Checked in for 1 night, OK I was driving an empty coach, but 75 euros to park overnight! almost as expensive as the room! when I got to the room there was rubbish still lying around from the previous guests including dirty used face masks!

The staff does not speak French but we make sure to help us welcome to the top and wonderful breakfast 2nd time I go and I will come back without hesitation.

Very clean, great and quiet apartement, lovely staff, nice breakfast and perfect, fast rail connection to Amsterdam. We will come again :)

Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Rooms where crisp and clean. Nice big shower all in all a great night at a comfortable price.

A very nice hotel. Nice friendly staff. And even at 5am before breakfast the nice lady in the kitchens fired up the machines just to get me a cup of tea. Oh and the steak was pretty good at dinner. Clean comfortable and welcoming.

Nice and clean. Staff not very helpful when we asked for milk for our room. None left with tea and coffees on the 3 nights we stayed. Room really nice and a great shower. Perfect for a couple of nights when traveling. Good location to travel in to city glad of peace and quiet after a day in city centre.

Super Clean Very nice & modern Great breakfast Very close to the trains & bus — cheap to take! Do not take a cab from the airport to this hotel as it will cost you €70. Euro when the train takes you right there in half the time €7.00 over a €60. Differences Also take the teain/metro downtown … cheap and easy I would definitely recommend this hotel & visiting Amsterdam!

Nice accommodations. Good breakfast. There are little quirky thing that are different with European and US hotels.

We really enjoyed the restaurant at this Holiday inn. It was very spacious with plenty of room to complete our work before heading over to Amsterdam Arena for Jay-Z and Beyonce.

Extremely small rooms, no hot breakfast yet Euro 165 per night is the best way I can describe the stay. They charged 3 of my colleagues Euro 125 per night but seems they took special liking for me and another colleague of mine. The staff at the reception or front desk seemed confused… They took a while to figure out our reservation too. And if you need an iron you need to come down to the front desk and ask for it… No guarantee you will get it because someone else may have borrowed it… So call before you go there. Location is good… Near the bijlmer arena… One will be able to choose from quite a few restaurants near the arena which is about 250 metres away. Similar distance for the metro station too.

The hotel is good. Away from the centre but close by is the Bijilmer Arena station where you will get buses, trains and Metro. Nearby there are places to eat since in the area Fel stadium there are many businesses and even there is coffee shoo also.

It is a very comfortable hotel with large space and mostly zero hustle, but it is 10 stations from the center of Amsterdam.

We had a Room on the 12th Floor. Good for one or 2 Nights. Clean and okay set up. In the Bathroom, however, it could have been cleaner. At the Tiles next to the Toilet were Splashes and at the Mirror and shower were thick Plaster Strips. A Toilet Brush would have been nice, too. Then the Dustbin: It was a Lid with a hole, which is good at first. But I had to open this First thing in order to work the Garbage bag apart, so that something fits in. There was nothing to do like that. I was a Chambermaid for 2 Years and I know I would have got trouble for something like that.

Typical Holiday Inn but you can see that Hotel is new! Rooms are big enough with nice view! From 7+ floor! Service are really friendly! Only bad things are You dont have got a fridge in a room but there is ice machine and cold drinks few floors below and the breakfast dont have got even one hot meal! But still really nice hotel!

A good stay for a short trip in Amsterdam. Easily/Quickly reachable for City Center and Airport. Good, clean rooms with basic or essential amenities.

Very good Hotel with chic décor. In the Beds we slept very well. Breakfast was also good and there was everything we expected.

Were booked there a few weeks ago for a few days.
The hotel is clean but unfortunately without fridge, which we missed.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English throughout.
Just around the corner you can buy a day ticket for 6, €50 for the tram, so you can go anywhere in Amsterdam.
The location of the hotel is convenient and in my opinion quiet.
The buffet in the morning can be seen, there are also good Dutch specialities, I just no longer know how this good cake was called for breakfast; d

Chic Hotel for short trips or business trips.
Parking is very expensive in my opinion with €25 a day.
Staff speaks good English and German.
Rooms very nice and clean, modern.
The city centre is easy to reach by tram in a few minutes.

Highly recommended… Its excellent buffet I return soon and the utmost attention.

Very good service. They should improve the constant noise coming from their canherias, apparently, that you are uncomfortable for the Desanso.

The reception was great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was conveniently located from the metro and places were easy to get to. A perfect location for going to a concert. Great experience for us.

Horrible service. I was missing a towel in the room and the concierge gave me a used with bad smell. And the breakfast is a little varied.

Breakfast ne catastrophe, no scrambled eggs — no bacon. Rather Mensa feeling. Showers in the room sometimes cold/sometimes warm. Room can not be ventilated. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. And an employee has been massively out of the tone. Absolutely not recommended!

Excellent hotel! Everything is first class. The rooms are very comfortable. It's a little bit far from the center, but a few meters from the subway.

Very good location. Stayed at the Hliday Inn Express Hotel, room OK but without fridge and wardrobe. That's a pity.

The hotel is nice and relatively new. Service in the restaurant is awful! The waiters are unprofessional. Apparently only the Manager is sensible.

Lovely hotel. Very service oriented staff. Nice design and reasonable prices. It is just on the outskirts of Amsterdam but with a direct centrum/ CS metro connection nearby.

Room was good and clean but there was no safe and mini bar what was still missing was a city guide in German even in the lobby there was none. Breakfast was disappointing you felt like you were in a canteen at the university. Main language was English and Dutch.

Very nice hotel, well located about 8 minutes from the Metro which takes you to the central station in 15 minutes. The room was spacious, large, despite the fact that it lacked a fridge, which is problematic especially for the water bottles. However, there were no other flaws. The reception was well welcoming and the check in/check out were quick. The breakfast is quality is very well provided!

Located outside in a Trabante city. Walking distance to the Metro. Very sterile hotel. No closet and no safe in the room.

Very clean room, double bed with 4 pillows very comfortable.
No microwave and variations in the temperature of the shower.

Just outside, but near the Metro. The car parks, for €20, however, I find a bit overpriced, because in the middle of the city there is also a parking garage for €20. The room was good. Recommended.

A good View Hotel And good service also very close to the train for City Center in Amsterdam.

All Perfect! Price of the stay, as were the rooms, perfect communication by Metro with Central Station and by train with Schiphol airport, supermarket and places to eat something in the vicinity. A 10!

De locatie was perfect t. O. V. De ZiggoDome. De kamer was super, mooi uitzicht en heerlijke bedden. Ook de badkamer was mooi en er lagen veel handdoeken etc. Helaas hoorden wij 's nachts constant een zeer irritant laag en zoemend geluid. De service was goed en vriendelijk, maar in het restaurant hadden ze 2 soorten drank niet die wij graag wilden en de bar had qua eten niks meer aan te bieden rond 23:30. Erg jammer als je na een concert nog even een drankje wilt drinken met een hapje erbij. Het ontbijt was wel goed. Al met al een goed verblijf gehad.

Good location and the hotel is Very Nice. The rooms are nice, like all Holiday Inn. But the details I could see in the breakfast area… If you do not arrive at good time do not expect variety, at least the time I was having breakfast never replenished the sewn eggs, yogurt and fruit. The young lady who touched me on the second day asking for the room number to come to breakfast was made me despot and rude, scolded me and moved my things by that I could not sit on the tables of blue chairs that because they were reserved for certain class, when the previous day many people in my group were sitting in that area. Outside of that the hotel well, it has a small Starbucks on one side of the ground floor reception.

Holiday Inn is a really nice place to stay for some nights. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I don't rate 5 stars because of the restaurant… We ate there one evening and we waited about 40min for our plates to be served. The food was not really good… It's too bad…

An excellent hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful and no issue too big. Breakfast was exceptional and staff at the weekend during breakfast time were brilliant. Highly recommend. The train, metro and tram links were second to none in this small city.

Great location slightly outside the city centre but with frequent train connections from the airport (15mins) and on the Metro to central Amsterdam. Helpful Reception staff who provided a city map, details of metros and trams to get to locations. Excellent range of food for breakfast, good quality food in the evening, very comfortable / clean bedroom. A few bikes to hire, but they require you to get up early and book on the day from 7.00 a. M. But well worth it, as you simply return them outside the hotel at the end of the day. And riding the bicycles gives you the real Dutch experience.

Good service. Clean. Reasonable. Ajax stadium nearby. Far away from the City center. But very close to the Arena station. Buy the daily pass and use it freely.

Nice, quite and clean. Also the breakfast very good. It is not very close to the centre might be by car 15 minutes. Make sure when book it there is no football game as the hotel front the stadium. They close most of access way to hotel in that time.
