Bad costumer service and uncomfortable rooms! Had to call maintenance because the air conditioner was not working. Also, there is no water pressure. The Wi-Fi is very slow, I could not make my zoom meeting. Stay away from here!

We have been staying here for over 5 years. And we always have a great at this hotel. We enjoy the Sunday brunch buffet and we love getting in the pool. Its is always very clean and the personal is always so welcoming ☺

Everything was going good until I noticed the valet parking people hit one of my car doors. They also took spare change that I had in the cup holder area. They ran out of water on my last night there and without telling people we got water from the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all they take forever for room service. I asked for iced and it took them literally two hours to take it.

I been coming here every year since 2012. Valet are really friendly. I just wished rooms had a fridge and or microwave, that would be helpful.

Just amazing service love it everyone is so professional and helpful. The rooms are great and the pool even better love the valet parking and the cleanness.

Was greeted by general manager Barbara Bloosman who to care of all my accommodations. She made sure the room had all that we needed. Staff very friendly.

Came to celebrate my parents 70th anniversary everything came out absolutely awesome food was great service was great rooms were very accommodating at a reasonable price valet parking and 100% Security I would highly recommend this venue I would definitely have something here again God bless you.

The rooms with regular cleanliness, the bathrooms extremely old and in very bad aesthetic condition (tub and toilet).
The front desk very bad, seems to do you a favor by welcoming you, and the worst phone still can not send my bill after 7 days. The operator's response was: I don't know when it was sent for 1 or 2 days. An Invoice!

Very bad hotel, you can heard noises from the other rooms, bad experience. I book this hotel, got there at 8:30pm to just one night, soon as I got there. There was noise from the other side and I told the bell man that noise was coming through and he said usually they stop after 10pm, was 3am in the morning and they were still making noise. I'm not gonna book no more, I paid 85 bucks for a bad night. What a waste!

Use to be a realy good hotel but thus time I stay the room was drity and look old the people are nice but the hotel needs renovations.

Loud old and needs updates. This is the hotel is the choice after surgery for my doctor. He really needs to find a new spot. Was here 14 years ago and it hasnt improved. When you are fresh out of the hospital you want to sleep and in a comfortable bed. They put my husband and I in a single queen room on the 2nd floor. Hello, I just had stomach surgery… we heard traffic and party people all damn night. I think I slept better in the hospital! If I have to come back to TJ I definitely won't be staying here for a 3rd time.

The place is very nice and clean. The only thing was that house keeping was knocking at our door at 9 on Saturday. But I had not noticed that they had a door hanger with do not disturb. So everything was great, the pool was also great.

In General They provide a good service, the rooms are quite comfortable, the pool area is quite nice and nice.
Its Bar is something small, for a hotel that has plenty of rooms.

I loved this hotel. The front desk staff helped me whenever I needed something. Fortunately I speak both Spanish and English because the front desk staff spoke only Spanish. The restaurant was amazing with wonderful service food was great. The pool and rooms were very clean. The thing that impressed me the most was how attentive they were and how much they wanted to please you. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and some do speak English. The blue taxis that are there are great. The man that owns them took me to the Hidalgo market and drove me on a tour of Tijuana for only $20.00 US dollars. I bought him lunch as he was so kind. It can be noisy if you have a room on the lower level due to the bar and the music but that was nothing to worry about. It was very safe. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area. I would rate it five stars and will go back.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room. And for five stars you can put a coffee machine.

The comfort in the room is pretty good. Breakfast is buffet and has a great variety, excellent presentation and great taste. The location of the hotel is quite close to the downtown area and several quality restaurants and bars.

A perfect place to chill the bar is perfect and a good place to have a beer and Tacos around the corner.

Good hotel, good facilities, the bed leaves to be desired and the firm is not agreed to the price, the pool is in good condition and is centrally located, good place to explore Tijuana.

Suddenly they fail the standard of full service in the room, sometimes put the new soap and sometimes you have to apply. Overall well, all hygienic, with mattress and comfortable pillows, TV and table to work in functional laptop.

It takes coffee and minibar in the room, lots of noise in the hallways as in the room next door they were working until late 8 — 9pm and there was no newspaper in the lobby, it is a centrally located, clean hotel with shuttle service to the airport and should include the Breakfast at the cost the pool should be heated.

Very expensive and bad. The tar of food empties and was told to an employee (the manager of making Omele) and said that one will look for the chief of floor to give the complaint when she the least you should do is go and look for the food manager so you will improve the service but not day like this.
I would never go back to that buffet at the Aztec Palace.

Valet Parking was terrible. Had to wait more than an hour to get my car. The service at the party I was attending was very good.

It is comfortable, more when it comes to work trips as they have conference rooms and that really makes the stay more comfortable personally I found that there is a bit of cleanliness in the room but everything else is fine.

The service is excellent but the portion of the meat is very small they serve as 1/3 of a cut… the very dirty bathrooms… And it's already very oldfashion.

We had an event and we did not have the lounge as we asked and we had to rearrange ourselves, it was difficult to meet our orders regarding change of lights, as we were on one side of the kitchen clearly told them no one would pass and they were peeking and They would even stand half a talk in front of everyone, they were taken when we ordered to bring more water/coffee, etc. And we had serious problems with the service valet parking, two nights we had to wait about 40min to 1:30, there were people who even 2hr to deliver their car, and wanting to do something about it (like going ourselves by our cars because They were the 1:30 in the morning and our event ended at 10 o'clock) they were annoyed, they were rude, they threatened to call security (especially the guy at the front desk) and the valet also seemed annoyed when after all we didn't tip them, they stayed Standing by the door, they did not let it close and even made comments insinuating by his tip.
It was certainly an unwelcome experience, especially considering the high price we paid for the service, we definitely will not be doing an event here again.

Great hotel I had a nice view, very clean, staff was nice, close to centro and many attractions. I was even able to check in before the time I received. I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Check-in was fast. All the employees were friendly. The room, comfortable and clean. The bathroom still clean had some stains on a wall and the ceiling too. We ate at the restaurant before we left. It was fine the food, equally the price. Waiter service could've been better. This is the second time we have stayed and hope it is not the last time.

I really liked the restaurant at this hotel to the hotel was very very clean the service was very good and it's centrally located close to everything downtown.

We have stayed here twice now and we are not going anywhere else. The staff makes us feel so welcome. There's no dirty carpet in the rooms. The floors are travertine and are so clean. They have such a nice restaurant and my husband and I share an omelet because the portion os so generous. They are very accommodating. We highly recommend them.

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend. I must say the staff was very courteous and professional. The grounds very well groomed and very clean. The room was nice with the exception of the bathtub, which had some rust build up around the drain, which just needs to be replaced. What we didn’t like was how the noice from the hallway traveled into our room. It was like the door was made out of a very low grade of wood. Overall we liked the place a lot and would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff. Clean. Good Wi-Fi. Love the BIG pillows! Only one thing seemed not in line with all the great features — the shower head in our room was the lowest possible quality you can buy (like the ones that cheap landlords put in their low price apartments) and not low flow.

Great place but it could be better. Not far from the downtown and nearby attractions. One issue I do have is that employees continue to work at night when people are trying to sleep. I know that's the best time for them but they need to find a way to do it quieter. I had the window open for a bit to get fresh air and when I went to sleep, I got bit by my mosquitoes. Couldn't sleep after that. This is the second time staying here but if there is a better place, I'd take it.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is attentive. Buffet is good and reasonably priced. Parking is valet only. Location is near to shopping and night clubs and bars.

At first it looked like this was going to be a bad experience the lady at the front desk would smile at some people and seemed very upset with others including my wife and I. After we did finally get checked in the staff accommodating the prices are a little bit on the high side but it is a very safe and very accommodating place to stay. Only a block from some of the best tacos I've ever eaten and great fresh squeezed orange juice in the hotel and just across the street. You could do a heck of a lot worse for hotel.

It was terrible. Checked in in the hottest day and the AC was out. They didnt fix it and we had to sleep in the oven room. No reimbursement no nothing. Never coming back.

If I could I would rate the hotel with 0 stars. First we got into the hotel and we had to wait for 30 minutes in line to check in because they couldn't find the guy's reservation that was in front of us, and when finally got to the front desk the lady told us that there was no air conditioner in the rooms with 98 degrees and that the best thing to do was to cancel our reservation. I asked if they would fix the air and she said she did not think they would, so we decided to cancelled and drove back home. Horrible experience!

For a fee of $1750 per night, it leaves a lot to be desired. Hotel 5 stars? If a lot 3.5
Room Service: The menu is good and with a decent variety, in the same way the dishes I requested (Swiss enchiladas, cooled) had good seasoning.
Facilities: The room was fine but to be compared to Hotel 5 star is absurd. Maybe it was 5 stars 15 years ago, not today. The attention and ceiling desk is also worn.
Internet: Lousy, they don't have a broadband that supports customers ' demand. The lowering speed never reached the KB/s. They have to take into account that today much of the entertainment and office work is cloud-based. Only at this point, if I had known I would have looked for another lodging option. Hotel 5 stars?
Payment: I requested to make the payment of my room in the checkout along with the room service, for this they had to make me 2 collections and 2 independent invoices.

Staff is wonderful very clean food is amazing and well worth your money and experience.

The hotel was Beautiful, the Staff was Friendly, helpful and inviting. The Lil Bar was nice and the Bartender was very classy and Friendly. I was kind of disappointed when it came to no running water for a shower, to flush the toilet or to wash our hands in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk and were told that there was a problem a few rooms down and then the water would be turned back on in 10 minutes and they would call us back to let us know. We never got a call back so we called the front desk again 30 minutes later still no water and they once again told us that they would call us back and never did. The water finally came back on almost an hour after our initial call and we were able to take a shower and flush the toilet finally. That was the only downfall to this beautiful hotel.

It is a good hotel, I liked the lobby pretty much, and the buffet was good too.

Difficult parking.

I made a reservation online two days before we arrived. Once we got there we were told our reservation was not vaild and they had no rooms available. Even when we showed them our reservation, printed from their own website confirmation page, they offered no aplogy, just that they would not honor our reservation. The people did not care at all, it was unbelieveable. Ended up driving back to Los Angeles. Dont go here if you want to actually have a room waiting for you.

My experience at this Hotel was not the best. Hotel had only 1 elevator working. And I had to wait several minutes to wait. To take a shower I had to pull with excessive force to be able to get water. The pool, even when I will not use it because the weather, it had lot of trash on it. On my room you can hear all the outside noise. There are no mini markets near. Employees are nice, bed is comfortable, it has a safe in the room. Next time will try another hotel.

This hotel is wonderful! Great service, very helpful staff, secure parking and free Wi-Fi. I felt like I was in such great hands while staying here. Hubby and I came for our birthday getaway. Restaurant has delicious food (cheap too), local markets, shopping and restaurants within walking distance (we walked up to 3-6 miles per day because we wanted to but there's also a 24 hour taxi service available right at the door. Rooms are clean, comfortable and room service is on point! Stay here if you want a nice place and affordable too.

We stay here every year when our church comes to visit. Staff is always kind and rooms clean. Good food at the restraunt also.

Good place. Nice, relaxing. Bar I'd upscale, chill. The restaurant sucks, typically weak coffee. Eat breakfast at "Comida Casera" down the block open24hrs, then lunch at "taco street" one street over.

Pulled up to the Hotel and the Valet was so slow we stuck out on the street in our car for at least 15 minutes until the Valet cleared all the cars out of the way so we could pull in and unload. Rude lady at the counter from the time I checked in. Their credit card machine wouldn't read my card and I asked her if she could type the number in but she refused, said her machine doesn't work that way. Not such a big deal but when the hotel is all marble and polished brass that didn't add up to me. I asked the lady where are my room keys, she said the bell boys has them, so the bell boy took us to our room (we follow not knowing what floor or anything because she didnt explain anything). We get to our room and he hands me one key, I really needed one more but not a big deal. Our room was warm and muggy when we got in it so I turned on the air conditioning which worked decently, I notice our room was short on towels so I called the front desk and asked for more right before we stepped out (left the air conditioning on to cool the room. ) Get back a few hours later and the towels were there but whomever came in turned the air conditioning off : (not a big deal but the issues are adding up. Next morning proceeded to check out on a Sunday morning. I asked for a fast pass as they have provided me the one time I previously stayed here. The same lady I had been dealing with was working. She said she can't give me one until the manager gets back in about 3 hours.

Great Buffet but someone from my work found a mouse inside his room, my room vibrated when trucks passed and also there was a constant noise in the room at night.
