Two rooms awfully dirty, cleanliness and to review I put 0/10 and again… It was dirty but very dirty a horror I have never seen this in my life in a hotel! Big disappointment hotel that sells dreams for nothing in the end! Photos and video in commentary.

Fletcher hotel are refusing to accommodate the current global corona virus crisis. We have approached the hotel through our booking provider (booking. Com). They are refusing point blank to refund or even change dates. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not book fletcher hotel!

Absolute recommendation for couples. Sophisticated design concept. Very well insulated and therefore absolutely quiet.

Very pleased.

I made a reservation, called the same day at 18.10 o’clock to confirm I will be late, the lady said after 18:00 the reservation for the executive room will be cancelled. I asked if they can check for me and they said it was arranged and it was no problem I would come late. Arriving at the hotel I paid the price for the executive room and before entering the elevator I saw our room was not on the executive floor.
The lady told me they made the regular room into a executive room. I asked her, did you make the view also form the same floor and is there a kingsize bed. So I had to pay the price for the executive room for a regular room. The hotel did not only promised me my room but also tried to scam and make me pay more money!
Their service is not only terrible but also the customer service is absolutely ridiculous.

Nice view and friendly servers only we literally had to wait 2 hours for our food. Customers who came in after us had food before and even went home. Very bad but very nice view, I only recommend for evening drink.

It is a very nice hotel, food very tasty and the staff very friendly.

I dont liked the crew on the hall to entrance… I was full of bags and no one helps me or my friend with the bag… At the same time look about us with contempt… Its so sad cause ita not a cheaper hotel and we pay and have this kind of treatment…

After being to Amsterdam a few times always wanted to go to this hotel but untill this trip the location was wrong for me. I have read the reviews. I can honestly say my room was very clean so maybe we got lucky. I would agree on the staff situation they need a LOT more training in customer service. Overall a nice hotel for me.

The place was filthy! Dust everywhere: on the coffee machine, cups, table, telly … everywhere!
The corridor adjacent to the entrance room was sticky as perhaps someone dropped something on the floor but none clean it properly or at all. £200 p/night is way to much for the quality of the service.
No slippers in the bathroom or room… pillows where lumpy and uncomfortable! At 10am I was disturbed by the “cleaning “ service even if the check out was for 11am… I haven’t answered at the door as I was asleep and they got into the room, making me jump out of bed! WTF! Seriously! First time and last! Will I recommend? Hell, no! Happy place? No… all very sober like they proceed a mortuary not a holiday hotel!

I love the design of this hotel so I just had stay here once. The rooms are acceptably clean but quite small for the price. The toilet light didn’t work at all and we were disappointed there was no fridge. I didn’t find the staff at the main desk particularly welcoming; we weren’t asked if we wanted an evening meal, nothing was mentioned about the free welcome drink and also the breakfast routine wasn’t explained. Parking on the hotel grounds is a standard charge of €16 which seems a bit steep for those staying just one night. Evening meal is on 18th floor and you have a wonderful view as you eat. My meal was a mixed bag; starters and dessert were a real experience for the tastebuds but the main course I had was nothing special and there was too much salt on both mine and my husband’s dish. We were served by four different people. I haven’t yet had breakfast here so can’t comment.
Conclusion, its a nice hotel to experience once, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

As of design, pretty nice. Would like though some windows open, as there's no good ventilation system.

I am right now at the hotel. And it has been a big disappointment from the start. The first room I got assigned is dirty. There is beard stumps in the sink and there is dust on the tables and window frames. There are used napkins under the bed. And the carpet is not vacuumed. I confronted the front desk to cancel our stay but thats not allowed. After 30 minuts waiting for cleaning, I returned to the reception and receive a new room. Same experience again. Waste in the room. Dust everywhere. Waste that floats all day in the hallway. My aircon does not work and the staff promised to come and look at it several hours ago so I'll live with that too. Shity hotel, glad I only paid for two days. Far from 4 stars worthy.

Good hotel, food is great, bar staff also. Main reason for 3 * dust was found on table in the room and mainly on all of the items, it seemed that either the room has not been used for 2 months and dust is sitting everywhere. Room service — could be improved.

5 km away from Amsterdam arena, nice rooms at first sight but shower in the middle of the room becomes weird after first amusement pass. Restaurant offer is pretty expensive since meals are very small. At least they are very tasty, however one should consider Sizzling Wok 50m away with all-you-can-eat option for ca. 20euros.

If you are looking for an atypical hotel this is the one. 20min from the well-served metro station. A beautiful view with beautiful rooms visually. Some galley in the room but great.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The hotel and the restaurant are very good and have some special characteristics. Everything is well taken care of. Staff is friendly. The location is not great though. It is not too far from Amsterdam center, but public transport to/from this hotel is challenging.

Only recommended with vehicle. Sick way to the Schnell\Albahn is very good but far. Shuttle to the railway is extra to pay. No shuttle from the train to the hotel.

Clean rooms, staff prepared. Futuristic and well designed furniture, very very special.
The glance is gorgeous.
Nearby restaurants of various kinds.
Free shuttle bus to the metro station (which is 10 min walk).
The only flaw is the distance of the center, but it does not feel much.

In itself, a beautiful hotel. Cool idea with the shower. But it was for a 4 star hotel and such a proud price per night (€200) very, very unclean! Dust everywhere as far as the eye can see. Even all over the floor, our footprints could be seen.
The cleaner couldn't read the "Please don't disturb" sign and just wanted to come in. We paid €16, 000 for parking for 2 nights, instead of €32nam due to incompetence:D
All in all, you can improve.

Pretty hotel type futuristic room, pretty good for a weekend. However it is a can away from the city centre. Which is a shame.
The impressive view of the whole city remains one of the highlights of the hotel.

Gorgeous restaurant on the 18th floor.

The Hotel is new, quite spacious room with a large bathroom. There is a refrigerator in the room, coffee maker. Very comfortable big bed. Walking 3 min. To the subway. The central station is 15 minutes Away. The Next Metro stop is a large shopping area.

Avarege hotel to stay a single night. I got here and the sheets was not changed and there was only dirty 1 towel, as if the room was not clean before I checked in. The room is on a good size for 2 people, as I'm here with my wife. The staff tough, is really polite and respectful. The bar is a great place.

The hotel is fine, despite some worries, the showers are great and the restaurant tops. The whole thing is a little too far from the subway. But the first morning the hotel suffered a power outage of several hours, which, in a modern design hotel, is troublesome. No more lockon on the room, more lights and more elevators (18 floors feet up the emergency stairs, it's long) This morning, breakfast was limited to a cup of fruit juice and a roll on the ground floor drawn from the boxes of reserves. $165 for an alarm clock worthy of an episode of the walking dead, it's a bit expensive.

I tried the restaurant on the 18th floor: magical atmosphere, breathtaking view, excellent cuisine. A great experience.

Staying in the hotel was a dream, very suitable for couples. Everything very clean and nicely furnished, you feel right at home. Hammer view and in the morning you can see the sunrise from the bed. The only thing that's not so positive is the high parking costs (€16, 000 a night). The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the city. Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms, cozy bed. Coffee and tea in the room and the shower in the middle of the room, an absolute highlight. For €20many you can upgrade your booking and check into the higher floors, the view is beautiful.

Shower leaking, no minibar, hotel advertises with you can peek over Amsterdam, that's hardly true, most rooms are not, mattress are so soft you sink into them and you can't turn around because then you almost fall out of bed. The room rate does not include breakfast or parking. The shuttle bus only runs until 9pm. Toilet in the room not practical. If you have claims to hotels and beds not recommended.

This review regards the bar area. Nice ambience, but the music sometimes does not fit the atmosphere or can be too loud. Service seems a bit chaotic at times. Furthermore a nice place to chill with a nice view.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are slightly awkward but are great for couples. Great location for staying. Has fast food restaurants outside which ideal for quick meals to be truely home.

Too bad paid parking at room prices! For the rest very well personal very well speak English, Dutch, German already very well. Only real negative the price of the rooms is a little expensive compared to the calitee. But I still recommend it.

We paid for an executive room and when checking in at 3pm was told the room wasn't ready but people with standard rooms were getting their keys and going up to their rooms, only one bath robe and when I asked about the missing one I was told they had run out and offered more towels (why advertise executive rooms with bath robes if you don't have enough? ). When checking out I asked when the next shuttle to the station was and told an hour and a half wait… not good customer service really. We did enjoy our stay was nice and relaxing and the room was lovely and quiet but definitely room for improvement.

First-class hotel with very high comfort. Every room in this unique 4 star hotel is round.
The shower in the room is the absolute highlight. Highly recommended for newly in love or old lovers.
The view from the room window is extensive.
We would have the 5 day offer with breakfast and on 2 days the 3 course menu.

Unfortunately, the situation is very decentralized. It is a "long way" to the centre of Amsterdam. 30 min by S bahn.
Otherwise, there are no negative points.

Good looking hotel from the outside and from the inside. Room is nice with a stunning view, however it wasn't particularly clean, many stains on the shower and water didn't run away properly… Breakfast however was very good with many choice and buffet.

Loved the hotel, the staff, the location, everything. Wish I could spend the rest of my life living in hotels. ;) Only negative thing I have to say about this place is that room service is overpriced. Wanted to spend some nice time with my girlfriend and we decided to indulge ourselves. Would go again and would recommend anyone interested in staying outside Amsterdam to try this place.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel for a 4 days stay in Amsterdam. My only minus is that it is a bit far from the center as you need to take the tube, but the hotel itself has an amazing arrangement in the rooms, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are also very clean and room service quick and helpful. I had a wonderful stay thank you!

It's one of the amazingest place that I stayed in my life. Very one of the place to stay in Amsterdam. The front desk is friendly, the room gives your the enough space that you need to feel you at home, the gorgeousest thing is the shower in the middle of the room … not to miss is the sky-bar and sky-restaurant. The location is only beauty spot.

Nice hotel, nice staff and clean rooms. About 10 minutes walk to the train and about 20 minutes by train to the city center. The glass shower in the middle of the room is a nice highlight in the room. Small smoking terrace at the top with beautiful views.

The connecting doors between rooms spoil the 5th star. Modern hotel and very well located for a romantic weekend.

The rooms are super great! We didn't have breakfast, but it costs 16€. It is nice that the parking lot right in front of the hotel is quite safe. The cleanliness is very good, the shower in the room cool if you like it (rain shower is awesome). The only negative is the location, the hotel is out of town and you have to walk 15min to the stop (after a long day in Amsterdam quite exhausting). The staff is very friendly and the hotel is really stylish overall!

It has a shower in the middle and a bit far from the city centre. But friendly staff and nice veiw, what can I say? Just go there if you are in a couple or a 1 night stand. 1 star lost because I like it to be near the city centre, but in honesty, a great hotel!

Great disign of external look. Rooms are bigger than in the picture. Breakfast has multinational charakter, good taste and diffrent propositions.

Beautiful hotel. Only drawback is the shower cubicle right in the middle of the bedroom, not a clever idea. Other than that it's a very top end hotel with everything you could possibly want or need.

Nice hotel with futuristic design. Stayed there on a business trip. Friendly staff all around. Shower compartment is not separated from the bedroom (just a big glass cylinder) so if, unlike me, you are traveling alone that might be an issue. 12min walking from Holendrecht metro station.

The tube-shaped hotel is in a good location: Amsterdam outskirts, only 20 minutes drive to the city center. The hotel is aesthetically exciting without being tacky. We stayed on the 11th floor in two rooms for 2 nights. It is a lovely and modern hotel and the customer service was great. The rooms are reasonable-sized, clean and coolly modern. Like most hotels, rooms are cleaned once a day and this is when you get all the room service you would get for the day (although the reception will still try to attend to your needs). The room is sound-proof, bed and pillows are soft but the negative side is that the beds are two singles so if you are a couple make sure you ask for double. There is no fridge in the room which is another minus. A cool feature is the shower in the middle of the room, however it means you have no privacy if you share the room with your children, for instance. Breakfast costs €18 for adults and €9 for children. There are fast food/ restaurants opposite the hotel including Burger king, KFC, Wok Express etc. There is a hospital nearby, around 15 minutes walk away and the train station and shops are 20 minutes walk, however they are a quick drive. I'll use the hotel again ♡

Nice place, beautiful room very spacious and modern. Transparent tube shower in middle of room is a bit weird but nice. The view is nice specially in restaurant in the top floor. You don't notice the high way at all, and I'm all light sleeper. Friendly staff and nice spacious parking space is also a plus.

Original, round building, round windows, shower tube in the middle of the room. It is in the middle of nowhere but that in Amsterdam it is not so much of a problem. The bar was very nice and we dined quite well. I liked less the breakfast.

Came there just for a meeting. Centrally located, amazing views, free parking and nice coffee.

The design alone is worth the trip but the restroom walls are paper-thin. Also, think twice if you're on foot, expect 15min trips back from the nearest station that gets you to and from Centraal Station (they do offer a shuttle during business hours). Quite enjoyable over all.

Location is good, near the highway and the center of Amsterdam. The sky lounge is a must see!

The Fletcher Hotel is a modern, well designed hotel. The building is tall and round and the rooms reflect this. The shower is circular, with a transparent cubicle, the floor adjacent to the shower and around the toilet area and washhand basin is water proof and the rest of the room is carpeted. If you're at all shy then the shower may be an issue. The toilet is enclosed in frosted glass and is reasonably spacious. There is a Philips Senseo Coffee machine in the room which can be daunting to use, but in reality is simple and makes a good cup of fresh coffee from ground beans encased in something similar to a tea bag. There are toiletries in the room as well as a hair dryer in side the ward robe which is large. The bed was two twins with memory foam mattress toppers and extremely comfortable. If you get the chance, eat in the hotel at the Pi Resturant at the top of the hotel. The food here was exceptional, well presented and extremely tasty. It can be a bit pricey but I think that it is worth it. I enjoyed my stay here of two nights and I have just booked to stay again.

By departure they demanded additional 9EUR "Tax and Handling Fee" not mentioned before (by the reservation). I consider such hidden costs as cheating no matter of amount. There is no description how to use this extravagant shower. I felt stupid standing naked in the middle of the room and expecting cold rain. Luckily nothing like that happened. After taking a shower I found large pool of water in the room. The cabin is leaking. I have spent there only 2 days, so I didn't bother to report it. The ventilation system is a bit noisy for me. I failed to switch it off. Good point is the coffee machine in the room (no description as well) — you can have free coffee every morning. The room is spacious (you only have to watch the wet floor/carpet). It is clean and tidy. They change towels every day. Luckily the WC is not transparent.

We opted to stay here because it's near to Telecity. The service was generally awful, everything done to look good, but no attention to function and comfort. Personally I didn't like the décor, I wouldn't recommend it. Sorry fletcher hotel.

Room great if you have a double bed. Otherwise no interest. And no guarantee of having this type of bed to the reservation. Attention, hotel in the middle of nowhere leaves.

Very far from shopping aeria. Adviced not to spend time outdoors in that district after sunset. High criminal rate. Non functional room service. 1 hour + waiting time for dinner served to my room.

Just checked in. Union Credit Card not work. Room card first time doesn't work either. And the bathroom design is a little bit over of the time. Where's the privacy here.

Design hotel. Stayed there on business trip. Very good quality. Wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday though.
