All the rooms are fine for short trip stays, all the hotel staff is very nice and are always ready for any need. I will definitely recommend this hotel for business trips!

Located in a place where you will find restaurants and cafes of all kinds and just a step away. As is Tijuana of disaster, its traffic and the streets, it is worth staying in this area. Very good hotel, service and attention. Excellent check out Express. The only downside we encountered was the breakfast, poor and low quality with respect to the price that is high.

I will spec more, the rooms are clean but old. Restaurant food is expensive and with no great variety. The water pool is clean and with privacy.

Standard Fiesta Inn franchise. Rooms are clean but show some age. Few close businesses around to eat. Also 2 min drive from US consulate.

I went to leave a friend, when going to the parking lot came a foreign man with his wife very serious to ask for help, call an ambulance, the man spoke no more than English and did not know the city. I was not a guest but happened to ask for desperate help, the ambulance took 10 minutes or less but the manager of the hotel did not care more than to get them out of the parking lot and the poor man got out desperate. Almost Total lack of humanity of the manager of the Fleabag.

It is a nice and quiet place, even though I arrive in the morning and it took a lot in me to my room, but to exit if they want q to be timely.

The rooms are in good condition and the beds are very comfortable. The internet is good although it has areas where there is no sign, the service and attention is good and the airport is less than 15 minutes away. Even in the evenings if you hear the planes.

I really like its location, as the squares that opened nearby are very good, they have good locals, the place is centrally located in very good area and the attention is good.

Friendly staff and close to a big shopping center. Also has complementary hygiene products if needed. Comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi.

I stay at this hotel last week for a few days and they still have the same problems. I arrived in the morning around 9:00am and has to wait for over three hours in the lobby with more annoyed guest waiting to check in thier rooms. The hotel staff can't complain about the poor job management team is doing at this hotel but I can. I tried to order a hamburger from the restaurant and the waitress didn't know what a pickle was or a bun. When I received my meal it was all wrong and staff didn't seem to care. They were just laughing and playing like little children in the kitchen. I noticed another guest at the same time refuse to eat her meal. So she got up and walked out on them. I didn't see a manager to complain to about the poor level of service. This hotel has gone to the dogs in the past couple of years. Most of the TV channel are all In spanish. You have to carry a bucket down to the restaurant for ice everyday because they do not have refrigerators in the rooms. I still had to remind the maid several times on Sunday to clean my room. My overview is simple if you want a good review from me clean up your act and stop hiring you incompetent friend and family. Hire people who know how to cook and clean and serve the public.

Really good hotel. We are Marriott faithful customers, but they were full. We tried this company as a recommendation, and I am sold. Totally loved their service and room suites.

My GF and I stayed 2 nights at Fiesta Inn. Place was neat, rooms were clean, and staff was great. The only complaint that I have is for the restaurant downstairs. I had to wait for almost an hour for our food when there was only one other table at the time we were there. We will definitely stay again but I'll probably dine elsewhere.

One of the better hotels I have stayed at in TJ. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the restaurant and bar had pretty decent food. Only downside is that there isn't much around the area of the hotel so if you aren't driving, you are stuck there.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was more than helpful. We never had to touch our luggage from the second we arrived to the time we left. The pool was the cleanest that I've seen. If one little thing fell in it there was someone scooping it out. Halls were are a little cold and dark. The lobby area was also pretty cold. The food was top notch. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and was filled with fruit, homemade yogurts, omelet station. Very nice stay.

Great breakfast and worth the price. Really great service. Nice rooms and great front desk service. They helped us with every question and also accommodated our extra request. Will stay here again… and probably everything I visit Tijuana.

Nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms with vault available on rooms for personal belongings. Our beds were extremely firm and we did not get a good night sleep. Another couple we traveled with did not encounter this problem. Maybe just depends on the room. Payment was only accepted in pesos. We charged ours and our bank converted this to dollars. We had to pay for breakfast Buffett separately. It was okay considering we did not have a prior reservation. The shower had low pressure but we can deal with it. Would definitely return!

The hotel has nice accomodations, the restaurant food is good, but some personal lacks the service spirit. Waiting to checking in and waiting for the food took longer than reasonable.

It's not bad. Being the Fiesta Inn a business class hotel, one find neat and functional 142 rooms in 6 floors. The Internet is also ok. The most relevant feature of this experience is the service, employes do their best effort to make an pleasent stay.

The hotel is very comfortable, the food is excellent, highly recommended. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the fact of being located close to the airport is what made him chose.

Is a plain no-nonsense business hotel. The shower had a missing curtain and the shower head was not working. No amenities (shampoo etc) I have stayed at several fieata inn hotels and in general the experience is not bad. But in this case the stay was not great.
