Rooms are not what pictures show you! Worst place to stay! Only good thing is the location. Unfriendly staff Crappy beds Crappy bathroom Tiny room No a/c Very very small ventilator.

Bed full of Bed Bugs. Even after changing Bed Sheets & spraying disinfectant. The bugs still came back at night. Location however was very good. Will never cone back.

I have been to this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Amsterdam. The structure and rooms are old, the staircase for access to the rooms is narrow and very steep. The décor is basic and dated but overall the room was quite clean. A little water comes down from the shower. The street on which overlooked our room was very busy and you could hear noises late. In the amount of the room was also included the English Breakfast that was served in an adjoining premises. The reception is the bar attached to the hotel, it is open 24 on 24. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Tremendous! The only positive note is the location.

Staff is very friendly, otherwise a disaster, filthy, mold in the bathroom impossible the location is good you get to the center very quickly. The hotel is good if only for one night! We'd be glad to be home again!

For a budget place perfect food downstairs is great.

Bed Bugs! Do not believe the photos you see online. The rooms are tiny, old carpets, and terrible beds. The room felt like a jail — a window with a view of a dark wall — no natural light — and air con machines are your view. After sleeping there — I woke up itching and I have been bitten by bed bugs all over my body. The staff were nice, and the location great — but this hotel should not have even 1 star. For what you pay — it is not worth it at all. Also — breakfast is not ready until 9.30am. Ended up having to get and pay for my breakfast at a cafe around the corner. Terrible — they really should put real photos on their website, and clean up this disastrous hotel.

Hotel close to the train station and also to the old town. The red light district is right behind. Large room with a large private bathroom. It has no reception but they keep the keys in the pizzeria below. Good breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is privileged, opposite the train station! Downstairs there is a pizzeria where they baked some delicious homemade pizzas. The hotel is simple but with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Cheap hotel but for a reason. Room is pretty terrible and there is no actual reception. On the bright side the hotel is on good location, there was fridge in the room and the room was spacious.

Hotel is terrible in all its facets. The only positive thing is only the location. We are in the middle of the station and a maximum of 30 minutes from everything you see.

Just so terrible for staying but staff are good but the room. Omg I saw first time like that! Humidity room, suffocating, beds are bloody soft like a trampoline. Etc. We changed hotel in midnight.

Worst place to go, there is no reception. The people there don't speak English. The staff is not friendly. The rooms are not good, rather bad. I had to cancel my reservation there and find a different accommodation right that moment. It costed me a lot. My opinion to any traveller don't go there.

Very friendly staff, but the room lacked aeration, the bed was crooked and three nights never spent or make the bed, never took out the trash, or I changed the towel.

Old rooms and also with stale air… bathroom and faucet that leaked… poor breakfast and only salty.

The location is ideal, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. As a downside: the room was rather outdated and small.
