I stayed for 3 days a year ago and something and our experience was perfect. We took an offer for two rooms and everything was perfectly clean. The only thing out of the ordinary is that we were assigned a room with disabled bathroom but no problem with it!

Very central location, very clean.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The food was very good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Next week, I'll go again.

Nice room, air conditionning, comfortable. A bit noisy in the morning (we were close to the escalator). All in all, a good choice.

Good hotel on the edge of the old town of Granada. Walking distance to the Alhambra in about 25 minutes, the path leads through the old town of Granada. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the train station.
The service in the hotel is very good, there is a rich breakfast buffet and also in the evening you can dine from the buffet.

It is a very modern hotel located near the main points of interest in Granada, you can walk to the Alhambra, market, the chair of the Catholic monarchs.
Free Internet Service, the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to provide help.
At breakfast there is a buffet food service, where they have very good food.
The hotel also has a metro station which allows you to visit a shopping mall. Also around the hotel you will find bus stops.

The best thing about the hotel for me was the buffet and the iron in which they prepared at the time meat or fish of the day. On the contrary, they should improve the installation of sanitary hot water, showering is a risk task, as soon as you freeze as you burn. Also another factor to improve is the soundproofing of the rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable. You hear the rooms next door, but for me it's not the most important thing. As for breakfast and dinner I caught very good everything and with quite a variety. As for the situation is not bad, 10 minutes walk from the center and 25 of the Mirador de San Nicolás. I recommend it.

We spent the Christmas Eve in the hotel restaurant for €55 per person.

Christmas food with my classmates. The price was right for what it was. The food was rich but somewhat scarce.

Good location. The facilities were pretty good. The room was very comfortable. The only bad thing about the bathroom, it smelled bad and the water in the shower did not go well (or burned or went very cold).

I went to the Hotel because of a graduation. In this place we had a great variety of menus. The price was quite expensive but the food was delicious. In addition, the waiters were really nice, serviceable and professionals. I would like to repeat the experience.

Really nice. Very upsetting that there website advertised a swimming pool but there was none there a while different building and have to pay additional to your overnight stay. Room was nice and clean. Shower did not have a good stream to take a shower.

The ventilation is not good during my stay in late March. The room is stuffy.

A well located hotel, less than fifteen minutes from the Center walking. The clean rooms. Quiet, no noise. Quite successful and modern décor. Enough staff.
The only drawbacks:
-Little variety in the buffet breakfast but what I had was good. We should improve the tail to take coffee.
-Change the access door. Open constantly and the reception area is very cold in winter. The poor girls in reception have a heater for them.
-Zone is not nothing conducive to Park even if blue zone in the surrounding area.
He would return to this hotel.

The hotel is very good, the workers are very friendly and everything very clean, the only downside for me is that I listened to a lot of noise by the window of the car and we put 2 beds together instead of a marriage. In respect of the location is not bad to go to the center walking.

Good mattresses, nice staff, the shower faucet spoiled (hab. 515), there are no hangers for towels, area ugly, the photos better than reality… does Not deserve 4 stars…

I liked it all location amenities and attention.

My experience does not have a name of horrendous it is. I stole two laptops and no one was in charge. As a hotel of that category has so little security in their rooms? I have no idea, but there is more to rummage a bit and see all the shortcomings they have. A disaster of a hotel.
