Great staff always a fantastic bartender… wonderful restaurant! Favorite Bitterballen near the Arena!

Very nice and clean hotel with warm polite staff, but my advice with hotel be aware of the deposit have a credit card to pay any service. Otherwise you can be a victim, check with your bank, I had a bad experience, I have arleady paid twice upfront and direct from my back, I have tried to call the hotel but it's very hard to communicate with them or to get the right person to talk to so disappointed.

Good location. Close to Arena and metro stations. Nice & clean room and friendly staff. Food in restaurant could've been better but breakfast choices are good.

Good hotel. Rooms are modern enough, quiet area during the night, and breakfast is totally sufficient. Friendly staff as far as I experienced.

Conveniently located right near the Metro and Amsterdam's main business / office complexes. The Courtyard Marriott Amsterdam Arena offers fantastic service, food, rooms and overall value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Onsite gym is well equipped so you don't miss a step and can work out while travelling either for business or pleasure.

Stayed for 2 weeks. It was a great hotel. Limited amenities since it is geared for the business traveler. Great service and friendly staff. Very helpful. In a great location near train station and some shopping with restaurants. Easy to get anywhere in Amsterdam and the trains can get you to other parts of Europe easily. The station is a major hub. Also near a couple of large music venues while offering a quiet place to sleep when you are done for the day or night.

Worst experience… Terrible rooms with almost no AC or can say dummy AC. They don't even give complimentary water bottles in room. They said in this category of room we don't provide water bottles. Don't know how this is 5* hotel. We have stayed in so many Marriott… But this was never expected from Marriott. When we asked to check AC they said its the best we can do it… Looks like fake Marriott.

Very nice hotell in the business area of Amsterdam Arena and close to many international companies. Nice rooms and good beds, very good restaurant and popular bar. The breakfast is on the low side compared to the rest of the hotel though. Only things I miss is a gym and spa, otherwise it would have had 5 stars.

The Courtyard by Marriott Arena is a lovely new hotel, very stylish and with really good beds. It is walking distance from the Amsterdam Arena railway station. The meeting facilities are also very stylish, have a posh feel to them. Parking is easy in the parking garage right next door. It feels much nicer than the usually more expensive Courtyard in Hoofddorp (near the airport).

Good business hotel. Helpful staff. Near a major transportation hub. Clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfasts, but restaurant menu for dinner could use more options.

Not quite 4 stars. Clean and tidy in the room, but none of the other three. Design, furniture, all amenities, no robes, Slippers, broken hair dryer — all on a three. Expensive Parking at the hotel. On the positive side, even the proximity of the train.

The reception man is lovely! Amazing room! Really clean and big! I really recommend it!

Very convenient location within 5 minutes walk of Metro and bus station. The rooms themselves are top class. The only thing we lived on the 12i floor and the window was whistling all the time. My boyfriend asked for earplugs however it didn't really help. With this I did not interfere with the whistle, because of this I am very happy.

Fine business hotel. Room was always clean and cleaned up. Bathroom provided enough space. Beds were comfortable. Also greeting and service at reception was very friendly.

Friendly staff, nice location, and newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately the shower had horrible water pressure and the hand rail was placed right next to my shoulder so I kept hitting it with my elbow.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were very clean, bed was big, bathroom was beautiful overall very happy. Staff was very kind. Behind the train station Bijlmer Arena.

Right price-quality. It is very cute but away from the center and me to use the Wi-Fi network is a bard.
The girls at the front desk are very nice and helped us with a problem we had in the parking lot. Yes or if you have to park next door and you can pay with an enabled card that clearly we didn't have.

Also almost too. The TV not working well and even my friends in the hotel said the same thing and some the there TV not working at all. The small things in all the hotel I went is the slippers I couldn't find it in the room and they didn't have it. However, There is no late check out, you have to pay. The coffee bar in the room is so limited but the good things in bar for me is the cups are paper cup. Also, the the Heater was not working good I got sick.

It is a good place if you want to be quiet, away from the center but very well located, right next to the station where you can catch a train that leaves you in the center in 15 minutes. The area is quiet but with a shopping mall and shops nearby for a walk. As far as the hotel, very correct. The good food, the rooms of a 4 star hotel and the good service too. That if, you can go a little lost if you do not know English.

Good rooms but lack details to be a 4 star hotel. The restaurant quite correct. During our stay there was no receptionist who spoke Spanish and could not clarify our doubts. This aspect is quite better. Regarding the location, it is worth highlighting the proximity of an important station, from which you can reach the centre in about 20 minutes.

Terrible customer service. The charged me twice for drinks which I already paid for. Save all your invoices! Don't use the phone there because their system charged me for 90 minutes of using! (I used it no more than 20min). After some research they said that I used the phone 56 minutes. Really? The even numbers of the rooms looking for the railroad and it's very noisy side. Nobody told me about it. No refills on coffee, sugar, cups. You need to go to Help desk and ask them. But each time they are so sorry about it and apologize. Weird. Old mattresses on the beds and you will slide all the night down. Check out was terrible with customer service representative Rageny (it's her name). She yelled at me in the front of taxi driver and my friend. Called twice to customer service, left them 2 voicemails but nobody called me back. Will never stay at Marriott hotels anymore.

Had an overnight in Amsterdam as I was traveling from the US to Asia and I had 2 pets with me. The employees at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful time decidedly less so. Would have given 5 stars if there would have been a set of cutlery and a real mug on the room. Only had 2 paper cups and I'm a huge tea drinker when I travel.

Great location! Right across the street from a train station that can take you right into town, a great way to be out of downtown (with its costs and tempo) but still close enough to call it readily accessible. Right next to a Crossfit gym and a nice running path if you want to burn away the local delicious foods! Room was very nice, breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection. Hotel bar has standard slim pickings of wine and beers. Martina at the front desk was extremely helpful! Gave great advice on places to eat and even helped make reservations for us.

Comfortable room. It sleeps well. Pleasant Restaurant and breakfast buffet really good. The staff is friendly but the services are limited to the price of the room.

Just OK. Absolutely nothing special. Restaurant is understaffed. For Saturday night they had a concert menue. I ordered salmon and they served me chicken. I was hungry so I didn't send it back. Chicken was overcooked to perfection. Baked potato was good. Broccoli was served cold. Liked that the local is very close to train station.

It is very far from the city and airport. The breakfast was an indifferent affair. Food was tasteless. There was no coffee as vending machine was not working. Overall attitude of hotel was one of indifference.

Good hotel Despite the delay to give the keys, we had booked 6mois before the arrival date and plane requested a chambrz between 11am and 12h. As soon as we arrived we could hurry to give to our Bebe de 8mois. We got the keys at 2:30. So we fed and changed Bebe in the lobby.
Otherwise the room has nothing to complain about.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is correct. The hotel is modern and very beautiful.

Its a nice business hotel and also suitable fot family stay. You can opt for this one if you are willing a little far from the city centre and can travel via subway. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are also tidy. Not a luxury property however quite modern and chic.

Nice place but restaurant staff could be more attentive. Rooms are god and beds are very comfortable.

An hour and a half after check-in we still don't have our room. They staff can't (won't? ) say how long it will be or even offer a cup of coffee while we wait. I wonder how they will compensate… a bottle of bubbly in the room, complimentary breakfast, a refund? Good thing the restaurant (Gård) at the hotel is more service minded!

Room is cozy, and staff so friendly. The only problem is it's far from the city which is hard when traveling with children.

Very nice hotel. Sits across the street from the train station, the arena, and a movie theater. About a 20 minute ride from the airport and downtown. Good alternative if the downtown or airport hotels are sold out or too expensive.

Excellent food at Gard. I had a steak that was perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. Staff were friendly and the use of Ipads to order gives a very modern vibe.

The hotel is a solid three, this is not a 4*. No Bathrobe, no Slippers, no water in the room, no Minibar. And please bring water and brought. Yes, and toothbrush and do any of the cotton accessories are missing. The feeling that the MARRIOTT to this hotel has nothing. Very comfortable bed, the rest of the way. In the shower the water barely flows. Excess gel is not questioned. But the hotel is a great restaurant Nordic cuisine — dinners elegant, can not be said about the standard Breakfast with no choice : (over 25 Euro. Overall the hotel one night, very convenient that there is a train to the airport 15 minutes and metro to the centre 35-40 min.

Hotel has friendly staff. It's conveniently located near the arena train station. Quiet rooms. The restaurant on the first floor has a decent lunch buffet that is currently €18. The rooms are comfortable. The thermostat has a maximum setting of 24°C. It make make some feel colder.

Comfortable mattresses a clean room but I forgot my glasses and I never saw them again.

Average hotel. Be aware that trains could wake you up if you stay in one of the rooms facing the tracks. Hotel did not credit the Marriott Rewards points after my stay.

Nice hotel in Amsterdam. Wifi free. Breakfast — — good choice of products. Not the largest i've ever seen but more than enough. Good bed and linen. Large shower.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and nice (though rather small) rooms. Great location as it is right across the street from the train and you can get to the heart of Amsterdam in less than 30 minutes.

Room and hotel were excellent and very clean. The restaurant was very good and had a good number of food choices. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a wide variety of choices from American to Italian. Excellent location in the business district and very close to the Arena, music hall, Metro, and train station.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. It was very nice night there, quite sleeping. They don't have parking but there is a one just beside. There in the room can find somethings that my you don't find with others.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a station a few minutes out of Amsterdam Central. The room was comfy and clean. Whilst I don't interact with staff much, when I did they were fantastic. The hotel restaurant staff gave good recommendation for food, I especially enjoyed the pork chop.

The courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas Hotel by Marriot in my two and a half-day stay over new year's Eve convinced me. The superior room I'm twelfth floor had a great view over the southeast of the Dutch capital. Big pluses in the facilities were the large shower, the TV via the I could see with my mobile Netflix and extremely comfortable beds. Otherwise the room was fully equipped. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. One evening, we took a dinner in the Nordic-influenced restaurant for us. Here, the food from finest ingredients, but for my preferences on all course was too weak in flavor. That's why only 4/5 stars. Yet a recommendation!
