We had an extraordinary experience here. Dining on the terrace we we're greeted by a lovely lady, attended to by a friendly waiter, presented with delicious margaritas and a hummus plate. Escorted through the hotel on our stay, we were provided with detailed attention and elegance. All of our needs were met.

On a sunny day try to find a seat on the canal side terrace. Great to see the boats sail by while enjoying a drink. Choice of sun and shade seating and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere, quiet enough to have a conversation. Dress code formal casual. Premium views and ditto pricing.

Historic Hotel in a prime Location. Excellent Service. Great Rooms. Has a Price, of course. Privately, I would rather not afford that.

Romantic Hotel, very comfortable to visit the city, refined, with spa included, I would go back.

Very late in having our room ready. Amenities nice but expected a view and got an inside room (paid for a deluxe) with no view at all. Dinner was good but the breakfast mediocre. Eggs underdone (we asked for firmly cooked) and service was indifferent. Overall a disappointment.

Great hotel. Very good location. Nice rooms. There is a parking service. The restaurant on the shore of the canal is simply chic.

A beautiful hotel, ideally located, tastefully decorated rooms and competent staff, finally a gourmet restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. Perfect.

Centrally located Hotel in Amsterdam, luxury is not cheap but its employees are fully prepared has an audience with live music jazz. Come and have a drink if you're in the area.

A real 5 star with all the crises. Away from these new super modern concepts that are often cold and detached, the De l'europe is classic but not boring, magnificent location and beautiful view from the bar and the breakfast room. Cleanliness of the rooms impeccable and friendly staff, they provided all the information of the case without us even asking and the concierge is really super prepared on the town! If I ever return to Amsterdam I will stay here.

Centrally located place. Rooms and impeccable service to provide moments of relaxation and an overall experience of the city.

Location of choice. We did everything on foot. Staff extremely nice, smiling available. Quality Breakfast.

This was the best restaurant and experience I’ve in Amsterdam. The menu change pretty often, but I still have memories of food I had there years ago. And the Dutch cheese selection is just amazing!

Didn't stay here… but called in for drinks. The staff were marvellous and drinks cost no more than any other bar… beautiful building with the most amazing chandeliers in the entrance hall…

Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional staff. Great location right in the center of the city with a terrace all along the waterside. Enjoy the great restaurants or have a drink in the lobby. They also have a beautiful pool with canal-views, complete with spa facilities.

We took some shelter from the snow in the hotel bar. Extensive and liquor list, attached to the beautiful hotel space. Sebastian the bartender went out of his way to please our group, even giving us his phone number for questions during our stay. He also made an AWESOME dinner recommendation a block over.

Five stars all around. The rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms spacious, nice temperature control, good bars and restaurants in the hotel. Loved staying here. So convenient to everything.

Nice place… Favorite Place… you sit on the terrace, the view of the water + boats, the trees in the background are missing… the land of flowers + plants, should not be a problem for the city of Amsterdam to put back tall trees… You are missing…!. L, Europe Amsterdam always worth a visit.

The Hotel was very clean and the price was great.

We visit the hotel de L'Europe for a calm quiet drink in the freddys bar on the ground floor. With excelent service and a great array of cigars and drinks its very easy to loose a hour or so into one drink.

It is an experience to experience their service. Sitting outside in good weather is the best! View and the atmosphere is just awesome. Staffs are very friendly and attentive, they helped us a lot with explaining the menu looked after us well. Food is good, no complaints. You get the quality for the price and the taste. Only minor point — we had a long delay between our starter and main. Otherwise it was a really good experience overall.

We had the 3 course lunch with additional wine pairing and the food, wine and service were second to none. It is the best food we have had so far in Amsterdam and we are planning to go back for dinner on our next trip to enjoy the full menu.

Even though is everything free, you feel safe and you enjoy. No hay peleas y borrachos. Tranquilo sitio.
