Friendly staff, however rooms are small, no bar fridges or microwave. Tiny little wardrobes. Please add the basics, also cutlery.

Clean and Excellent Staff. The food is great and the Hotel is situated on route to Gateway shopping centre and Chris Saunders park.

Service is great. Breakfast at the restaurant is amazing. Peaceful and private.

Clean, neat and convenient location. Family room spacious and very practical with a well equipped kitchenette. Efficient staff, willing to go the extra mile when necessary.

Clean hotel however, lack the basics such as shampoos, body wash, rubbish bin in the room as well as no fridge and no hair dryer. The room looked half complete and not prepped for the next person's visit, with half empty toilet rolls, missing towls and missing sachets and sugars for the coffees (only two available) There is no room service or restaurant service where one can get drinks in the lobby. Also, the website over promises and the hotel under delivers on the websites promise. Decent price but i'd rather pay more else where for better service.

Very lovely & neat. Rooms small but just perfect for 2. Beds comfortable & had no problems or issues. Stayed one night but will visit again.

Welcoming front desk staff with a very good attitude. Check in process was hassle free and there was no waiting time. the establishment is located in a very nice and quite are in Umhlanga. 5 minute drive to Gateway. There is also a cafe inside that serves good food for affordable prices. the room itself was out of this world! air conditioned, a plethora of entertaining TV channels, most comfortable bed and very very clean, this sure guarantees that I will stay here again. The bathroom was very beautiful with enough towels off all sizes and all other bathroom essentials. The only downside is that ironing facilities are shared but that did not matter because we were made aware of that situation. all staff members that we interacted with were very friendly, from front desk to cleaning ladies and security guards. Parking very safe and secure, check out was also hassle free. I am a very satisfied guest and will definitely be coming back!

Its was ok. They advertise a cafe, didnt get to buy anything as they were apparentlt close, which I can understand. It was after 8 at night. Just wished someone like manager on duty manager could have assisted. Also I wanted an extra sacket of augar and coffee. Also not possible.

Great place to stay. Clean and neat. Not alot of cupboard space tho. Would definitely recommend it. Great value for money. Great location.

Home away from home. Yet affordable, especially for the Umhlanga area. Lovely breakfast. Walked to gateway and to the park.

We had a very good stay in Regal inn. The hotel is extremely clean. The room was clean and comfortable. They are almost the cheapest but still give a 5 service. We enjoyed our visit.

Staff from arrival was friendly. Rooms were clean. Good bargain for money if in need of a place to stay for a few days.

Booked our stay over the phone from jhb arrived to be told the pricing was not what was discussed. We were promised 2 rooms on the same floor and arrived to 2 rooms on separate floors. We are a family of 7 needing to be on the same floor, accommodation was made but for 1 sleeper less than originally booked. Arrived to 1 room called deluxe and it had 1 double bed for 3 people and barely any walking space not forgetting wall sockets that don't work. The other room a 5 sleeper, according to hotel, had 2 double beds and 1 sleeper couch had no water stored in fridge for people that like refreshingly cold water after standing sorting out communication issues with staff. Then come morning and go to shower the 4 ladies in the room, find 2 bath towels to share. Hospitality needs work as you are doing no favours if you get paid by me to provide a service. I did however have a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed, hence the star.

Very tiny rooms but cosy. No microwave in the rooms through so that sucked a bit but they do have one on the ground floor for public use. T. V channels sucked, but has a nice balcony (only corner rooms have).

Where do I begin. This is a lovely and beautiful Hotel. The staff is so friendly and are very considerate. They checked up on us as we traveled to the our destination. At check in they were very much assisting. This place is defiantly my go to place when im in Durban. Home away from Home. This will be 5 stars in the next year or two, that I can confidently predict. Good work and service Regal Inn Keep it up.
