The difference between the hotels is not only the stars but above all the cleanliness of the rooms, the building and the courtesy and education of the staff. This hotel deserves the 4 stars in all and everything.

Quiet location despite being in the centre, clean, nice building.

Minimal breakfast. Staff friendly. Parking not nearby. After changing room the aircondition was o. K. Great location.

Very good view on lake maggiore, normal service for a tourist Place.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The lake view is amazing… but with that you get all the street noise (they are doing construction at the front so it's always noisy at the moment) … you can hear the cars, peoples conversations below, there is a bar with loud music as well. The walls are thin so you can also hear noises from the neighbours. Unfortunately we had a particularly "active" couple next door that couldn't get enough of each other. Ugh, oh what a night (eye roll) : (

Comfortable rooms, great lake view. Just a few steps to Pallanza center and pier. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. They spoke English, Italian, German and French. Ask them for any kind of recommendation, you will get it. Excellent breakfast service ask for extras, no sweat! No restaurant but you find nearby a lot of good ones. Quiet place cause the bypassed lake shore road is traffic-calmed at night.

Great hôtel on the shore of the lake, we booked a room using the hôtel website and we were upgraded because of this! We got a very nice room on the 3rd floor with a great view on the lake. Cooling system was well setup for a very good night. Breakfast is nice with the possibility to sit outside with a view on the lake. Once again, book pour room on their own website, maybe you will be upgraded as we were!

Very good, easy to reach with the main roads, spacious room decorated with sophistication and equipped with every comfort.

We have had a series of good experiences at this hotel. The room was small but good, the view from our balcony was brilliant, and the staff were fantastic.
