First time staying here and definitely wl return. Highly recommended. Excellent service, lovely ambience & awesome breakfast spread.

Here I would like to inform you how disappointed I am with the service from One World Hotel. An attitude that has no sense of tolerance and sympathy towards the customer only cares about profit even though they have been informed of the customer’s difficulties. I had booked 10 days prior check in date & later 2 days before, I contacted several receptionists but no one tried to solve this problem until I spoke up to Faddil who was informed that he works on the morning shift and would return at 7.00pm where I was also not satisfied because he didn't seem to care & didn't understand what I was going through. But it doesn't matter, we have God, this matter will not escape the law of karma. In any case, I hope with this ss from My Sejahtera, One World Hotel can replace the date within 3 months Even though Faddil stated that he only gave me 1 month to decide the date. I hope the hotel can show a little sympathy because I didn’t purposely cancel the booking but I am covid positive so what can I do?! Anyway, I seek your cooperation. Please assign a PROFESSIONAL receptionist to deal with this kind of problems. Please take action immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.

Spacious for conference, concierge staff very friendly and welcoming us with smile.

So disappointed. And the room air cond so noisy, when do complaint, the technician came to checked told us that may be is motor problem. After the manager called so straight to talk to me :is like that lah, if noisy then will change the room for u … that all. Nothing.

Had snack plate lunch recently. Not to mentioned the small pieces of chicken served. Most importantly mash potatoes only bring serve with gravy without mash Potato. How can this be la. Simple Daily repeats SOP Also can go wrong.

Very poor and slow service quality. Had a bad experience parking at their hotel to go to the mall. They had a leak on its ceiling and the stain hardened on my windscreen. Still waiting for it’s parking management to call me and will update what happens here. A Mr Goh rang me only after 5 hours and didn’t sound interested or apologetic at all. Hope they do something about it. Just very poor service compared to before.

One of the best hotel. In the world (u can say that😁). Friendly & helpful staff. We feel like at home & everthing with details touches from digital display welcome note to deco. Its value the money you paid for it… no doubt we will return. Tqvm.

Had the worst experience in a hotel ever. Was walking near the pool and a tree branch fell on my head. This is something that should be looked at seriously from a safety standpoint. It was a traumatising experience.

Chinese restaurant Zuan Yuan service is very bad, we entered the restaurant at 650pm and ordered our food by 710pm, however until 810pm, there is only 1 dish is served. The manager attitude Wong is bad and keep giving the reason that there is a wedding banquet causing their kitchen order is messy.

Disappointed! Management and Service is slow and lousy.

The sphere lounge was nice, comfy and great place for a few people to have a drink and snacks. The Fried Poh piah was also crispy and tasty.

Most of the staffs was friendly. This is our second home.

The five star ballroom was large and spacious to accommodate participants to comfortably exercise social and physical distancing for HRDF Successful Entrepreneurship Skills course by Datin Shuba Kumar held under strict SOP registration videocamera temperature. All food served was very good. Excellent service. Easy parking and convenient location. Highlight this year 2020 for me was the mince pies from Cinnamon Cafe. One of the best I have tasted.

This is our all time favourite hotel in Malaysia. Always come here for staycation since its near our house. Great swimming pool, breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Hotel was impressive.
Check in was so busy and a wee bit long however they do have checkin and check out kiosks. Easy to use and very recommended.
Lots of room choices and good choices.
My room was very clean. Simple. Not grand however I do understand there are a lot of choices.
One am the elevators were out of order and only 1 lift working in Tower 2/3 — not great when you boast over 7300 rooms.
The amusement park was good.
The casino — two floors, busy and open 24/7.
Because of that fact; I would suggest more quality food choices in the wee hours.
Not much to choose from at 2 am. This would be my only criticism.
Otherwise; great hotel. Well run.

Visited this hotel whilst on a work visit to KL for 3 nights. Very luxurious hotel for a reasonable cost. The staff all over the hotel are also exceptional. The concierge service as well managing my taxis despite different pickup times / drop off / locations being different each day. I will definitely be staying back at this hotel on my next visit to KL.

Fantastic service and link to good shopping and eating places.

The Peridot Club is just awesome. Treated like a VIP the moment you arrived, until your checkout. To have your breakfast in an exclusive area is just awesome, limited choice of food but all of it is just delicious, specialy prepared upon order. The latte is superb. Machine made, but taste way much better than one prepared by a barrista. The room is super spacious, super quiet. Super cosy.

The service at this hotel is 5stars! Very friendly and helpful staff! Complimentary 3pcs of laundry per day, peanut cookies in a jar and special thanks to the staff at Cinnamon Coffee House who helped us with some takeaway food for breakfast as we were rushing out for an event early morning. Keep up the great service and we will definitely be back!

It's really a very pleasant Hotel, from outside staff to inside cleanliness (room quality)

Location was good as it is linked to a mall with a huge array of shops and restaurants. Perfecr for families. Breakfast buffet spread was also excellent.

The sauna room is totally NOT good.
The light is not function & the female sauna is NOT work at all.
Most if the equipment inside the fitness center us old and some is down as well.
The rooms was renovated, but the color is very dark and not enough light inside the room.

Great hotel. Great location. Staff good. Very helpful check-in (we got an upgrade), great link to shopping mall. Lounge live band were excellent and helped me spend more time there than planned. Buffet breakfast was really good. All in all a very nice experience.

The dining hall has a pleasant ambience and spacious look. The dishes did not disappoint and tasted good as well. The three of us ordered the sea cucumber, garoupa fish fillet, venison, asparagus and prawn dishes. The pricing is slightly on the upper side though, with the total bill around RM330.

Overall was a good one. Breakfast is excellent room was a regular business hotel type room… could have been made more comfortable. A few things didn't work as expected.

Their junior suite is awesome. Price is high but worth every penny (RM). Recommended for honeymoon and family with one small kid who still sleeping on the same bed as parent cos their bed is huge!

I don’t know about the hotel, but Kura Japanese Restaurant gave me good service during my visit. Good food, and very considerate service during ramadhan, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to Kura’s staff. Will definitely come again to the restaurant.

It's selling point it's its proximity to the largest shopping complex in Malaysia and second largest on SEA. It's a nice business hotel but the price point is above average. Good for foreign tourist. Not so much for local.

Patronised on Mother’s Day 13 May 2015, and was very disappointed. And it was stated for that occasion, smoked salmon and some special dishes were be served but there ain’t any! And we were seated where there’re aircon water leaking from above! The waiters have no initiative, they don’t refilling drinking water, no clearing of empty plates, did so only when called upon … Furthermore, when this particular waiter wiped the table, he simply swept the clumps and dirts onto floor, worst still when these felt onto the chairs!

Arguably one of the best hotels for tourists who wanna stay away from the hustle of KL city. The hotel is connected to the mall and the MRT station. So its convenient and entertaining.

Nice hotel. Comfy room. All facilities are good and looks new. I stayed in twin room, it has bath tub and shower. The room is big. It also has comfy armrest chairs, a table with 2 chairs. (For doing work) Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Kids pool has slide where kids will enjoy! Connecting to one utama shopping complex. So very convenient to buy food, or shopping.

Great hotel to stay. Well connected with MRT, also connected to one word mall. The mall has lot of food options in the basement. Breakfast is superb, rooms are spacious, very clean washrooms, staff are very helpful. Do your bookings in advance as the hotel is full most of the time.

Rooms are very nice! Staff & service is better since changing out the staff to more local staff rather than foreigners. The Malaysian staff are very good and understand English.

Just attended the dinner function at ballroom. The waiters & waitresses service are good. Lobby very nice. Can't commend much!

Room was ok, quite suitable for two people. Bed was a bit hard comparing to other 5 star hotel. Breakfast looks like so many choices but I personally didn’t really enjoy it. Food was not yummy enough for me to pick up more. A good point of this hotel is the location which is connected to the big shopping center.

Great hotel, our studio is great. Also very good location, right next to a very big shopping mall. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast is amazing too.

To rate this hotel as 5 star is puzzling. Cheap construction and finishing. Can clearly hear noises from other room like baby crying. Water in bathroom takes too long to warm up. Bedsheets and pillows not as comfortable as other 5 star hotels. Location is very good as have direct access to the shopping mall.

His ballroom environment is good, the toilet is also clean, the service is good, the food is ordinary …

Despite mixed up our room arrangement which we booked 13 rooms together (for a wedding reception) otherwise everything was OK. The front desk staffs handled it well. Overall, the room is comfortable for a quiet sleep. Good location for shopping. Breakfast was crowded but the staffs were efficient to tackle it. Car park is a bit hard to find. Need a bigger signboard. Google map location did not show how to get into the car park. Perhaps management should add another car park marker on the map.

Really disappointed. Reached the hotel at 2:30pm, front counter gave me a room number but saying the room is not ready and ask me to wait for 30min. I am ok with it but when I check with them again at 3pm, room is not ready and no timeline given when it will be ready. Then ask me to wait for another 30 min, yet still not ready then another 30 min and yet still no room while others are checking in.
If you are professional enough, you should be able to give me a time. The house keeping staff should know how long they take to clean one room.
I was still recommending this hotel to my parents earlier and during their first visit, this is the treatment they received. Disappointment to the max!

Good location. Big room. Very good breakfast. Overall the staff (F&B, housekeeping, front desk) are good.

Had a good stay. Very convenient location and right next to One Utama Shopping Mall. Plenty of options for eateries there. Easier to get in and out of the area Via Grab/Uber. Hotel staff were always easy to deal with, helpful, friendly and prompt. Room was fantastic and so was the Wi-Fi. Only downside is was there was a construction site due to the shopping mall being expanded. Caters more towards business travellers but as relaxing as it gets there. Good experience for my family who wanted to visit KL but wanted to stay away from touristy areas.

The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and bright.
2 floor with Spa, gym, outdoor swimming pool and diagnostics.
At night, the G-floor is a time of lyrical singing, which is very suitable for leisure.
The service is very intimate, just don't understand why check in takes more than 10 minutes … The only drawback is that the basement parking lot is expensive, and the entrance narrowness and dangerous, many road targets are not clear, it is difficult to let people know where the ladder.

Very high class hotel run by Bandar Utama. Rooms are nice. But don't know why they don't bundle free Wi-Fi, you have to add on to get it. Location is very convenient as it is connected to 1 Utama shopping and of course many offices. So good for guests who willing to pay and easy meet up for meeting. To save on your hotel parking when visiting, might be good to park in 1 Utama and walkover to the hotel. If staying then ask for free parking.

The first time we tried One World Hotel was last Monday when we stopped over from Genting to Singapore… At first we just felt it's one of those 5-star hotels but a few things was extraordinary during our short one-night stopover: 1) During check in, we were surprised that they voluntarily upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was tastefully and elegantly designed. It was so comfy that we immediately changed plans — instead of going out for coffee we called our friend in KL to visit us and we spent a cozy afternoon coffee together as we ordered room service. 2) A staff even accompanied my Wife Jane Kang in our car to the car park while I check in! That's impeccable service! 3) My wife Jane Kang enjoyed the bath facilities as well as shopping at the inter-connected One Utama Mall 4) The lobby lounge was also very cozy and had a music trio (singer, piano & bass guitar) providing soothing oldie music while we had drinks and supper. And to our surprise, the band sessions end at 12.45am unlike some band hotel lounges that end at 11+ when things just get hot while we chilled 5) The F&B looks tantalising with the high tea set and yummy abalone dinner sets — what a pity we could not enjoy those this trip and will surely come back soon! 6) Last but not least their morning buffet breakfast spread is truly one of the best we've seen — really tasteful (can't resist the pun) in both layout as well as the range and delicately-prepared food.

Reasonable rates and great rooms. Very modern and clean, with great breakfast spread. I had my wedding at this hotel and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic during the banquet so the chef is very good, and responded well to our comments during the food tasting. The bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous.

Very friendly and polite staff. We are satisfied with the room cleanliness too. Beds were always nicely turned down for the evening. We were given a variety of fruits on our first day here. That is a pleasant surprise. There's a link to a big shopping centre (old n new wings) from hotel. A good variety n mix of shops. There's also an indoor playground in the new wing (2nd floor) to delight the children. Can provide at least an hour or 2 of fun. Overall, a nice stay.

Great stay, very nice and comfortable hotel.

Convenient but impersonal. Check in was on a busy day and there wasn't anyone who brought you up to your room. Housekeeping was good, breakfast selection one of the best but reception can definitely do better and is a deal breaker for any experience.

Dining Reservation / Booking Experience I called to make my buka puasa reservation for july 26 for 7 adults and 1 kids on the first week of puasa either july 10, 11 or 12. Reservation accepted and I leave my name and mobile contact. I did not receive any calls from the hotel until I called them today with good intention and to reconfirm because my pax reduce to 5 adults and 1 kids. First no one answer from the cinnamon even at 1130 plus morning. The front desk take down my details and I also informed them on the reduction of my pax. I got a call back that tell me firstly they are full and can put me in the function room. I am very surprise. Told them the reason I booked very early was because I want to be in the restaurant. I am put on hold while they try to look for my reservation. After few minutes they told me that they can fit my group outside the restaurant. I repeat myself again. The lady on the line talk to someone I presume to be the manager. After few more minutes she come back and tell me that the restaurant only for paid reservation and she can put me outside or function room. to the hotel management and everyone who read this, how will you feel? when I booked very early — 2 weeks before the hotel just take my booking and did not inform me till today. I only got to know that I have to pay if I want to be seated in the restaurant as a reason why they cannot put me inside the restaurant! this is not mentioned in the hotel website and when I call to make the booking.

I stayed 20 nights in OneWorld of KL. Unfortunately I had an accident and broke my leg, which happened during my last 2 days in KL. The hotel did not show any sympathy as normally a 5-star hotel shall act. I have to prolong the stay for 2 days, and the hotel kept de-activating the door cards on and on, despite millions of calls and talking to the counter directly not to de-activate. When I checked in, the receptionist agreed to include the millage and write down the card number, but when I checked out, they said "No" for any millage. Acceptable! And the hotel charges credit card without prior consent of a client.
