Everything was fine, only complaint was the Wi-Fi. Throughout the stay Wi-Fi is not able to use.

Friendly staff, fluent in English.

The bar tenders and kitchen staff are very friendly. The food was delicious.

We are from Costa Rica we had booked since October and upon arriving today, we simply cancelled the reservation claiming that we did not arrive before 3 pm, when they had not been informed, and did not even help us to solve looking for another option! Poor customer service at this hotel!

I recommend to view the hotel Bar is called WHERE THE CORDUROYs which has super good atmosphere and tremendous attention.

Very poor customer service, we could not turn on the air conditioner because the receptionist did not give us control until 1 hour later, did not give nformation to near the check out, the shower had mushrooms around, Habitacón neglected in certain respects. I don't recommend it.

Great place to stay. Safe area walk day or night. Staff very friendly and there to help. Can't speak Spanish? No problem, this entire area will try their best to understand you. Highly recommend this place!

The rooms are not very comfortable. The service is mediocre. If you arrive before check-in time, they will make an extra charge. To pay for all those extra charges is better to go to a much better hotel.

Everything is perfect. Staff not well educated to speak English. Not all can speak español.

The service is very good and the facilities according to the price. Breakfast, not so much.

I don't recommend it, it's not very clean, the towels had a very unpleasant smell and that changed them every day… The bathroom is not very clean. There were mushrooms on the edge of the bathroom. The Wi-Fi Malisimo. The stained floor. Not very pleasant experience… For never more.

Seriously NO HOT WATER. Ever. Or lights in hallways. Paper thin walls. Some of the staff are very rude. The shower is ill designed and sometimes leaks into the room. Maids don't understand DO NOT DISTURB or the concept of knocking. It's cheap for a reason.

I loved this place, the staff is very nice and friendly excellent meals I really recommend this Hotel.

Clean Hotel, the beds a little hard … A hotel to spend the night and go fast.

It has what it takes, however they should be more careful with the attention, put water in the rooms and enough towels when they are shared. The staff of the restaurant very friendly however it is preferable that in the reservation take your room without including breakfast … it is better the variety to choose and with better price cancelandolo directly there.

Fatal The bathroom is transparent glass walls … old airs … the minimum charge you … I was charged 20 dollars for a drop of makeup that fell on a cover … that when washing is erased … but good … ah and charge deposit when entering … do not recommend …

They'd like to charge you 25$ for early check in to a 40 $ room. Even if free rooms are available. No bag holding fee at the reception though. Hotel is a bit long in the teeth and there are better options for same price range. No reason to stay here unless you can't go anywhere else.

The normal facilities and much delayed. I left my parents a few days there and ended up moving to another hotel.

The breakfast not was good.

Very poor customer service, super long lines to check in, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, rooms were falling apart and smelt like smoke or really strong perfume. Do not recommend it.

Be Careful! Upon my arrival, a member of his staff (receptionist) then the corresponding payment request (to$ 50) in cash and a photocopy of the card Cred as a background, and guarantee that as I would repay my output. This did not happen I just estafo, what I most unworthy was the response from the administrative staff simply washed their hands and even reasoned that it was indeed my fault, so be careful.

I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body and the manager wouldn't even come to hotel to help — instead they brought the police. I have never been treated with such't disrespect in all of my travelling experience. They did not refund me either! I was left with bites all over my arms, legs stomach for the entire vacation. What is up with your webpage? I want to to contact your hotel, not agents, and it seems you do not exist. I will go for another, much against my liking.

The pictures on the Internet are deceiving. The place is run down and the service was just awful. We asked for extra towels and never received them. The next day we asked for an iron and never received that either. This was the first hotel I stayed in where there were no outlets in the bathroom. The bathroom walls are see through so if you are traveling as a couple or with friends be prepared to watch each other use the toilet. Also the "free breakfast" was a joke. They offered bread and fruit which were constantly running out. If you wanted eggs they charged $4 for disgusting runny eggs. People were constantly dropping the tongs used to pick up the food on the the floor which was picked up and placed back on the counter for another person to use without washing them first. If you can afford a different hotel, I would highly recommend not staying here.
