Location couldn't be better, fare is reasonable. Wish they had extractor in the bathroom, it gets really smelly (smell also comes from the drain). Need to change their towels. Overall it's an ok hotel to spend the night before going to the airport, especially if you use their shuttle services.

Very small room/bed/TV. Might be Ideal for one person for one night. Location is ideal: plenty of diverse restaurants, El Florido (grocery store, Cinepolis (movie theater), etc.

Bad place I stayed on Tuesday 21 August 2018 in room 326 and bed sheets were stained as with oil or something, I reported it and Told them that They will change me to the traditional City Express Hotel that is aside paying for the difference and refused because they are different management, I got another room the 526 we settled and now matte cockroaches in this room apart from the bed very hard and we brought comezon all night. I told the front desk and they told me sorry for their inconvenience, it was all. I'm not coming to this place again.

Rooms stink like garbage moldy water. If you need a room change staff will not help you. Mejor busca otro lugar. I sadly stayed 2 weeks while working in tijuana. Needed a simple room change tried to charge me 1500 pesos extra for their mistake. I'm seriously dont know how this place has more than 2 stars!

ROOM stinks, AC doesnt work, window points to a wall, manager won't help, wall is dirty, room feels like a jail cell, price is cheap, condition is cheaper… On the other hand it's quite expensive for a prision cell.

A quiet place, the rooms quite comfortable. The breakfast included is not the best, however they have good fruit. I stayed here as I had an appointment at the consulate, the location is ideal for it.

We were treated well by the employees inside the hotel. The place is clean. I arrived with a full tank of gas and had almost half of it siphoned out over night. I was parked pretty near the entry doors of the hotel. They have a 24 hr security guard, but my gas still got robbed!? I asked the front desk if we could check the security cameras, turns out there are no video cameras at the front of the hotel or the parking lot.

Great value for yoir money. Comfy and cheap. Dont expect much. Very simple and plain. Free parking. Close to the airport with free shuttle service.

It's a 3 star hotel, but I will say it operates at the 4 star level. Their complementary breakfast is also real good. The hotel is very close to the USA consulate in Otay.

Great hotel for the money. If you bring children its awesome, they have a room with a queen and a bunk bed for the same price as the double queen, for estimated $16 additional. It's worth it. You can get taxi service here as well.

I've tried to get the night here but it was no vacancy. I think it's a good hotel. The guy from the front desk very well. I'll try to make a rsrvtn next time.

The place is good, it is clean and very close to the airport however it is recommended for individual trips or maximum in couple as the room is very small and the bed too.

My stay was a short one, but I can tell that the layout is very spartan-like. If you're from a "It gets the job done" frame of mind & expect no frills, then what you see is what you get.

This place is really bad. I don't recommend this place. Rooms are super tiny. In the night there's no parking. Really bad experience.

In general service was fine and the room was clean and in order. However I asked for an iron and had to turn it in to reception. The problem was I also had to check out so I didn't have the option to leave the objects in the room or have someone to check they were complete.

We got their late and the front desk person was nice. A bit pricey for such a small room but it was just to sleep and leave for the night. They do offer breakfast in the morning but we left before it was served. Good place if you don't care how small.

They took advantage of the fact we were there due to a procedure my wife had to have done at a nearby hospital. Hospital made the arrangements for our 5 night stay. They charges us double their nightly rate due to us not being the ones who actually made the reservation arrangements. Rooms are definitely dated, small, smelly and poorly maintained. They say that breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:30. I waited until 06:45 and could not eat because they were not ready. They stopped service at 10:00. If you can help it, stay away!

For the price is good for one night. Fences there are cantjnas girls but for the location they are not bad. Here you can grab a Taxi and go to hot Stadium in 15 minutes.

It's near the US Consulate. Very convenient for getting a visa.
