This has been the best Hotel experience I have ever had. The service is exceptional, the food is amazing, the architecture is hauntingly gorgeous and historic and every single detail is completely thought through. Also, their covid precautions are thorough without being overwhelming. They are so centrally located and amongst other beautiful streets and buildings. I wish I didn't have to leave!

Super elegant and all the services first, very good attention of the service staff such as the waiters and the receptionists of the hotel, very good gastronomy at breakfast lunch and dinner, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Belmond was nothing short of excellent. Wilberth Soncco as well as the other wonderful staff made our week very enjoyable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to Cusco.

Beautiful Palace very well restored and furnished with typical colonial style. Decorated with carved wood. It offers cozy atmospheres and first-class service.

Best drinks made by star bartenders Jhon and Juan Carlos… this two gentlemen take the bar to a whole different level… they are awesome!

Amazing hotel, converted from a former monastery. Great big rooms, soft beds, friendly staff and terrific breakfasts on the terrace. Nice after the excursions just sit in the patio and enjoy the color of the hotel. Real 5 stars.

Very nice hotel all in all. Fun shows at dinner and lovely pool. Great location as well — visit the late night museum of pre colombian art just across the square!

An idyllic retreat with all the features you would want at a world class luxury hotel. Superb well equipped and spacious suites.

This hotel has the wow factor! Ideally located in the centre of Cusco with the most charming helpful staff you could wish for. We unfortunately were only able to have one night at this most beautiful hotel but we would gladly have spent an eternity here. It has a very cool yet contemporary vibe. It is peaceful and serene. We had a suite overlooking the swimming pool with a beautiful balcony and exceptional views out over the rooftops. It was especially pretty as the sun went down over Cusco. This hotel has a fabulous butler service, where nothing is too much trouble, including having Pisco sour lessons in your room, with your butler. We unfortunately did not avail ourselves of this service as we were a little tired after a busy few days, however we managed to enjoy a quiet night in a lovely suite. The suite had the usual Belmond exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows a lovely sofa and dining area. A great Great balcony and a fantastic large bathroom with gorgeous bath big enough for two, a shower and large dressing room, luggage rack area. Breakfast was a gastronomic delight, my how much weight we have put on eating Belmond breakfasts oops. They had the usual array of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, lush smoked trout, quails eggs! To die for, and the most stunning Eucalyptus sugar which I just had to sprinkle on my fruit. The staff were engaging and completely delightful.

Daniel was great Butler, Maria in spa services was amazing. Very nice property. Our suite was perfect. Update: — 1 star because when we left for the airport the lady at the reception dropped the ball. We gave her a bottle of wine we got as a gift to pack as we were leaving for the airport. After few minutes she saw our luggage leave in front of her and didn't say anything. Later we found out that they hadn't put the bottle in the bag. Need someone more competent at the front desk.

Exceptional service, rooms and facilities.

What an extraordinary hotel right in the heart of Latin America's oldest living city! We enjoyed a delicious lunch in their 5-star restaurant while sitting around their pristine infinity swimming pool under the shade of a luxurious umbrella. The quality of both food and service was without fault and the warm invitation to return is likely to be accepted within the very next month when we will return with friends visiting from overseas. A true delight to be sure!

We had the great pleasure of staying in this historical hotel and absolutely loved it for the following reasons: 1. Immaculate 2. Hotel staff well trained, team centered, friendly and helpful 3. The grounds and gardens are well cared for and well kept 4. Both the bar and restaurant food were very good 5. Generous service and open bar in the room 6. Close to the main plaza, great restaurants, museums and shopping 7. Nice snooker table — — and library room for hotel guests 8. The pisco sour demonstration and lesson were wonderful and complimentary 9. Although we did not use the pool it is very clean and private. 10. Massage and spa experience available. 11. Oxygen piped into the room for acclimation. I recommend this hotel. The staff speak English and will exchange dollars for sols at a good rate. This hotel is hospitable and world class. It is in our top ranking for the global best travel experience ranking.
