Clean, nice place and very good area. The breakfast very rich but the same every day. Suitable room and bathroom a little limited (which give the interior at least). The worst, the noise of the cleaning staff (and some guests) in the mornings… Very little careful to be his work.

Great location to visit the city, metro stop at 500m and coach station in front. From the square overlooking the hotel starts one of the main streets leading to the city center, walkable in about 30 minutes. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great cleanliness. The bathroom door is glass and does not guarantee special privacy. Breakfast varies both sweet and salty.

This is a great hotel in a good location. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet excellent.

Beautiful hotel, a little decentralized but absolutely comfortable, less than a ten-minute walk from Rua Augusta and downtown, convenient even for the airport. Large and very clean rooms, for more tranquility better reserve a room overlooking the inner courtyard. Staff available even if they have a bad habit — in case of payment by credit card — block a figure well in excess of what the total cost of the stay is. Breakfast rich and plentiful, manages to satisfy all tastes. @gargio76

It’s nice hotel, they have nice staff … And it have amazing location in center where everything you can find around you … I put two stars because they didn’t have air condition only heater at winter this make me can’t sleep most of the night … I tried to open windows some days as no wind to help cooling the room … plus once you open windows you can’t sleep because of street car noises … I just feel non comfortable just because AC So may evaluation will be five if they have air condition, and I’ll book only on it at summer no way to book on it at winter specially Lisbon winter a bit warm some days.

Modern hotel close enough to the historic centre of Lisbon. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well serviced. In the rooms in addition to the TV there is a mini fridge and thermal jug for coffee and herbal teas. In the corridor a distributor for the Night gorges! For the. Extensive breakfast assortment. The staff is really brilliant. Great choice.

Convenient location and cleanliness of the room the two points of strength.
Attention to the bed: comfortable mattress in the superior room, uncomfortable in the comfort room.
Weaknesses: Missing a real bathroom door, there is only a movable glass door that makes passing noises and odors.
Some rooms overlook the street and are noisy. Praising power outlets.
A three star basic.

My wife traveled with a group of 4 friends, all women back April. They stayed in two rooms. In one room the safe was not working and they had to put their dollars, euros and passports on the other safe. They stayed for 4 nights. On the last night when they returned to the hotel close to midnight, they safe in the room was open and $500 plus 300 Euros were missing. They were lucky they had their passport with them and did not leave them at the hotel that day. They immediately reported to Hotel Management, and they did nothing and did not try to help a bit. They had to call the police and file a report. After weeks of investigation all they said is that they fired the maid that was responsible for the room. They did not take any responsibility. Avoid having a nightmare during your trip and simply avoid this hotel. We are going back to Lisbon this summer and will stay in Novotel.

Positive: close, a few meters a Metrostadtion/bus station, friendly reception, quiet through soundproof windows, Super breakfast from 07:00 am to 10:30 pm.
Negative: Insufficient room service, room was not cleaned at check-in (16:30 pm), ring-hearing room, no Balcony.
For a city trip ok!

A hotel in a great position, just minutes from Marques Pombal metro and in a super area. The rooms are good, beds comfortable and presented nicely. There's a handy vending machine on each floor and the local Telepizza will deliver of you just want to relax in the room. Breakfast is served on the lower ground floor and hosted by a great young maître and his team. So, why not a five star review? I found the male check in staff surly and also sneary and more focused upon other (and admittedly better dressed guests) in reception. It's a real shame as the female staff were friendly.

Very nice hotel. Not too expensive, located very close to the city center right next to a interchange metro station. Breakfast was good, room relatively modern. The bathroom could need a renovation, but it was clean anyway. I would visit again.

Central hotel, with direct view to the Marques de Pombal square (which makes it a bit noisy if you open the windows sometimes). Pleasant and helpful staff. Very diverse breakfast buffet. Restaurant gets very busy after 9 am.

Although the location is great and good from price point of view, the staff is not very smart. Despite asking them to not clean our room everyday, they still did it. I also put the DND on the door handle. Useless. And they have a great breakfast!

Clean Hotel, the normal room. Satellite TV for German negligible. Good location, staff very willing and friendly. Rich Breakfast (cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, jam, bissi cake) Good Location. Internet works perfectly. The nearest supermarket is, among others, in the Avenia Duque de Loule. We would love to come back.

Lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. Excellent choices at breakfast, friendly staff. Great area to stay in as next to main coach station and the starting point for all 'Hop on, hop off' buses. Would definitely recommend. (Not too expensive either).

Highly recommended hotel, centrally located with Metro connection and close to the old town. Very neat and well maintained rooms, located on the street but not loud, with soundproof Windows. Staff great absolutely to recommend! After the first day have we booked us it completely.

The price is ok. Our room is on the top floor with balcony and beautiful views of the Park. Throughout the House there are a fast and free Wi-Fi today Yes already almost more important as breakfast that has some little choice for some, but it is enough for us. Especially since there is a Nespresso coffee machine.

Had to cancel the reservation 5 days in advance. The hotel responded in 10 days saying I was charged a full fee.

Everything impeccable room gives a feeling of spaciousness, bright. The Tagus River seen from the window. Breakfast has all the classic, all. From juices, beans with tomato, varied fruit, scrambled eggs, espresso coffees of different types, with capsules, buns, desserts, jams, breads, cakes, its fresh ham and cheese. A very good place.
