Thanks to Corona breakfast only allowed in the room, you get these in the morning in bags. Lovelessly thrown in, 1 sausage and 1 slice of cheese per person without cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. Rolls like rubber from the day before. No coffee or cocoa just a small bottle of juice. You don't even get cutlery.
Room was not cleaned one day, when I approached the staff about it, they told me there you can't do anything anymore the cleaning lady is already gone… Pictures will follow… Towels had a strange smell to themselves and were partly with make-up leftovers from a previous hotel guest.

Shocking not to get close! Crooks! Do not want to change the order date and we can not arrive because of the corona!

New hotel (as of sep18) so the room is very nice with espresso machine in every room. Shower can be improved for facility but overal more then okay. Breakfast is 15euro and my kids like a lot. Can do cheaper outside… Parking is 15euro per day… Keep in mind.

I have got a pleasant stay there. It has 10% discount if you do online booking. There is a Metrostation at 3 minute walking distance. Room services also good.

Normal hotel but a good choice for a night to stay near Amsterdam city. Staff only speaks English and are not even native Dutch. Why? Room is normal but to hot. If you switch of the airco during the night the temperature rises really quick. Breakfast is good. Parking is in the hotel area and a bit expensive.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, nice shower, air conditioning and tv. All in all, a great hotel, located just 2 minutes from the metro station. Definitely recommend. Nothing to complain about.

Really great hotel. I stayed in over twenty different hotels on my last business trip and this was easily the nicest. If traveling in warmer summer months, note that this place has much needed air conditioning!

Great welcoming by the hotel staff and receptionist. Really easy check-in and out system which you can do by yourself. Very fresh and well maintained room with a really big bathroom. Large screen TV, great air conditioning, fast internet and really comfortable beds. The hotel is situated 20 minutes of travel time from the city central and there is a just 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, which will take you all the way to the City. The downside of choosing this hotel would be that the hotel is located in an industrial area with a lot of office buildings so there is not a lot to do nearby the hotel, you have to travel into the city. However I can assure you it is worth the travel.

Absolutely stunning, brand new building and everything inside. There are actually two buildings one beside another, and only one has reception desk. Staff were very polite, helped us with everything. It is exceptionally clean, with all supplies needed in bathroom, beds are comfy… Definitely would come again!

Overall, this was an okay experience. The hotel is quite far out of town, although a 20 minute train ride and 3 minute walk means it’s manageable. Everything about the room was good — new, clean and comfortable. The pillows, however, were quite small and lumpy — they felt like they had fallen apart from washing. Wifi was good. Don’t bother with the breakfast — there are much better options in town. When we were leaving to the airport, we asked for reception to book a taxi, but instead we were ushered into a private car that charged a €50 flat fee for a 15 minute drive which we didn’t know about until we arrived. I imagine the hotel takes a cut of that. If you stay here, get the train to the airport.
