Excellent 👌 very cozy has a great atmosphere 😁

I want to thank the hotel staff, especially the waiter of the restaurant Edwin, a very special, respectful, helpful and cordial person.
As a suggestion I recommend putting air conditioning in the corridors of the hotel or an exhaust fan since the corridors have a very bad smell.

The staff always have a smile to share, all very helpful and attentive to customers.

We made a 2-day reservation and only lasted 1 day
. The hotel was overselling. They didn't comply with covid-19 protocols. The rooms had a bad smell. And at night we had to call the police. Because there were parties in the rooms. Scandal. Music. And people running in the hallways and knocking on the doors of the rooms all night. They didn't recognize a penny for the day we didn't use. It's a robbery.

The rooms aren’t cleaned properly. The dining utensils are not cleaned properly. The staff is not effective because of their inability to speak English. We had to change our room 3 times before getting a decent one. I’m very disappointed with the hotel.

Central location. Great staff. Good breakfast, changes daily. Clean rooms and locked parking. Has a quiet bar, rooftop pool and 24 hr gym. Can't beat the price!

Room key was given twice, to strangers too! Poorest breakfast. Dark and bad atmosphere, seems as if they go bankrupt and can't pay electricity. Rooms not properly cleaned. 2, 5 stars at most. Housekeeping is a joke. Dust and dirt everywhere. I booked their suite. I used to stay at Novotel and Best western zen and I let myself be fooled by the positive reviews of Hampton. Hampton no more… Waste of money.

An excellent property — this hotel is located in the heart of the Panama city! This hotel is having a good morning breakfast! The swimming pool and GYM are small — yet good! There is 2 levels of Parkings — always ample amount of places to park. I can personally recommend this property to stay at if you wanna stay in the Panama City! Yes An asset to the Hilton group of hotels!

Nice hotel but it stops at that. The room was so hot upon walking in with a musty smell. Front desk personnel don't know what benefits the Hilton Gold Members receive. I was reluctantly given a late check-out after having to explain that as a good member that is one of my benefits. The breakfast was ok, runny eggs and some carbohydrates. The fruit was tasteless. Coffee was ok. The views from the room are unimpressive. All I saw was rundown homes from the 2nd floor. The bar was unattended and I waited for someone to give me a beer for at least 15 minutes. I was the only person there. If you can afford it, splurge for a hotel closer to either the water or the old part of town. At least you'll go out of the hotel and be able to walk somewhere nice.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and the shower was very good. The other room had cigarette smell call the front desk never responded, they handed me the room at 5:30 pm and call me the next day to leave at 12 pm.

Nice Hotel located in a good sector of the high buildings area of Panama city. I loved the buffet style breakfast, very comfortable and the terrace has a nice view and a beautiful pool.

The hotel provides a service comfortable, clean, the breakfast is good, there is fruit, two flavors of yogurt, cereal, white and wholemeal bread, hollow scrambled eggs, ham or Hot give, coffee, teas, juices, pancakes, tortillas, or type corn cake with strawberry and chantilly. Q only thing I did not like is that the put is not very illuminated in ka night. The gym has enough to work out.

This very modern hotel and not very expensive and apart has a very good Buffet and its rooms are very comfortable.

Very good service, the attention of its staff is good, the rooms are according to their value, especially if you are coming from work, have very good restaurants nearby, of all kinds. Good beds, good rooms, has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean. We would like to have more choices at breakfast. Swimming pool discovered on the top floor. It's pretty small.

The reason I don't put a fifth star is that the water was not hot, I bathed at 6:30am.
The hotel is central, the rooms are comfortable, has safe deposit box, coffee machine and ironing machine.
The service is good, has in the lobby a small snack shop and personal toiletries.
Breakfast is very good, buffet type, there is egg, ham, breads, fruits and juices. I like hotels with breakfasts that allow you to serve yourself all, I do not like to be chasing the waiter for more coffee, in this case they are clear and you serve yourself the coffee you want.
I was allowed early check in in exchange for taking a different room, I found it excellent, now I requested late checkout let's hope so. So far, good hotel, I owe you the fifth star for the warm water in the shower.

Mo free drinking water, no ice buckets or free ice, an continental breakfast is lacking… for the rates they can make a better effort…

Very large modern room. Loved the led lighting. Pool on roof great, if not too many people staying. Breakfast was plentiful, scrambled eggs, home fries, ham. Lots of fruit and great coffee.

On our first visit to Panama City, we decided to stay at this lovely new and modern hotel. We had a great stay and the scenery made it even better. Relaxing roof top pool while enjoying the view of the whole city. Very satisfied with staff and food. Clean rooms and bath. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit this fascinating city.

Good location around all good restaurants. Very friendly and courteous staff. I stayed in room 522. Room was clean bed was cozy with round pillows. Good channels on TV. Bathroom was very clean. I enjoyed the roof top swimming pool and exercise room. I'll definitely stay there next time I stay in Panama City!

Excellent attention. It was very pleasant to stay. The only thing is that from 9 to 10 am it was slow to serve breakfast as by the amount of people to the mentioned hour, there was no clean earthenware and it played wait a bit.

Bad customer service. No Hilton / Hampton inn standard — no 24 hours coffee in the lobby. When asked for an extra room key, we were told that the manager has instructed to give only one key. When we asked for To go breakfast in the morning, we were told that we had to notify them ahead of the time. We are Hilton Diamond members — frequent international travelers and have never experienced ANY OF THESE before. Very disappointed.

It's nice, big clean rooms, very friendly staff, good location. Was very disappointed with breakfast though, very little options and quite messy, forget about it if you are vegetarian.

Friendly staff. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is very bad. Just 4 dishes, eggs bacon and hash browns and bread no fresh veggies, cheese or other options. They even ran out of butter. Forget it if you are a vegetarian.

Breakfast is chaotic. The tables, dirty, no cups, no butter! No sausages or cheeses, scarce fruit, no sweets… Anyway, there are better hotels in that city.

It is very centrally located and there is everything you would need around it in walking distance. You can walk to either Iglesia del Carmen or via Argentina station nearby and take the metro no for instance Albrook mall. For $0.35 a ride.

The water here is weird. Almost like the cold water tank is empty. Everyone is polite and generally helpful, though customer service could be improved. The rooms are clean and breakfast is very good. Good views of the city.

Everything I like about customer service was fulfilled beyond expectations. All three of the young women at the front desk went beyond expectations in assisting with a dilemma, having nothing to do with the hotel but travel issues, and resolved fantastically. Itzel, Jaime and I can't remember the name of the morning shift woman who final assist finished what could have been unfortunate travel logjam. Ever grateful for the friendly help. Room was big, clean and comfortable. The value was great.

It is a place pretty central, the staff is quite friendly. The décor is minimalist and pretty chic.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, most speak English or will find someone who speaks english to help. View from our room was amazing. Rooftop pool and patio is relaxing. Dining area/lounge was amazing. There is a full restraunt with menu as well for a tasty quick meal. I read comments saying the locatiin was not good, but I found it to be very convenient. All my needs were met and it was very affordable! Highly reccomend this hotel.
