Super Service Oriented. Food and Bar very good. Giant rooms. Great views. Not expensive.

Great location. View lagho. Very well-groomed breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Large room with beautiful lake views. Good breakfast and great dinner in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The little things that can be improved are nothing compared to the things that are good.

Good first courses at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Very kind and helpful to meet the needs of customers. Large room with lovely views of the mumbled islands. Bath with shower but no shower box. Missing the fridge bar that for a three star should always be there. I would add that at the end of the stay I must emphasise the maximum attention towards elderly parents who have had a great time.

Perfect location, 2 steps from lake, pool and supermarket. Rooms are very spacious. Wide choice, both sweet and salty, for breakfast.

Beautiful lake front location. Bad room not to mention the bathroom. Balcony with roof and tile view. Good restaurant.

Very good position but the hotel is already a little bit old and they could improve the cleaning of room. Staff and breakfast were perfect.

Great location. Room was very clean Bad bathroom. Bathtub without curtain and only shower head… Yesterday it was cold but heating off. Getting in to Shower was a feat. Staff response. E. Lady. Is that so.

Great hotel, panoramic view of the wonderful lake, staff friendly and up to par. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful.

Simple but clean. Pleasant stay.

A nicely located hotel right on the lake. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms have been in the years, but this has not bothered us. Only in the bathroom would a shower curtain or a shower cubicle not bad — during showers we always flooded the bathroom.
Unfortunately there is no parking space for the remodelling of the lakeside promenade in front of the hotel room. The Parplatzsuche in the surrounding area is difficult. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars. Breakfast buffet was really great. Rooms were cleaned daily. Value for money top.

I was in February so I guess it wasn't at the top of the form. Aesthetically beautiful and in a great location. The room was dated but passable and clean. Very bad bathroom with shower and bathtub with shower. No protection or curtain. The worst thing was finding 14 degrees in the room. Go for the less location for the property itself. Staff OK.

Nice location, hotel needs some refurbishment.

Hotel too dated without signs of innovation, not even the most basic ones: the room that I occupied was large but in the bathroom, the tub, equipped with a fixed shower, did not even have the curtains to repair from the splashes and shelter from the cold. Result: water everywhere and cold body.
Alas the restaurant was not to my liking: dishes too seasoned and inability to have a simple chicken breast for dinner, despite the very low seasons (I was there the third week of January).

Old Hotel, bathroom with dated furnishings (ETA my grandmother) personal rudeness unheard of. I travel very often for work (I am a technician nn a businessman) and I see many of hotels but this is the worst of all. I recommend in the area for the same price the Golden Fox.

Framework home and service everything is Perfetto.

The receptionist is a man orchestra. Friendly and professional top. It gives us a superior room for a that it no longer due to an error on my part (the dates of my reservation). Room 506, 2 bedrooms attic height 4mètres.
First room of 25m2 has a double 1double with a cot, the 2nd with 2 beds, same area.
40m2 Lounge with 2 sofas, TV view on Lake. Thick carpet is clean.
Long bathroom 4x2, sink, bathtub bider and WC dryer.
Restaurant "La Cave" as fresh produce.
Breakfast extra 10€. The salty is fresh and varied. The pastry is industrial (only downside)
Wi-Fi is free of charge.
€110 room €83 for my booking error. Thank you so much.

Great Hotel. Modernised but kept the proportions. Excellent service with very good food.

Hotel friendly overall, but it should be modernized, a bathtub with an Italian shower but without curtain. A carpet of another time, which follows perfectly with the walls and the furniture.

Older style hotel but well maintained and very classy, service more than efficient. Buffet breakfast plentiful. The food is excellent. Fondly remember this day in this beautiful place. Thank you!

Vecchio hotel anni 70 con camere polverose e con moquette macchiata. Bagno con vasca adibita a doccia senza nemmeno una tendina. Colazione quasi inesistente. Personale molto poco disponibile.

Old-fashioned comfort in front of the Lake.
Magical place.

This was our second visit. The first was eight years ago. This hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. The rooms were huge and the view from the fourth floor of the lake was amazing. We would definitely stay again.

If you don't want a 4 or 5 star hotel it is OK.
Breakfast for Italian ratio will be much and good but varied.

Older hotel situated directly at the Lake, but very well done, very large rooms, excellent cuisine, friendly hosts, speak German.

I stayed at the Europalace with my wife and two college age daughters. We had a room on the 3rd floor street side. The room was ENORMOUS. Had a HUGE balcony and a GLORIOUS view up the lake to a snow capped mountain valley across in Switzerland. The location is fantastic with many nearby nice restaurants. The hotel breakfast was nice. Across the street, is a very nice promenade along a lakeside city park. My only regret was staying just one night. A super value. There is also a lot of free parking nearby in this location.
