Key card problems — door to enter had programming issues. Got two different keys, walked down to lobby 4x to get inside first day. They called maintenance to get me in, assuring me they would fix. The next morning I checked before leaving, didn't work. Lobby called maintenance again, took my key and said they would reprogram when gone. Later that day, they gave me a key that didn't work. Then waited about 15 minutes to get maintenance to open. Came back 2x to my room, leaving my door open when they left. They finally decided to change out locking mechanism, then closed the door to make sure it worked they said… 5 minutes later I checked and no one was outside. Went back to lobby to get a key card, but again I waited about 5 minutes for maintenance to confirm they fixed. I was never offered a replacement room, no courtesy anything for the problems, I would not stay or recommend this place to anyone. I didn't get any discount when purchasing this hotel. Booked online and paid much more than local price. I could have gotten an American 3Star instead of a Tijuana 3Star hotel for the same price if I had not booked through Expedia, they've let me down 2x already — it won't be 3.! Valet and Security were very polite and helpful. Without the problems, I would have rated this place 3Stars.

I'm not going back to this hotel! Although the staff is very friendly, I had a lousy experience at this hotel! To start the room they gave me smelled bad and being next to a major avenue you hear too much noise from the cars. Politely asked for a change and I was granted but to a room that although it smelled not so bad, I had no coffee maker and no sign to disturb and I never put complimentary water again! The worst thing was that in the restaurant my soup had a cockroach! Aggghhhh! And to finish: when I ordered room service took 1 hr to take me breakfast! How is this possible?! * &% $ # really lousy place to stay! And as they are looking for a recognition of excellence! It seems that they can receive…

In reception well service and attention.
However, the hallways, stairways and other public spaces outside the lobby do not have adequate toilet. There is garbage and dust accumulated in many spaces.
The balconies in the rooms need maintenance.

Very good location and very spacious place for events.

The staff were very friendly and friendly. Except for the room, in the bathroom most of the keys are rusty, and the rest of the room is acceptable… Pay attention to the small details… They do not put towels unless you request them…

Made a reservation for a room with a refrigerator, microwave, got neither on arrival. Promised a better room for the next night, but didn’t get it. AC works for one day then stops cooling. Would not recommend.

The rooms are not bad, however the property is a bit scrumy. Also we were given a room where the bed sheets had evidently not been changed. Fortunately after our complaint were replaced.

Not as clean as it looks in the pictures of this website. As soon as we got there the room key did not work. It took a while for someone to remake a key. I stay there for 4 nights and not once did they change my sheets. The air conditioner didn't work and I have two little babies that needed to drink milk and they did not provide a refrigerator to keep it cold. It was worth it for what I paid but definitely not as good as it looks on this advertisement.

Hip, modern hotel with a nice, small pool area to relax. Rooms are a good size and so is bathroom. I like that every room has a small balcony to stand out on. The lobby is a cool place to mingle and relax. Only issues are 1 bath towel unless you ask for more and the restaurant is selected from the hotel, would suck in bad weather. Otherwise I would stay here again!

I think that a bit of maintenance in the room and air conditioning in the gym, separate the pool was all the time inoperative is missing. But is a place quiet to be some days!

I rented the suit by 2200.00 per night for 2 adults and 2 children, and waterways only a bed. ASTA that lower to tell them is them occurred carry another. It well in cabinets a trash can. To the move the sofa well garbage. Not well coffee had to go down to ask for it, because at reception only ay from 6:30 to 8 am. It well 2 towels for 4 people, I had to ask for more. The pool had been 1 cemana serrated by chemical. The bathroom is terrible, the silicone muddy by all the front of the tub, the filling of the tile not been repaired, the tile installed bad finish ymal. On my balcony a client dead and bad bird. Next day from night asked coffee to prepare I in the morning never sent it. 6:30 am asked in resection for coffee and not well… 3 star is a lot for the hotel. $4400 00 is much for what they offer.

Very bad service at reception.
The pool out of service even when asked if they pool before you book and pay they told me that if they have but is out of service.
The room is very dirty, smells like dust, dirty carpet.
not worth what they charge.

The event I attended I encando the Hotel is very nice inside and out, the location is very good I love this part of town.

3 rooms of the event with entrance independent of the hotel, always very clean, and restrooms close. Account with 3 back of parking for all the hotel.

The space of the rooms and the staff was surprised. A good choice for business or relaxation.

The service very attentive, the restaurant food is very rich and in general very comfortable rooms. In general a great hotel.

Charged a lot. If you want to use phone you have to leave deposit. Breakfast was not even included. Pool wasn't heated. There was molded coffee in the coffee pot. Uaed cup in bathroom and roo n service dudnt bother cleaning just placed it back.

That ungrateful so expensive rent the room and without air conditioners. What is wanting to make money without investing. Very bad by the chain. Best to a motel paying only 25% of what it costs in this place.

Looks good in the outside but the inside is cheap and at the second day mold stars growing in the bathroom, also with a leaking sink and of course wet carpet. I left a trash can under it and the service just put it back in the bedroom : (

Over priced. Beds are hard as stone. Service is not good. Towels are solid hard. Clean. Needs a lot of improvement. You get two towels. No mini fridge. View is nice. The pool is cool.

Not a bad hotel, food needs some improvement though.
