After just 2 nights: this ascended to the top of the favorites list in our travel career. Gorgeous property: attractive knowledgeable staff. Especially Alex. Rooms are flat out amazing… SO comfortable. Love Cusco, wish we'd had so much more time there. Thank you, Inkaterra, for contributing to a phenomenal Peruvian adventure.

Old Casino very nice, very good attention.

The hotel is very beautiful, rustic and best location in the center of the city. We stayed there two night, first night the room was facing away from the street so it was very quiet. Second night we stayed in the room that was facing the street, it was noisy due to street traffic. Overall everything is quite exceptional!

This is a must stay! Beautiful hotel, rooms, staff, decor and the restaurant is fantastic! Go here, stay here… you won't regret it!

Amazing luxury and beautiful place.

Beyond amazing experience at Inkaterra La Casona. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to serve you. There are only 11 rooms, so it is very intimate. You even have you knock on the door for them to open it. Exceptional time here, will definitely come back.

Colonial Palace makes you feel as if you were a Prince or a Princess.

Horrible, very rude management, we prepaid $900 and they wouldn't let us stay because we had 4 people in the room. Only 2 people to a room, no exceptions, no compromises and no management experience at this hotel. Kicked us out in the street for no reason and refused to refund our $900 instead of just letting my family stay in the room, which had 2 beds in it anyway.
