Not bad breakfasts, though monotonous, at the reception one of the employees speaks Russian, but does not work every day. The room is cleaned daily. Iron is given on the reservation, but it is necessary to leave a deposit of 10 euros.

The hotel looks a bit outdated but has all things that you might expect in a 4 star hotel. Location is good, quite central. Mini bar has probably the cheapest brand of coke that exists, not really understand why you would do that. Overal not bad but don't think I would choose it again.

OK and good value for money.

Got a clean room. Modern hotel. Small lobby. Good location in Lisbon. Close to metro and tour buses. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Speaks good English.

Hotel clean and well maintained but has several flaws. For example the W. C. It's too attached to the wall. The room they gave us had an ugly view. Of the rest was acceptable.

Cozy and cheap bike place, close enough to the subway.

We had a great time. Room Niquel and clean, attentive staff. That was great!

It is close to Marques de Pombal, where many tourist buses, airport and Metro exit. However taxis are so cheap that as soon as aies three OS compresses go by taxi. The hotel is ok but it doesn't look like four star. The right staff.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately it is quite noisy here because the cars drive over paving stones and honk. Also a short distance from the city centre. Otherwise a good hotel.

Rooms too small for a 4 star.

I didn't like it at all. Full Parking. Not hot water. Warm. Bad soundproofing. I can't say anything good. Not even the staff was friendly.

There's a lot of graffitis around but that's all over lisbon. Not far from water front which is good. Hotel staff is nice.

A good budget hotel in the centre of Lisbon.

Room size, bed and bathroom facilities great if it werent for the smell of 50 years smoking although the place seems to be rather new. Staff could smile more.

Stayed a couple of nights here in Feb 2018. The rooms were large and spacious and spotlessy clean. Good selection at breakfast in the morning to start your day and the waiter was very accomodating. Reception staff where very lovely and they all spoke good English. Good location and was six minute walk from the Metro.

The welcome in this hotel is more or less good depending on the people you find at the reception. Some people don't know anything about public transport available! It is the cashier who welcomes you best: here you have to pay everything before you have the key to the room!

Hotel very clean, comfortable and nice but certainly not a four star as advertised.

Ten minutes walk from the Metro Marques de Pombal.

It was a pleasant stay. Although the first night we had a lot of cold. The room had long been empty the sheets smelled bad and there were hairs everywhere. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise, you can't put it at night. Well-positioned. High price for what it offers.

Hotel located 5 minutes from the Marques de Pombal Square where all the Metro tourist buses are very well located. Very clean and the reception people can not be more friendly. The bathroom was spotless. The room was very simple but very nice.

Who says Q is a 4 Strellas s XQ has not compared to others. Bad, bad.

Lack of a restaurant is big minus for me, since I usually travel on business — most days I really don't feel like walking around trying to find a suitable place, so being able to just go downstairs is a big plus for me. Also, lack of proper ironing facilities — the irons were cheap, breaking apart, and didn't work really well, and they don't even have ironing boards! Had to iron my shirts on the "desk". The room itself was OK though.

Fair location and reasonable price. Value for money.

It is a 4 star hotel, in general it is very good hotel, it is clean and careful. For putting some glue would have to modernize the bathroom. It has a Metro stop a few 10 walk.

Nice Hotel, very good localization, but lacking a restaurant.

Perfect for couples! Opted for the superior room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, just off the main strip and we walked everywhere during the week. Breakfast was fine but simple, mainly just had brioche, jam and tea every morning. Checking in/out was straightforward and staff were friendly and spoke good English. Overall had a great time here.

Good 4 star hotel. Everything is very clean, well equipped and we hot welcomed very friendly.

Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. But poor breakfast. Breakfast looks like 3 stars hotel not 4. Floor in our room was slippy and unfortunately my mom slipped and she has backache now.

Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet area but close to Placa Pombal where taking the metro or the bus for a tour of Lisbon's Red cityguide.
We didn't have breakfast because it is not provided for in our plan.

It was a good decent hotel but not for 100 euros per day. If you want to reduce the cost of the stay avoid breakfast (12.5eu? ). Very helpful staff.

This well is acceptable relationship quality price and location. As well as the staff.

We take room from 13 to 15 March, I ask that the bed is double as it was done in the reserve, say me that there was. Upon entering in the room a dreadful smell tobacco and highly charged atmosphere, we say it and change us, this one with double bed and small, the heat in the room is unbearable to have to open the window; We called reception and they tell us that we put the heating to zero and to open the window, as it was 12 o'clock the next day they addressed it. Bad night with the heat and the noise of the Street through the open window. To leave on Saturday they took note and tell us that there are no problems that fix it. We returned at 8 and they say that this arranged, and entering the slap of heat, we went down and the manager tells us that not removed the heating or can be downloaded and sleep with the window open, which cools from 4 o'clock in the morning and then we could rest. We went, we left the hotel at 9 in the evening.

My stay has been great. Much kindness, the very helpful and great location with quick access to metro and buses. All very positive.

Large room, clean, rel. Close to the Center, at a fair price.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel Lisbon because we found a deal and the reviews were good. It is not in the centre but walking in 15/20 minutes we were in the center. The bus arrives from the airport to right on one of the streets behind. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We included breakfast and was quite good, varied and good. Usually the breakfast of the hotels in Europe are nothing of the other world, but this was very good. The reception staff spoke English and were struggling to explain to us the things in our language, were very pleasant! Even told us different places to go to dinner. If you don't mind walking a little from the centre is a good hotel to go to sleep and rest.
