I stayed 4 weeks for work reasons, and I felt at home. A central and well served with friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast of lady Mary are unsurpassed, excellent and plentiful.

Fantastic hotel, sheer luxury, private secure car parking, yards from center shops. Milan fashion capital of Italy.

Comfortable and well-located hotel with expert staff. Good rooms and adequate buffet breakfast. I would stay here again!

It is a very elegant place, sense of cleanliness and welcome right from the entrance.
The room is cozy, spacious and with everything you need including the tea kettle.
The breakfast buffet is varied, quality products, milk and Organic jams, fresh fruit and bread/pastries fresh from the bakery.
In The Centre and convenient to get around by public transport.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms also. The breakfast is varied and the service is great. Icing on the cake, the strategic location near the Metro stop S. Ambrogio.

Niche… To try, unique atmosphere. Historical building adjacent to the one in which he lived as a young Giuseppe Verdi. The environment is particular and suggests sensations sometimes mysterious, but on this aspect is necessary a visit in person. Located near the famous Five streets of the Milanese poet Carlo Porta and the notorious via Bagnera del Baloch, a 19th-century serial killer, reminiscent of Jack the London Ripper.
And someone is talking about strange presences, although the place is much quieter than the average of the hotels. For the rest, you find what you need to feel good in Milan very close to the Duomo, and still inside the historical center of Milan, with the church of Sant'Ambrogio within walking distance. A favorite place for those who want to stay quietly in the city, from intellectuals, and even religious.

Good location and clean with a good breakfast.

Good experience averall. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We had some special requests and they were accommodated, after some puzzled looks from some stuff. Makes you appreciate even more exceptional service of the receptionists here and the breakfast service main lady.

Great location for the city centre. The room is small but has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable.

Great breakfast, convenient location. About ten minutes walk to duomo and duomo metro. There is also tram line 14 right in front of hotel, which I use to get to my office outskirts of milan. Breakfast is very good. Service was friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Great location for walking. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and very nice serving lady. Nice historic style hotel. Smallish rooms and easy to hear everything, but nothing unexpected.

It's an old hotel and needs renovations but the room and sheets were clean. The bathroom was out dated. It's good for an overnight stay. The location is great as it is just two tram stops away from Duomo.

Old fashioned charm, pristine, with wonderful personnel. … walking distance to major historical places and eateries. The Regina still offers their guests a robe and slippers, the floor is wood, the breakfast buffet is pretty well balanced and has a variety of meats, fruits, yogurts, cereals, breads and sweets … coffee or tea is brought to your table by a waiter or waitress… Affordably priced hotel — with everything you could ask for and then some!

Hotel near the columns of San Lorenzo, practically family run, very kind and very reliable staff. Breakfast very varied and with great cakes. Medium sized rooms, quiet clientele. Acceptable prices.

Very small room. Entry dangerous if not be carefully. Breakfast with very little variety.

We stayed one night between Saturday 12 and Sunday 13. Hotel da favola. Attentive to all needs, very professional and always a word of kindness. A few steps from piazza Duomo, among shops and trendy clubs. Thank you to the staff. Happy Holidays.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The breakfast buffet most definitely enough to get your going for the day, free expresso and cappuccino. The hotel staff was friendly, and most spoke enough English to help you with questions you had. They also helped with holding our luggage for about 10 hours after we checked out for the day while we did the remainder of our sight seeing in Milan. It was about a 15 minute walk to duomo. Would recommend.

Today returned from Italy. Spent 4 days in Milan. A wonderful hotel. An ideal place for exploring the Milan. Located in the Center. Close to all attractions. Very cozy. Friendly staff.

Great Central Hotel, comfortable, qualified personnel. I've been there for work but I can recommend it to couples; I also did subbline breakfasts. Due to its central location, I used about 15 minutes walking and looking at the shops to get to Duomo, and accompanied by an endless supply of shops restaurants pizzerias also public services are not far behind. Great overall I recommend it.

While not lying right in the city centre, the Regina is close enough for it not to matter. The hotel is also in the immediate vicinity of many popular aperitivo bars and the hip neighbourhood leading to Porta Ticinese. It's clean, comfortable, with decent rooms and a reasonable breakfast. The staff are helpful if not overly friendly, but this is probably a Milanese phenomenon. Definitely recommended for short stays.

Friendly and competent service. Clean rooms, although already older, still top (Note: do not book a room on the side of the road). Extensive breakfast, almost not to believe, for Italy — and varied. Tram directly in front of the hotel is extremely convenient (as indeed the whole Milan network! ).
