Great, logistically in a good location.

Had a great 5 days stay at the Iberostar hotel in Lisboa, the room was excellent and all the staff wanted to make our stay perfect and they did, the only thing that they might do better is quicker service at the swimming pool bar, but all around great hotel 🙏☀️🇮🇸

Excellent hotel, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants 5 star service.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff at the reception desk especially Deborah & her colleagues. Great choice of breakfast too. Easy pick of and drop of point at the front of hotel.

Hotel at the top! The services are excellent: from breakfast, to the gym, through the room or the spa, nothing to complain about. As for the staff, they bend over backwards to please you and to help you. If you have the opportunity, talk to Joana. She will give you, in a very good mood and a great benevolence, the best advice to discover Lisbon and its region. She is exceptional 😊👍 At the reception, Graciela and her colleagues will also help you with great kindness. If you don't know this hotel yet, you can go there with your eyes closed 👍👍👍

Very nice place big rooms.

I went there in the convention business and have unfortunately forgotten my toiletries bag in the room. So I recover the next day, but without my bottle of perfume that has been stolen by the hotel staff … very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel and in particular the response of their service which simply tells you to be sorry …

Very nice place to stay close to this amazing park that looks into the city. Morning breakfast is wonderful. Staff is great. Rooms are very nice.

This is the worst hotel I ever had to deal in my entire life. Iberostar Lisboa advertised an offer on several websites and such offer turned out to be false. Before going for the offer I spoke to two different members of staff about the offer and the day I would come in and make use of it. I was given total green light. All websites (including the Hotel’s) and the staff were clear that the offer was on. When I arrived to the hotel, the conditions suddenly changed. I made the point that the offer is still advertised without “such conditions” and I made a complaint. Consumers are protected by laws and when an offer is false or misleading the consumer is eligible to use the offer as advertised. Assistant Manager Rita Fernandes communicated with me several times but she never apologised in behalf of the hotel despite their clear false advert and was unable to offer me a suitable alternative. This is going for two weeks now and I don’t think the hotel has the decency to solve it.

Very modern and comfortable room. Lovely view of the pool, so it’s also very quiet. Close to public transport. Very nice pool to enjoy on warm days. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in this AMAZING hotel for 5 days with my mum. When we arrived to hotel we were welcomed very kindly, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We got the room at the 5th floor and that was one of the best rooms I ever stayed in. I can’t tell what was better: the big comfortable bed, huge and modern glass bathroom, or the amazing view. The good thing was that hotel has a SPA, so we had an opportunity to enjoy sauna, massages and indoor pool after the exhausting days exploring the city. One day it was raining, so I spent the morning in the gym, which was super modern and it had some amazing workout machines. The hotel has a restaurant called Luz, the place where we had breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was amazing, there was so many types of food to choose, from eggs and salads, to pancakes, muffins and all different types of bagels. Also, one other great thing was the Vegan and Gluten Free part, so there was food for everyone. For dinner we ate lamb and shrimps, and the quality was great, we really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was really good, we had only 15 minutes walking to the city center, and the near metro station was only 5 minutes away. This hotel is one of the best hotels in the world, and I hope I’ll have a chance to come here again I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Came to Lisbon for a long weekend and was not disspointed. Fabulous staff greet you with a glass of champagne. Our room was large, comfortable and the beds were a dream to sleep in. Every night we came back to bottles of water and chocolate on our pillow. I was also surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday. The pool was loveley and refreshing after a 43 degree day. 15 minute walk from one of the main restaurants and bar areas but is perfectly situated in a quieter area so you can sleep without disturbance… the bar scene is loud until 5am. Highly recommend this hotel for great service, location, decor and amenities.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is thoughtful and friendly, the room is a good size (considering you are in the center of Lisbon), the toiletries were of good quality, and the pool and spa area were a nice touch! My feedback would be to perhaps add vegan options to the menu, adjust the hotel policies so that people don’t come every 15 min knocking on the room door (it would be nice to get the minibar checked while cleaning the room instead of doing everything separately), and if I can be picky it would’ve been nice to have a separate walkway for the business people to get to the event area instead of having men in suits walking by the pool while there’s people in swimsuits enjoying the sun and pool. But overall was a great experience and I would come back!

Incredible hotel, with big and comfy rooms, I would totally recommend it! Apart from the friendly and always helpful staff that provided a service of excellence, I can't forget the superb breakfast, with everything that you could possible imagine, really really complete and tasty breakfast. 5 star service all the way.

The room was very nice. It could have been bigger for the price. The toiletries were of good quality. Service is excellent. The staff speak English. The breakfast is very good and worth the 20 euro price. Lunch and dinner is available at the hotel restaurant. The dishes are well made, though the fare is limited. Bus tours of the city are available nearby.

Amazing time very nice hotel. Such a lovely team and specially Natalina so kind, loving and very good in her customer service position. She made our stay great and relax in this Hotel.

Very attentive service. Spacious. Full breakfast and they have service of omelets or eggs at breakfast. For those of you who travel for work it is a safe bet.

Hotel very good, clean, the staff 2 times per day. Rooms that communicate great with children. Breakfast top, the spa very well. Massage perfectly done! 5-day stay perfect!
