My family and I spent the Easter weekend there. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate out needs. Starting at the front desk. They offered us bottle of waters and warm chocolate cookies at check in. Then when we got on our rooms. The view was spectacular and the rooms were very clean and super quiet.
We also enjoyed to have access to full bar service by the door step of our rooms. The bartenders and the drinks were amazing! The room service didn’t disappoint us as well. It took no longer than 20 minutes to get our warm, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Our stay was just perfect. We made great memories there. We are looking forward to come back and stay with them in the future!

I spent two most wonderful days of my life, I thank the hotel staf at the reception the lady was of impeccable professionalism smiling understanding; as long as I don't know how to speak english well. The room very clean calm the view waaaaaw extraordinary the service staff "THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart in conclusion everything was perfect.

Rooms are amazing with gorgeous views, but the staff has made our visit so wonderful. Very polite, friendly and most hospitable. Staff went above and beyond expectations to accommodate us when our flight in had us up for over 24 hours and check in was many hours away due to our arrival time. Highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing hotel. Very good location, close to the city centre, Amsterdam Central Station and the canals, with a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. There is Starbucks located on the ground floor of the hotel, where you can go directly from the restaurant — how convenient :) The view from SkyLounge on the 11th floor is stunning and the burgers served there were delicious. We will come back for sure :)

Excellent location. Everything you want to see in Amsterdam is within easy walking distance. It' just steps away from the transportation hub of the city and region. From there you can take a train, tram, subway, ferry, cruise ship, or bus to anywhere. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous, efficient and helpful. The attached restaurant has canal-side dining with a great view of the city. We'd go back in a heart beat!

The hotel is basically right beside the Centraal train station so you can very easily walk to/from the train station in a few minutes. The hotel is right on the edge of town so you can just walk across the bridge and you're in downtown Amsterdam. The service was good. It has a restaurant on the ground floor, and a Starbucks in the hotel as well. On the downside, we found the bed on the 'very firm' side. The room was very small (is this typically European? ). Internet speed was decent. Even though it's next to the train station you don't hear any noise from any trains. Lots of rooms have no view at all (other than across to another room) so unless you get a high end room, don't expect a view. They had bicycles in the lobby — I didn't ask but I presume they would loan or rent them to you if you wished.

The location of the hotel is right beside Central Station. From the hotel you are approximately 8 minutes from the red light district and surrounding area, as well as a 12 minute walk from Dam Square. You'll have access to all the tourist things from cafes to boat tours, from museums to the National Ballet and Opera house. There is no shortage of restaurants within walking distance too. It's a phenomenal location. In the hotel you have bike rentals for approximately €15/day, a Starbucks and the beautiful Sky Lounge. There is also a lobby bar for quick, easy and less formal lounging. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean. They are fairly basic, but have everything you need. Besides, you'll be enjoying the surrounding area rather than sitting in your room.

It's a good hotel! Small but clean rooms with everything you need! Breakfast is good, a great selection of pastries, fruit. Delicious coffee ☕️! The location is also good!

Perfectly serviceable hotel. Rooms are clean yet very plain. Seems a little understaffed as timeliness of service is variable. Views are average regardless of your room with bad views of other rooms and train tracks a possibility. Cafe is very nice with good service and an on-site Starbucks is there if that's your thing. Close to sights and good restaurants. If you get a good price, it would be a recommend.

I stayed here twice now, as a Hilton diamond member. Have never been offered a upgrade. The room I was assigned to last weekend had puke stains on the carpet and the wall. This was room 866. The sky roofdeck service is pretty slow, up to 25 minutes before they took my order! On the positive side, the happy hour in the executive lounge, as well as the breakfast next morning were both good.

We had a lovely stay with no problems. Room was nice and clean and had no problems at all. The sky lounge is lovely but very busy and very expensive. 4 vodkas €60 which Ia ridiculous.

What a beautiful property this one is. Fantastic views of the canal and lovely lounge on the top. Simply fabulous. Rooms are pretty small and compact as is the case in most european capitals. Breakfast is pretty elaborate and an evening on the rooftop lounge adds to the whole experience. Perfect for a business trip or holiday. Being in the heart of the city you can walk to any place with ease.

Great location if you are using any public transportation. Right by Central station for airport train. Trams, metro and buses all come here. Hotel has nice amenities. Breakfast and evening happy hour if you are a Hilton diamond member. Staff very nice. Let us change rooms after a noise bothered us. This is our second time here in 3 years and it is still excellent.

It's a great hotel and very practical. The metro and tram station nearby. Walking distance to all the shopping and important landmark, restaurants, bars, shopping,. If you want to go Rick's museum take tram 2 and 5 all the way. Sky lounge up stairs is amazing you can just have drinks and music big bar and lot of drinks. The restaurant ground floor for breakfast as well very good. The staff too are very helpful.

Convenient location, excellent accommodations and service. Interior appears new and decor is very modern. The breakfast buffet is to die for; eggs, sausage, ham, ham cutlets, potatoes, Gouda & Edam cheese, fresh yogurts, pastries galore, slices of salmon, smoked herring, etc. Fresh fruit slices, 5 different fruit juices, oatmeal, rice porridge, cut slices of sushi, and much, much more. And, on top of all that you can order pancakes or omlets from the kitchen made to your request. The Eastwood restaurant inside the hotel has excellent fare and service with reasonable prices. Lovely hotel and amazing view from the window. It's okay.

My partner and I come to the hotel on regular basis to Sky bar and the the restaurant downstairs and usually the service is good and the staff are friendly. That ‘s why what happened on 8 May 2018 left me in a state of absolute shock. We tried to book a room during the night as we accidentally forgot our apartment keys and could not get into our apartment after a night out. When we came to the hotel the night shift staff (3 women, all Dutch) refused to book a room for us and they were also laughing and making jokes in Dutch and English about how many beds we need etc. Basically they told us that due to the system upgrade at night they could not give us a room and were laughing! This was at 2 am and I found their behaviour completely shocking. This is not they way to treat (well) paying customers in a hotel that is positioning itself to be 4 starts.

Great welcoming… friendly staff. Walkable from the central train station. You are facing the heart of amsterdam downtown. I liked the way of saying welcome with fresh warm cookies. You can grab an apple or/and bottle of water in the lobby as complementary from the hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Super friendly staff, nice rooms great breakfast buffet. It's located next to the central station so it's close to everything. The sky lounge bar is one of the best bars I've ever been to. Such a lovely view and great drinks.

Huge Hotel so not very intimate, large rooms, near the train station it is convenient, the restaurant downstairs is very good.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend you stay here. If you do, steer clear of Room 1025. It's nothing but clanging, banging, and constant noise above — all night. The staff couldn't even pinpoint what the cause of the noise was (no rooms above) but also did nothing other than say — sorry it could be anything. Shoulder shrug. Shouldn't the staff know what is above room 1025? Shouldn't staff go seek to resolve noise themselves if patron says can't sleep at 1:30am because of constant noise? Customer service fail here. Also seems to be a hub for major tours and the lobby was a constant zoo. It was clearly too small a lobby to deal with this size of a hotel.

Standard rooms. An IMAC (a little old but with the merit of existing) in the rooms. Hallways a bit long but the hotel is very decent. Great location.

The room's not ready until 15.00, a double with sofa bed and being in 3 the sofa bed we had to open it ourselves and then call to put at least the sheets. From a hotel like that you expect more. On the other hand: very good position, view and courtesies.

Very good location close to Central station. Plus, the shuttle gets back and forth every 30 minutes. All the staff are very attentive and professional. We had a great time. The photo is taken from the room on the 20th floor.

My comment concerns the Panoramic Cafe terrace. I put a 4 star because the view is exceptional — however the cocktails (vouchers) are quite expensive for Amsterdam unless you prefer to enjoy the view just for the price of a cafe — you have to see.

A really nice hotel just a stone's throw from the center. In the room an IMAC (which like TV is really bad though), spacious room, nothing to plead.

Excellent location close to the beautiful old town of Amsterdam. Rooms are beautiful, clean and large enough. Good soundproofing, the adjacent station is not noise pollution!

I took a short trip to Amsterdam and I decided to stay in this hotel. I was absolutely please from the time I walked in to the reception. I was warmly welcomed with bottled water, fruit and a warm cookie. The staff and the hotel were without a doubt amazing. I would definitely visit again. They made my stay a very enjoyable one.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the main city. Close to the train station. Good hotel to stay at, great interior design and decoration. It is kept clean. Very helpful at the front desk.

Best in room massages ever, upscale excellent service in this hotel. Right by train station so not as picturesque as some places but we were impressed with this place and would definitely go back. Wife and I got back to back massages that we both thought were the best we've had, well worth it… it was a woman but I can't remember her name, she worked outside of the hotel and was arranged through their concierge desk, Try it for sure!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Amsterdam Next to Centraal Station of trains, excellent location, at check in you get a warm cookie for newcomers to welcome and there are always bottles of water and apples available to the customer in 24 hours reception of the day totally free, the rooms have minibar, coffee machine and Apple TV.

I stay in a lot of hotels and my experience was excellent! My room was lovely with a
view & the food was great! The hotel staff from check in to the time I left were all
the best and were all very kind. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay a super hotel with awesome service. I enjoyed everything about my visit last year and would suggest to anyone to check it out.

The double tree convinces by its central location, right next to the central station. Noticeable: Only young staff can be seen. This works professionally, but for a real bond of the guest everything seems to be rehearsed. At breakfast there are no wishes, even champagne. Also the gym is well equipped, earphones for workout included. The gaits are unadorned. The rooms are very quiet. Also the equipment, including Apple TV and WLAN, fits. A small minus point for the dysfunctional operation of the flushing. The SkyLounge is certainly worth a visit: In our case it was, however, overcrowded.

Best Hilton stay ever, one can not be more conveniently located in Amsterdam then this. Fantastic city view, super friendly staff and. Never profited as much from my Hilton Honors status before as I did here. Our stay here at the Double Tree Amsterdam CS gave us the best ending of our wonderful stay in Amsterdam possible.

Had a lovely long weekend here with my daughter. Great location for the centre and staff very friendly and helpful. Everything very clean. Was a particularly cold weekend and didn't feel like the room ever got warm enough though. Also, the bathroom took on a cigarette smell when the filter came on, presume this is from another room smoking in the bathroom. Hotel kept our case safe all day after we checked out so we wouldn't have to cart it around. Would come back again.

The location of the hotel was great, just across a few roads from the centre. The room was also nice, it had its own computer and the bed was comfy. We had a 'garden view' which was actually just a few green shrubs which weren't very nice to look at. When we checked in we received warm cookies which was a nice touch, but it was just to soften the news that they were going to charge you an extra hundred euros that you could get back on the day of departure. This was so it could be used if you used any of the services. When we did leave, we only received 82 euros as we had to pay city tax, which we had not been informed about. We had budgeted for our holiday so finding out we had €100 less to spend was not a great start. If we had been informed beforehand then it wouldn't have been so bad. The staff were friendly enough and even called our room to make sure we didn't need anything after we had kept the no cleaning sign up all day. Overall the hotel was nice but in my opinion was not worth the £157 a night that we paid. Also the drinks in the sky lounge were expensive at €17 a cocktail and €200 for a bottle of absolute that I could buy in asda for £18. I understand that the Hilton is an expensive name but I don't think it was worth it and if I was to return to Amsterdam I'd probably choose the Ibis or something cheaper.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Breakfast had a lot of options and was nice. The room size isn't that huge but good enough to have a nice sleep. They can possibly add some wall art to the room to make it more lively. One interesting part was that all rooms had iMac instead of actual TVs. Overall a very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is fantastic. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The snack they offer is very good too. The detail of giving you water, a cookie at the reception or the slippers are also very good. The room was a normal size and with the two Mac children can see one thing and your other. Would definitely repeat.

Near the train station, the traffic is very convenient. Look at the water to see the boat scenery charming. You can walk to the city centre on foot. It's a good place to live!

On the roof there is a very cool bar! Breathtaking views of the city!

The central location and the view from the terraces is unique.
The hotel is huge, which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere, especially at breakfast, due to the large number of guests.
Our room was clean and sufficiently large, but was located to the side of the station and was therefore very noisy at night due to the freight trains.
Check-in was friendly but not very informative.

The central location alone is worth 5 *. Everything else in this hotel lets you explain with the word "Hilton. " Pleasant stay without any cause for criticism. Hilton just.

Hotel and executive suite was really nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. The only down side was the executive lounge, I have visited a few run by the Hilton and this one would be my least favourite. It lacks the variety other Hilton lounges have provided for me previously. Apart from that everything was perfect.

I liked the location and the view especially from the sky lounge where you can really enjoy the skyline of the city.
But, as a guest, you must be warned that the staff aren’t really friendly or helpful. The hotel policy for cleanliness is very poor and they’re trying their had to save money by manipulating the AC setting no matter how much you complain, they’ll ignore you. Also I hated their Mac PC that replacing the normal large TV with small monitors. I don’t recommend and believe the area is full of more friendlier hotels.

Liked the good sized room. Had a fridge which I need. Good views. Particularly liked the sky lounge at the top where, being one of the taller buildings, you had terrific views while you shared a drink and food. Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.

This was our second stay in this very well located and managed hotel. It is extremely well managed by Carolyn Receveur. Location is excellent as it is just a short walk from Central Station and some rooms have lovely views overlooking the water. Staff worth mentioning are Rose at reception and Dean at Guest Services who I remember from the last trip when we were here with our son. LIKES: there is a giant bin with bottles of water for the taking; you can rent a bike right from the lobby and jump on the bike path that goes along the canal. The breakfast is very good food wise but can get incredibly crowded. SKY BAR is great and the views are spectacular. Go for sunset!

I have been in lot of hotels in Amsterdam. For the price, it is hands down the best! Great breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Great service. Near the Central station and all the action! You won't be disappointed.

The best welcoming ever! When we arrived, a staff welcomed us with a warm chocolate chip cookie which was so delicious. The room was big enough, the mattress was very comfy and the location of the hotel is the best. Great experience.

For a hotel in Amsterdam I'd rate it fairly highly. Location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk from central station. It's a quiet location but Importantly only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Rooms are clean but not very large. The rooftop bar well worth a visit for the view over the city.

Here's the thing about this hotel… it is set up so stupidly, you wonder who the hell designed it. It's right next to the train station which is a huge plus. The rooms are sound proofed so you can't hear the train traffic, also a huge plus. The fact that the hotel entrance is at the complete opposite end of the train station is the dumbest thing ever. If you're carrying bags, be prepared to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to the lobby. Oh and also there are only one set of elevators on each floor. If you're given a room that's basically at the train station end, be prepared for a walk to the elevators. The rooms are nice though. I enjoyed our view of the harbor. Our room was a bit small and I wish there had been outlets on both sides of the bed.

Very nice Hotel, it is in a particular location, with a nice view and it is located very close to the central station, in 10 minutes walk you are already in Dam square.
Good, at check-in they offer you a welcome cake, and spectacular on the last day of stay in the room they make you find a freebie with their thanks for choosing the hotel. (as you can see from photos).
The breakfast buffet is spectacular very assorted of everything more. The restaurant great if you want to eat meat they offer you great steaks and before you choose it you see the relative size.
In the hotel you can also find the Starbucks and a bar, all, last floor you can find a lounge where to spend pleasant evenings.

A flaw that in my stay I noticed is that in the room the TV is not there, it looks everything from the PC screen on the desk, but very positive thing you can use it to surf freely on the internet, then go looking for restaurants places to visit etc etc. You can also view the restaurant menu of the hotel (this is a great service to have a PC in the room completely free)

First impression: all okay. Only the marketing "Hilton honor" is a little bit too much. Look and feel: price and quality are great. Edit after the breakfast and the whole stay: Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really think we could not have had a better placed hotel and our room was great. Next time we will try to get a room on the city side with balcony if possible. Thanks for the nice stay and see you again Ooh and thanks for the cookies!

Good food, clean rooms, convenient location.

The rooms are cold, there was no bottled water. The rooms are small. But the location, the breakfasts are good.

The Sky Lounge was great. There was a big line but to get there but to make the waiting more bearable they gave free drinks and cookies. We enjoyed live jazz music at sunset. Music was great, drinks were great. It was a very nice night.

Great location next to Amsterdam Central. Food and drinks located within the hotel with a Starbucks also on site. Very easy to walk to most places with Lin town. Good clean rooms with easy check-in.

Breakfest was amazing. Really, they have everything! Great view from the rooms. Key cards from the room did not work couple of times so I had to go down to the reception to get another one. They told me it is because I kept it close to my phone. And it is a long walk when you are tired. Lounge Bar at the top is cozy, but the service was slow.

Really close to central station. Super-clean room. Very quiet room — you don't even hear people in the hallway. Full of amenities — blow dryer, safe, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea/hot water pot, refrigerator. Combo TV/Mac computer with keyboard and mouse, CD/DVD player! Convenient desk area with a nice view of the river. I'd stay here again.

Good attention that above all sought way to understand me to speak Spanish that nobody understands… good service good room and in the Center.

Staying here was an absolute dream. We were upgraded to a suite and the views of the river from the room were beautiful. We chose to have a night in just because the suite was so luxurious and romantic looking out at beautiful Amsterdam. The service was tops and I would definitely recommend to anybody visiting.

This is going to sound weird, but this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a lifetime of travelling. Yes, this review is for a DoubleTree. I know. Most hotels pay lip service to status programs, but here, they gave us an upgrade to a corner suite with a view of the city which was absolutely breathtaking. We had to check in early due to our flight, and it was accommodated without batting an eye while suggesting that we take advantage of breakfast which wasn't necessarily covered by for that day (breakfast isn't generally available with the room on the day of check-in). At each turn, there were little surprises of awesome, from the quality and selection at breakfast, the wonderful staff, and the actually relevant location. 5/7 would stay again.

Beware of Thieves that freely roam in the dining area. The staff n waiters of the restaurant are more helpful to these thieves than to their customers. Think twice before entering or booking a room in this hotel. Horrible Experience.

Nice Hotel with incredbile breakfast. Very modern designed room with good wi fi connection. Very close to the train station and to the city center.

All in all a nightmare — I checked out two nights early to move to another hotel — that's how frustrating they were. Nice hotel structure, but the service is what you'd get at a refugee camp. Horrible to be honest. Hotel is nice and it's easy to get around when staying there. The room was decent sized with a good view. But the service was horrible. The front desk people are dispiriting and so difficult to deal with — fortunately I was able to use the HiltonHonours line or I think it would have been impossible for my partner to check in, even though I had called twice to check several days ahead. I stayed here on a work trip, and I suppose it made sense as it was easy for cars to pick me up and to get the train, but I would have to be mad to stay here again. Check-out took over an hour as there were bill problems even though we had addressed all these issues. I wasn't the only one who had complaints — a colleague was given the wrong key and then had to haul her bags down to the front desk and then was essentially told the entire thing was her fault! Another colleague had to put down both cash and a credit card as 200% surety. After I had checked out and paid I discovered that they had charged both I, and my guest for breakfasts we never had. Twice. Woof.

The wife and I stayed here in September 2014. After a long flight from Phoenix with a layover in London and a late car service at Schipol. The service was excellent and the room was the best we had in Europe! The warm cookies were so comforting after the grueling flight and they even mailed my post cards back to the US at no charge!

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at the Doubletree and had an excellent stay. The view from the Sky Lounge was excellent and is a fantastic way to relax. The staff in the Sky Lounge and front desk were friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if returning to Amsterdam!

Nice hotel. Good views of the city. Panoramic views from the restaurant at the top. Cozy, clean, at altitude. Wired Internet access (mac), the room has a kettle (tea, coffee, sugar in the range) corresponds to the level of the hotel. Big plus — he's in the middle of the city.

Stayed here with my partner for a few days in Spring 2015, they gave us an executive room (located right underneath the sky lounge). The DJs played loud thumping music through the night and when we complained, the hotel was very apologetic about the situation, but offered nothing more. It's a decent hotel, just make sure your room is not directly under the sky lounge!

Great location being right next to Amsterdam Central Station. Easy access to all the trollies bringing you into the center and beyond. And for being right next to all those train tracks, I don't think we heard one once. The hotel inside was very quiet too. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great price. We got room service one night and the pizza was burnt and the lasagna was meh. Expected better from a Hilton brand.

Need to walk 15 minute from trainstation small room they force to take extra room cause I have child of 9 years old even I upgrade room to delux room but they not accept extra bed.

We were in July. Room spacious, and very clean. Slippers, soaps for the bathroom… Even to get a coffee in the room. Have 2 Mac in the reception and one in the room either to sail or to watch TV on it. At the reception you attend with a cupcake gift chocolate chips. Highly recommended.

The hotel is next to train station. Rooms are overlooking train trucks. You can hear every single train passing by. The staff could be basicly described as rude especially front desk. As much as I like other Hilton hotels this one is big exception.

Visited the skybar, the view was stunning, great service and good drinks.

In the 9. Floor we had our room. However, it was there s loud, that no eye intervention. So noisy we never had a hotel room. And the air conditioning did the rest. All in all, a Hiltonhotels unworthy!

Been trying to call to talk to someone before writing this review but there's no answer to the phone. This must be the oonly company that doesn't answer immeadieately and put you in a queue. I'm not sure how I feel about that, what I do know is that every time the phone stops (5x so far) because it hasn't been answered, when I do phone back I go to the bottom of the queue again! I was invited to a private party in the sky lounge. After the pretty thorough checking of our credentials we walked in and looked for the waiter to order drinks. Instead of asking me what I wanted to drink the waiter asked me if I knew it was a private party! Before I could say anything my two friends jumped in. He was the only waiter working, the whole party it was pretty difficult for me to catch his eye, to get a drink. In the end (at their suggestion) every time I wanted something I asked one of my friends and he came instantly! All in all it was an unpleasant experience. There are a couple of points. A waiter's job is to wait on people ie to serve. If a waiter thinks that someone is in a private party who shouldn't be there he needs to get the door man to check it out. Not take it upon himself to question the guest — that is just bad training. Absent during the evening was an apology — which I think as a matter of manners if not training should have been instantly forthcoming. Is this how waiting staff are trained in the Hilton?

The views of the city from the rooftop terrace are spectacular.

Great location, great view, great services (especially the breakfast). We've stayed in a number of Hiltons over the years; we really enjoyed this one.

Stayed 2 days in a Queen Executive with City View for a work summit : It was like a dream. The breakfast was absolutly amazing, a very large choice! The bathroom is crystal clear and well organized. The only issue was the "fast internet access": only 2mbps but I've temporary used the Mac cable connection in my laptop :).

I tried lots of hotels this is one of the best hotels I stayed in Its literally perfect in every way Idon't know why its a 4 star hotel, it worth to be a 5 star I was in " Executive Queen Room with Balcony and Access to Executive Lounge" for 3 nights the only negative thing is the room was very small I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. Spectacular vires over the city, especially from the roof terrace enjoying a meal or drink. Brilliant for public transport to anywhere in the Dam or Holland. Brilliant for me as a wheelchair user.

Very good facilities, great location, 2 blocks from central station, opíparo breakfast, spacious and modern rooms, good service. I would without a doubt.

The best location in Amsterdam area. Friendly staff, modern and clean, one of the best to stay in either if you are on a Holiday or if you are in for business. One remark I wish I knew before I book my suite, don't take a room/ suite on the trains rails if you are a light sleeper. Trains run all night.

There is a nice bar on the top floor, open for public. It has amazing view over the city and quality of Hilton. Prices are above average but for a good reason. One of the very few place with view from high up.

Stayed at the this hotel from 18-21 july 14, very modern hotel, very friendly staff, amazing food and in my opinion considering the price of restaurants outside in the tourist district well worth it, especially when taking into account the quality of food served. Free Wi-Fi and our room had an apple tv/computer which was a great touch. The Skylounge on the 11th floor gives you such an amazing panoramic view of the city, well worth a visit. Getting to and from the airport is so easy even by train.

From the location of the Hotel is really top — 5min to the train station and the city centre! However, the Hotel has no 4 star level! We were for 4 days on business. Our room we could on the day of arrival until the Evening and the staff was totally overwhelmed. The double room (if you even can call it that) was much too small, much too small bed with only a blanket, broken shower and in the wardrobe also has not much fit (no cradle for T-Shirts), Mini Bar empty, the TV has only very cumbersome to use, but the main thing is Apple! *shakes head* However, the staff was very, very hard, so that the Problem is with the shower and the blanket was quickly fixed! The next morning began then first to Queue at the Buffet, because you can't predict that 300 guests at the same meeting, all want to eat Breakfast and that too almost at the same time! What do the if at approximately 1000 beds fully booked? All in all, for a Hilton very disappointing and andernen it was the same way.

Somewhat expensive but very rerecomendable. In the Centre, next to Central station.
