Lovely hotel in a great location to explore the city rooms are nice size the pool is lovely after a morning walk the science park is only a 10 mins walk.

Nice hotel just outside the old town of Granada, still within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, with toiletries. Very large common spaces, too bad that the bar at the entrance, Arabic, was closed. Beautiful pool with small garden, towels available; you can eat lunch by the pool but the tables are really few and you are forced to enter the restaurant really bare. The card is discreet and the prices are adequate.

Underground parking at a cost of 18 euros per day.

We stayed here for 2 nights, a family of 4. The pictures on the website looked much nicer than the actual hotel. They have a parking garage at the cost of €18 a day. It's very small and hard to manoeuvre around and we were in a small car. We decided to forget it and park on the streets, which wasn't bad and had no problem finding parking. The room was very clean, I'll give it that, a big plus. The room & hotel need an update. Our room was very small. My daughters slept on a pull out bed couch, that was very uncomfortable. Seems like the mattress needed to be replaced. We didn't get breakfast included because it was expensive. Although the 1st morning, we decided to eat there since we were unsure what to expect out in town. The breakfast buffet was not worth the €32 for all us. There was hardly a selection to chose from. The eggs looked like pudding. Definitely go out in the center for breakfast, it will be cheaper and I'm sure better tasting. My daughters were looking forward to going swimming. We had planned for them to go the last day. Once we go down there at 9am (pool opens @8am), the cleaning guy stopped us and said no they can't go due to cleaning, will be an hour. Mind you, we called the night prior to double check the time and no one mention cleaning. The pool was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. My girls didn't get to go. Location — not the best for the prices.

Cute hotel with its pros and cons. Let's start with the good: beautiful interior of the hotel, exquisite decoration, many fountains, own pool, where you can swim, there is parking and breakfasts. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms, equipped with safes, refrigerators, some have a coffee machine, Where there is no… on what principle did not understand. There are slippers and robes. Gone are the cons: expensive for this hotel. For 2 rooms we paid 180 euros. For a 2-year-old child who sleeps with his parents, too, there was a co-payment. The bathroom is a bit shabby and not well cleaned. Towels were smoked, other people's hair in the bathroom. The food at the local cafe didn't like it.

The hotel is great clean good beds good pillows super centric in a quiet neighborhood, you can park nearby and don't steal it's safe. Good attention by reception.

Place to avoid: Hotel with past-it’s-prime 80s Charme, the smallest and most inconvenient garage we have ever seen, and unhelpful staff. We had reserved tickets for the Alhambra via their website but the hotel didn’t know about it upon arrival (despite written confirmation) and told us that there was no access during our whole stay. They blamed us instead of finding a solution. We luckily checked out immediately and found a much nicer place AND access to the Alhambra.

It's a great hotel with impeccable service. Spacious and fully equipped rooms. Common areas decorated in the Nasrid style, with swimming pools, patios with strong water. Very good value for money.

The room was clean and comfy. But the overall feel is of a hotel which has aged a bit. Only three points since they advertised the pool — turns out it's closed in the winter months (April).

We have been to Easter and we have come delighted! What I fear most about a hotel is not sleeping well, and my mother how well you sleep, they have to pillow menu. Very good location. The bad thing is to park, the hotel parking costs €18 day. Maybe, if you're lucky, get a place, or don't go with a car…

To go to Alhambra is very near, can take a taxi to pass.
Parking spaces near the hotel to find, the choice of nearby meals are not many, often full of the situation. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet.

The years pass for everyone, for the hotels too. Yes, here at least you see that it is well kept and clean. Zero complaints, and good price because I took an offer of 50 euros the night, 3 days.

We spent a night there and could safely park our motorbike in the in-house underground garage for payment very satisfied with the room and cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious and from Churros over Serrano ham, cereal was all there. Even a fresh honeycomb could be operated.

I have been to the hotel for a course in one of their meeting rooms. The facilities are perfect, all very new, cosy and, although it seems a trifle, the chairs are super comfortable, which is appreciated when you have to be 10 hours of course. The lighting and audiovisual system are a marvel.

A little dated inside, nice modern room, however. Good location for local buses and 5 minute walk from super market and main road into town. A little confusion over how evening meal was served. For two nights we dined on the (slightly restrictive) set menu, only learning of the buffet dinner on our last night. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Helping us to print off boarding passes and storing bags after checking out.

A good place to stay. Cleanliness, order and all gleaming. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive, and very professional, they offer you services of the hotel and also indicate where to go of tapas, to eat, to give walks in the city and also indicated to us events that had at that time and above free. We loved the deal. It was a short stay we will not hesitate to repeat for future stays. We loved the building, the room, and especially the staff.

The Moorish interior really sets the mood here. The breakfast buffet is fairly solid. The rooms are spacious (for a hotel) and the faux hard wood floors are a nice touch. I visited at the end of November so did not utilise the otherwise nice looking pool. The selection at the bar is somewhat limiting but the food is fairly decent.

Two and a half stars only. This hotel is not well designed and not well kept. Toilet leaks, mold in grout and room is not well lit. Sounds insulation could be better. Breakfast is very average. Food was over cooked. Elevator was small and slow. I stayed for one night. It was acceptable.

Slightly out of the centre in the business district this is a good place to stay if you don't mind a fifteen minute walk to most of the attractions. We found the staff friendly and the rooms very clean and well managed. A beautiful hotel with glass elevators and a private pool.

This is quite the place. Breakfast and dinner buffets serve the same exact things everyday. They both don't have any (edible) fruit, and breakfast is especially lacking in the donuts and pastries department. My roommate snored extremely loudly, but that isn't the hotel's fault. We had a room for three, and they initially only gave us two room keys. After we got the third, all three eventually stopped working entirely. The elevators are slow. There are no shower curtains, and this combined with an absent fan for the bathrooms results in soaking wet bathroom floors and seemingly eternally fogged mirrors. Half the outlet don't work at night with the lights off. Other than the above, it's a stay that is do-able.

I was in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the hotel and it was very good. Pretty good food, poolside environment was ideal and we enjoyed the performance of the school of dance of Maria Granados.

Not recommended for more than one night Booked on HotelTonight at last minute due to travel changes for €70 which certainly was great value. It is a tired 4 star property IMHO and is a bit of a hike to the centre of Granada if you are visiting as a tourist and is on the "wrong side of the river" to the nicest areas of Granada city. The Wi-Fi was slow and kept on dropping out. The process for getting the code was ridiculous if you forget to ask for the code on check-in like I did. First ring reception. They say give us 5 minutes and we will ring you back. They ring back and it takes a number of attempts to log on. It is always worrying when you see the words "click here if you are not successfully connected within 5 minutes" as part of the login process.

The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit expensive so we took it. For 11, 00 per person there is leaving many in cafeteria. More precisely it's the parking overpriced: 16.99 € per night.

The hotel is quite good with this in the center of Granada, the bad thing is the parking, which leaves more than 15 e-journal and in the centre of Granada, or there are a lot of alternative to park.

All really great right now, we're still here the only hotel that I have not put hindrance in putting an extra bed for my 5 year old daughter while respecting our marriage is all really great at a great price only 58 € the deal is exquisite and we do not lack anything it is a luxurious and quite affordable for any pocket you want to come to know the city like us.

I was a weekend to enjoy the city. Access to the hotel for someone who doesn't know the city is easy, is easily and has parking spaces. The double room impeccable and attentive service. Regarding the situation of the hotel is close to the Alhambra and the tourist area, but it is necessary to walk a little, I had no need to use the car any day.

Hotel in good location and apparently luxurious with several failures for a hotel of 4 *: 1st ask double bed, and together we two beds. 2nd dryer heated up to the half a minute of use. 3rd we hear the other rooms. Also comment that the Parking is not included and costs almost € 20 per day.

I have been to visit my son, who lives in Granada, he recommended us the Saray Hotel. It was a good choice, comfortable, spacious rooms with a personal very friendly. For those who do not usually make a strong breakfast, breakfast"express" is sufficient and good price. To my I liked.
