Great location, friendly staff (spoke both German and English) and spacious rooms. If you are lucky you can find a free parking spot right next to the water close to the hotel. But the also offer free parking services.

Both, Gottardo and Belvedere are a nice, with great views and friendly service. The Belvedere has very comfortable, large rooms with lake view.

The hotel is located directly on the lake, close to numerous restaurants and bars. The rooms are big, but somewhat old. In particular, the bathroom would need to be renovated urgently. The rooms are very bright; the beds hard. The breakfast is reasonably good, but the staff is unfriendly.

Nice hotel. Welcome home. Nice size room and well-fitting. Some rooms have a great view of Lake Maggiore. We had 4 windows with views of the neighbors ' windows. Professional and friendly staff. However good impression.

The Hotel San Gottardo enjoys a great location, the Imbaracadero is right in front of the hotel so you can reach the Borromean islands in no time. It has excellent cleanliness and availability, as well as professionalism, of the whole staff. Great breakfast and view of Lake Maggiore. Warmly recommended the double room with a view!

Good hotel, very friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of desserts, fruit salad, jams, yogurt, corn flakes, etc.
The view of the lake is very beautiful, despite the winter time (with snow).

Very nice hotel on a wonderful location. Clean room with a fantastic view. Delicious breakfast. Absolutely value for money. (We travelled by. Motorbike, which we could parc in a garage for €7 per night).
