The Hilton in Panama City is everything you are looking for. This is a first class hotel. It offers anything you could possibly want or need. The cleanest and most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at.

As with most Hilton hotels, you get a great experience. Beautiful ocean view from the pool. Friendly, professional staff. Cool Gin bar.

AWFUL! Music at the pool area is bad and too loud, and the music they play is the same all day and every day this is worst I have ever seen in a Hilton hotel. You call and ask the staff to lower it down and the request is ignored, they do nothing. Lack of respect.

The Hotel is very clean I really enjoyed my stayed there the staffs are friendly but Rafael at the Executive lounge is amazing I would go back just because of him he deserves a pay increase. I loved my room breathtaking views of the the sea and the Old Town and the ships waiting to go through the Canal. The pool is nice and clean big gym also.

The hotel is nice and very clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is beautiful with a view of the water. Pool is nice and restaurants are good. Bed is comfortable. Large drawback though… rooms are not even close to soundproof. We can hear everything in the room next door. Everything. Had to call security last night cause it sounded like they were having a wild party. They came up right away and it was silent after that. Doors don’t have slow closure so if you don’t close them they will LOUDLY swing shut. We can hear our neighbors slamming doors at all hours and it’s headache inducing. Luckily it’s vacation and we don’t plan on spending too much time in the room.

Amazing views, accommodations, service and staff! Met this young lady bartender, Yanessy and she is the best ever! Even brought me a dessert to celebrate my birthday prior to departure. That’s what you call a personal touch! Will certainly return.

Great service during check in. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable, very professional. Slow front desk service on check out, 30 minutes. Keep in mind if you have to go to the airport.

Staff friendly, English speaking, view is wonderful, in the middle of a good part of PC. Access to a lot of amenities. Casino is right there, and for food we highly recommend the pool bar out of the three the hotel has. Their breakfast is top notch for included hotel breakfast buffets, real food and good choices for all eatters. There were some off stuff like requests not being followed through and room not actually being cleaned, but had the tip taken. Eventually things were fixed with staff, but odd we had to go through it in the first place. Overall great hotel stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks for my daughter's stemcell treatment and I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone was super friendly and anytime you needed anything they were right on it. Breakfast was wonderful. They made us feel at home! I will definitely miss them! Thank you Hilton for an amazing month in Panama! I highly recommend them! And the views are beautiful!

This is a very nice hotel, at least 4 stars. I give it 2 only for the fact that we needed a handicapped room. Yes they have what they call handicapped rooms, but they are not for a person who is truly handicapped. Our room has a handicap shower, but the sink does not work for a wheelchair. Counter is too low, wheelchair will not fit under, and the sink is too high, you have a far reach to wash. Our room has a small fridge but no microwave. Can't understand that. Our phone doesn't work and nobody has come to look at it after 2 complaints. I've needed room service a couple of times and I have to go to the front desk to place our order. These little things add up to make or break your stay. Hopefully they can make the effort to fix some things.

Expensive but great customer service and casino on property is a definite. Had pool to self entire week I stayed there. Miguel was very helpful in getting my suitcase lost at JFK to Panama after 3 days! Thank you!

Outstanding disaster… This was my third stay in two years at the Hilton Panama. After the first one I wrote at Tripadvisor a nice report. During the second stay they had service issues with house keeping and during check-out which were later compensated and so I gave it another try because it is a really nice hotel. This time I came back to my room Saturday evening and found my room door open — obviously house keeping had forgotten to close it! This is not about service — this is a serious security issue! I had next morning a discussion with the Vice Manager and a gentlemen from Security who were very professional. They promised me that the Manager would contact me next day. Now 4 days later I still have not heard from Management, which is not acceptable at all! Since it is Hilton policy not to show the name and email contact of their hotel Manager you can also not contact them directly.

Just spent 11 consecutive nights at this hotel. First and foremost, the people at this property make it great. Jorge and Rafael in the executive lounge are the greatest! No strangers ever walk into that lounge. Everyone is their personal guest and that is how they make you feel. If you've EVER been in that lounge Rafael knows who you are and what you drink and he'll have it in your hand moments after you walk in. Location is great. Across the highway is a great recreation area with a running/walking roadway that is not open to vehicle traffic. Makes for a great opportunity to walk about safely. Hotel has a nice rooftop swimming pool complete with a walk-up bar and a restaurant adjacent, and an excellent fitness facility on the same floor. My room: I was upgraded due to my HHonors status. The room (suite) I had was INCREDIBLE! There are numerous restaurants in the hotel with varying dining levels. The breakfast buffet is great including a made to order egg station. Two reasons I will not give this property 5 stars — 1. In-room coffee. Terrible! There seems to be a tendency of hotels (and this Hilton is no exception) to try to find fancy coffee makers for the rooms. The coffee makers in the rooms here make a lot of noise and very small cups of coffee and the coffee provided to use in them is terrible. It is time to go back to the drip brew 4-cup coffee pots. 2. Inconsistent housekeeping service.

Excellent Hotel with avant-garde style and charming décor. The Breakfast buffet is very rich however the attention is not highly recommended and the waiting time in their restaurants is prolonged.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. There apparently had been a pet in our room that had urinated in numerous places on the carpet, leaving a strong oder of urine. While it should have been caught by housekeeping and cleaned before we were assigned it, they shampooed as soon as we reported it. It did make the first night a bit uncomfortable but was handled well when we reported. It was a great get-away!

Saquella Restaurant, excellent service of all the staff.
We celebrate a party with 18 people and the atmosphere is spacious and cozy. The menu is exquisite and the desserts a delight. Prices are accessible.
The smiles of the girls make the event memorable.
I recommend it for any kind of event.
Ideal to go from 5:30 and watch the sunset on the terrace of the pool in outdoor table.
Worth every penny!

The View from the superior restaurant is beautiful, gives directly to the coastal ribbon, and you can see even the old Town; It has a medium sized swimming pool and the possibility to use the summer furniture to drink.

One of the best hotels in Panama city, Panama is the Hilton. It's located on the ocean front with marvellous views over both the Pacific ocean and the city. It is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and has both valet and selfparking. The hotel is modern and spacious with a nice lobby atrium. In addition to several restaurants and bars in the hotel they have a casino which also features restaurants and bars. The hotel has a nice outdoor roof top pool with a whirlpool as well. On the same floor there is a full service Spa with an extensive range of treatments and a huge gym with over 50 machines and equipment for a full workout. The hotel also have a very nice executive lounge with nice ocean views which serves breakfast and evening canapes and drinks in addition to the all day offering with soft drinks and coffee. The rooms are big and well planned with big bathrooms and they are all equipped with the amenities you expect from a top end property. I thoroughly recommend a stay!

I went to the restaurant part and I liked a lot of good music volume for a quiet lunch I leave a picture of what I ate.

Hilton Panama is fully wheelchair assessible. Nice ramp into the front door. The reception desk is in the 2 ND floor which was a little confusing but a staff members quickly pointed us in the right direction. I opted for a standard king over the accessible room which was more then good enough for a manual wheelchair. The pool is cool and large with an access ramp to the pool deck. The pool cafe was overpriced and just okay. It's listed as 5 star but more like a solid 4, our room was musty, the carpet was stained, and paint peeling from the bathroom walls.

Overall great hotel. I've stayed many times. The front desk conciege's are the best. Helped me in many ways. The servers/bartenders at the Lobby Bar & Pool are extremely professional. Also, Miguel & Jorge are very professional & helpful in the Executive Lounge. The only negative is the hotel has cut some Diamond Benefits & Perks. As a Diamond Member I those perks are important in a decision were we stay.

Excellent food in the buffet service, and the attention is the best.
The rooms are really great and the beds are very comfortable.
Everything is so modern that the bathrooms have glass doors that glide and don't have insurance.
You can control the room temperature, whether you want cold or at room temperature.
Most rooms have an amazing view to the sea.
And you should not miss enjoying a moment in the pool!

It was my first time in panama and stayed at this hotel for one week. I have to say the staff at this hotel made my vacation amazing! More specifically, the concierge Luis went out of his way not only for me and my boyfriend but many other guests to have the best panama experience. He organized tours, car rentals, reservations at the most amazing restaurants and really heard what we most wanted to do and helped plan out our trip. He has a great attitude and always made us feel looked after and special. He was exceptional! Also, George (spelling Jorge? ) was also incredible for making us feel comfortable and welcome at the hotel. I can't emphasize enough how much of an impact Luis had on what has now been our best trip in years! I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to go to this hotel because of him :)

The rooms are nice BUT the service is bad and many of the Hilton Service people don´t show respect to clients like a 5 Stars Hotel should do. They try to cheat you with the taxis. A tip from me to all who think about staying in this Hilton Hotel: If you want that they call you a taxi, they try to give you one of their "taxis" which is not an original taxi. The original taxis are yellow, the Hilton Fake Taxis are white and they cost 3x the price of a normal taxi.
The first time I needed a taxi, I asked one of the Hilton Service Guys in front of the Hotel, if he can call me a taxi and he gave me the white one and didn´t ask me, if I want to pay 15$ (with the white Hilton Taxi) instead of only 5$ with an original Panama City Taxi (yellow), to the same destination. This is a bad trick of them to cheat the tourists which are the first time in this country and don´t know the taxi prices. They have to learn from Sheraton how to manage a 5 Stars Hotel right.

This rating is due to an interaction I had with one of the staff at the front desk. I was parched after a hot day of doing business in Panama, and was refused a complimentary bottle of water after asking politely. He literally said my status was not high enough for free water. The experience and direction given thereafter was belittling for somebody who regularly travels on business to Panama. However, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel and great views of the main strip. Not sure what mattresses they use for their beds but they're very comfortable. The bathrooms are a little weird though, not much privacy.

Great quality you'd expect from the Hilton. Went there to have the wedding anniversary with the wife. Efficient check in and service, great selection of restaurants and services. Great free coffee brewing machine in room. Only criticism would be that it costs $ 15 to park there as a guest.

Service is really not there. Had to complain 3 times before the AC was fixed and spent one night in a room that was 76°. They wouldn't answer the phone even after it rang three times.

The Hilton Hotel in Panama is a good address. The rooms are spacious and you will find everything you need for a nice stay. The location right on the beachfront is ideal. The noise of the hotel is very good, but the room is very clean.
The bed is comfortable and has a pleasant size. The bathroom is a bit of a hose and therefore cramped. Unfortunately, it also has only one milk door, which looks nice but is not so pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is great and you will find everything your heart desires. However, the service is a little sluggish but friendly.
The old town of Panama is about 30 minutes on foot. But the way is very nice.

Great Hotel. Would absolutely recommend. Spacious rooms and beautiful decor… Stunning view of the bay and Casco antiguo. The Restaurants are great and varies in differ types of meals. Pool area is very nice to relax with a drink in hand to enjoy the view.

The hotel is very good, but have NO RESPECT for the neighbors. Have the music of the pool which is very high. Today, January 1 at 7: 30 it was already sunset and at night also. I think that with that go down a little would be enough and we could all be happy. I have friend there are housed and say the same thing. I hope to rectify because it is small, but will harm them.

Very pretty hotel. Awesome spa and Ruth's Chris steakhouse is divine. I did not care for the hotel staff though. The facilities/housekeeping manager is a rude imbecile and was obsessing about turning off restroom lights when they were not in use. I found her very uneducated as well. The reception at L2 had one decent staff member and one moron that stands to the right. He was extremely unhelpful and lazy. All in all the same old story with Panama hotels. Place is gorgeous and has a lot to offer. But the disappointing staff have a lot of improving to do. In the mean time opt for Miramar or the Sonesta. Amazing rooms and decent staff. fos.
