We were there at the beginning of August. Despite the high season, the pool was not overcrowded.
It is great that you can use the two campsites and that the car park is free of charge.
Staff friendly and helpful throughout.
We are very happy to come back.

Beautiful experience at the lake. Room with lake view, well maintained. The staff were friendly and friendly. Too bad I couldn't take advantage of the pool as it wasn't the right time, but I'll be back!

Very good hotel, well placed on the shores of the lake. Large room, clean with safe, fridge bar, coffee maker. Hearty breakfast with cold cuts, pastries etc. Pool and access to the small beach.

We give the Hotel Manager a 0 of 5, because he was so arrogant and unfriendly to our kids. We guess he doesnt have children but this can‘t be a reason to behave so unpolite. At first we thought he just had a bad day, but it was the same everyday we were at the reception. The other employees were really nice and friendly, but we give him a 0/5 Rating. The Hotel is really nice, we can recommend it absolutely and we would give it a 5/5 rating.

Visited the hotel by boat as they had moorings. We only wanted a light lunch and a drink. But we were told at the cafe we had to go over the road into the hotel to register, even though some friends were staying at the hotel. Not impressed so came away.

Nice pool and be well designed for children. You just have to think about bathing caps. Clean and spacious apartment. Large parking lot. Included access to the infrastructure of the two campsites of the "group". No on-site catering.

Nice hôtel for young kids, pool and amenities are good for them. Parking lot is quickly full during summer time.

Too bad the rooms overlook the main road, it's actually quite noisy at times… otherwise, RAS, comfortable rooms, varied breakfast, free parking.

I am very happy to have chosen this hotel and will certainly choose it again next year. Our room is clean and beautiful, at the balcony grids are flowers, which I like very much and we have (are currently here) adjustable air conditioning. What also surprised us positively is that we have electric blinds.
! Very important: The car has its own parking garage! Your vehicle is safe to be safe!
There are a few points that others complain about and I would like to say: — Yes, the air conditioning is loud (dröht/rattles intermittently). My boyfriend and I are good sleepers, so we didn't notice anything at night. Maybe she just didn't make any noise at night either.
— Yes, it's loud outside. But only at peak times (morning and afternoon). We personally get up early (want to experience something), so we don't have any problems with it. And if a mopped is to go by in the evening, that's not bad.
-in the pool you can only go to the pool with a swimming cap. That's right. However, the pool was not shunned by any guest who wanted to cool down. Admit — I haven't experienced anything like that yet either, but that wasn't a reason for me to book another hotel. In case of need, there is the beach immediately behind it (privately even:P) — The selection at the buffet is meagre. I've missed turkey breast or other poultry plated (I don't eat pork). There were also no umpteen types of bread (rolls, bread and toast — that's enough?! ) or several cheeses (Gouda only).

Pro: + Great lakeside location, direct access to the lake from the pool (for hotel guests only).
+ Absolutely friendly and effort staff.
+ Good breakfast with cheese, sausage, fruit, vegetables, jam, rolls, bread, toast, juices, coffee, tea.
+ spacious room with minibar (prices totally ok) + Beautiful pool with pool bar (prices totally ok) Contra: — room (Nos. 10 to 13) on the ground floor go forward to the street, you have the busy road only 3-5 meters on par, it's really noisy — Something outside I Ntra, getting a taxi in Intra is not easy and costs about 15 euros from the ferry ride to the hotel — swimming cap duty in the pool is nowadays absolutely out of date.

Great hotel or apartment! Good location! Beautiful, well-maintained and very clean facility! Very nice staff! Ideal for a holiday with kids! We are happy to come back!

Excellent, a good place to relax whilst just a 15 minutes walk from Intra (Verbania).

Quiet environment, good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really plentiful for Italian and had a good selection. Also cake were served for breakfast. The rooms were clean and nice size. The road didn't bother uebrhaupt us in April. We have seen the hotel as a quiet and very food.
