The only thing that we didn't like is that you can't visit other floors. We needed to go to my parents room, in a coherent room (and it wasn't in the same floor as the common area), and the elevator wouldn't let me.

Nice place, high end, rooms with all possible amenities. I recommend it for frequent travelers.

Every Sunday I go to the 2nd floor in the meeting to hear the word of God. You are cordially invited to the 11:30 am.

A good place to stay, clean, great staff and is near to the central so you can have access to a lot of restaurants and shopping center.

The buffet breakfast is good. Very good front desk service. My only dislikes are that the key cards don't work as well with the lifts, and the fitness room smells funny.

The hotel is nicely located, right in the center near the hard rock and different places… The Pool A little small or good enough small aunq people almost do not go up so Q calmly you can spend a time family or couple without interruptions… breakfast not very Varied always the same.

A lot of noise impossible to sleep.
Not just the. Night, also at breakfast, full of noisy young people… slept badly and my mood is not in its best day…

Good hotel, centrally located! The room was very clean. Super friendly staff, Super good bar "Carlos" a cool bartender very competent! The best beef fillet to date! Pool on the roof, cool number!

Centrally located but not within walking distance to the sights.

Good breakfast, good gym and good service (somewhat scarce in Panama), but too expensive and the pool only gives the sun early in the morning (besides being small).

Came here from the US for vacation for 10 days and were very helpful when our car rental had a dead battery and the continental breakfast was the best out of any hotel I've ever been to. Great service overall.

Awesome stay… nice friendly staff of the mid n night shift, breakfast is good, both breakfast attendant lady gave us wonderful service, rooms nice n clean I wound not like to complain but only 1 — ve point housekeeper didn't change sheets for 4 days my son spit up a little on it after 4 days I ask front desk to bring a sheets for me they did but wrong sheets I manage that because it was 2.30 at night n next day still the same wrong sheet.

It is a strategic place to travel around the hotel's operators are cordial, its facilities are welcoming and the buffet at breakfast as much as I recommend.

The hotel was ok but when I checked out they tried to charge me an extra $89 but couldn't prove where this mystery charge came from.

Typical Holiday not express. The rooms are quite large and clean. New furnishings. The Wi-Fi works great.
Very informal staff not even a smile. Very poor breakfast with a few good things. Cold reception. Rooms clean services so-so.
For a short stay it's fine otherwise there are better hotels at competitive prices in Panama.

What fascinated us was the buffet breakfast.

This is a mid-range hotel with amenities and high-end quality. Its location makes it precious as it is very close to street 50. Its facilities are worthy of the chain to which it represents, from the attention of the staff in general to the breakfast and prices combine a very good alternative. I can only complain about the breakfast, as I don't know if the chef is Chinese but, every day dim sum? Seriously? and the preparation or preservation of the egg in the trays gives it a nauseating smell. Everything else is a delight, but almost everything after a few days it takes the same season. The Internet service is good but should improve.

The food leaves a lot to be desired… But in general aspects the hotel is very good. Friendly staff and a very good location in the city.
