garage is a great amenity, but it seemed to be a bit overpriced to me.

Great hotel to stay in Granada. Probably not the most central but you can get to any part of the city walking around without wasting much time. Very good attention. Very nice room. Very good restaurant food too. Very happy with our stay.

Great hotel with a good location, ten minutes from everything. And in a good area where we can find parking lots of life (no pay parking or Blue zone), supermarkets and different catering business.
Its facilities are also very good. Spacious rooms with large TV, air conditioning, safe and large beds. The bathroom is also quite spacious and has a large mirror and a bathtub with rain-water effect shower.

Great hotel, however it is lacking a gym. This is easily remedied by going running in the city and exploring the area!

Possible to have a coffee. Hotel at 5 minutes walking distance from town center.

Low standard for a 4 star hotel.

Stayed for a month for work. I wouldn't pay to stay here on my own. Hard beds, no cable TV, Wi-Fi is sporadic, TV is very small and old. The breakfast was the same each day. Hotel is busy with tours as a new bus arrives daily.

Would need a makeover. Poor breakfast of sweet products.

For us has fulfilled our expectations, good service by the staff of the hotel. We will return.

Everything was fine when I was there for a job trip! I wouldn't go there if I had to pay from my own pocket, though. I would prefer something cheaper closer to the center!

Hotel with excellent personal in his dealings, rooms and breakfast normal for a three-star hotel, but not for one of four star, advertising in the photos of your website very misleading, almost horrible parking for a vehicle more than two seater. The best thing is its location.

Good hotel just 15 minutes from the Center walking. The downside is the parking.

The hotel is very well the excellent and rooms are spacious and very clean, but my only complaint is the parking, parking is not available and is worth €15, which I think is excessive…

The exquisite treatment of workers, the cleaning of the rooms and the excellent hotel, buffet breakfast and dinner varied.
Defects: were decommissioned computers from the hotel, an assortment of very poor press: were IDEAL and newspapers national brand and the world (no more national press)
YOGURTS with fruit (you offer with flavor to fruits) are not offered at the buffet.

Earlier this month went to GRANADA, we chose the HOTEL ALHAMAR, which in the Agency told me that it was a four star superior Hotel.
Arriving at the hotel we surprised a somewhat small reception (but as didn't sleep in reception) straighway we went to see the beautiful ALHAMBRA; upon returning to the hotel we were given room.
point 1-the fairly small room.
point 2-entering the toilet cleaning was not just excellent, as corners you could see that the cloth not the last had.
point 3. — There was a mirror of the aumento (perdon solo quedaba la partye de atras).
point 4-the towels were so worn that the sewn had because lacked them all the hems. Neither had a second pillow if that had that ra completely flat wasn't enough… in the end.
point 5-our plane left at 2230 therefore decided to wait in the hotel (eso si en recepcion pues no hay sala de descando o lectura). Ah only reception was a two seater sofa and already this (pretty uncomfortable for a few hours)
point 6-good but a little poor breakfast (a dish such as those of any household with chorizo, another with sausage, another with cheese) and little more.
as you will see, four star nothing at all.
that if in reception had a poster that the year 2014 it had awarded a score of 8?.
Oh I almost forgot the mini Bar had no waste (a tonic and a drink of lemon, and two waters) mini mini if it was.
