Rude staff damaged bed and 4th floor roof top, will blacklist forever.

Hotel situato in una vecchia struttura, ma è pulito e la colazione è buona. Ci sono stato già 3 volte e dato il prezzo decisamente economico ho deciso di tornare. Il bagno è piccolino ma c'è tutto quello che serve.

A star as the category of this hotel, with very noisy rooms near the street where it is impossible to sleep and manager really not friendly.

The unclear payment arrangements and awkward rudeness of the owner made the stay a nightmare. Although on the booking site there was clearly written "pay after" the owner, not only did he pretext the payment on arrival but he also attempted to withdraw money from my card before we arrived. When we confronted, in our opinion, kindly on the issue the owner proved himself, obnoxious, unavailable, arrogant, not at all welcoming.
The hotel has the rooms heated in absurd times, for so, at some times it turned out to be very cold. The breakfast is awkward, in fact we have consumed only one day. Cleanliness acceptable Although one morning we were brought a blood stained pillow and at our request to change it we was replaced with one ripped. The bed is not double but a square and a half. In Milan, in that area you can find hotels in better conditions at the same price, so it is also expensive. Experience not to repeat. The only positive note is the shower, powerful and boiling, yummy!

Courteous staff. Good breakfast and location. The rooms are a bit old but for the cost and service are valid.

The rooms are big, but could be better furnished. The shared bathroom should be cleaner and the staff nicer. I found the breakfast the best in the hotel.

A good place with very friendly people willing to help you. It is a simple hotel with a beautiful garden to access the rooms you have to climb stairs.

The Agon is full. I do not advise anyone even for one night.

Good hotel. Not the most chic one, but compared to the price it is very good. Clean rooms and fresh towels every day. Would highly recommend if you looking for a place to sleep, and explore the city at daytime (or the other way around).

A bad hotel. It shouldn't even be called that. The facilities are terrible. Enough said.

Great facility to spend quiet weekend.

Nothing stands out, neither bad nor good. The shared bathroom could use a proper shower courtain to stop the flooding. Close to public transport, shops and some good restaurants. A nice place for a short stay.

They cancelled our booking when THEY overbooked the place. We showed up, having been traveling without Wi-Fi, and upon walking in was told they cancelled our reservation we had made nearly 5 months prior. Was then told "it's not our fault or problem" and asked to leave. They were rude and inconsiderate when we wanted to simply understand why or how someone can do that. These were the absolute rudest people I've encountered in all the places I've traveled. Do not book with them or trust them! Save yourself the stress and hassle.

We own. Little clean rooms with shared bathrooms. Any extra service (air conditioning) is paid. Maybe breakfast is sufficient.

Sulla colazione forse si salva ma per il resto si paga pure il riscaldamento. A quel punto meglio un 3 stelle che con 50€ almeno quando entri in reception trovi qualcuno a darti il buongiorno.

Scary room but clean sheets and bathroom. The plumbing is broken, shower use impossible. Tobacco smell in the room. Very modest breakfast. Very.

Really bad hotel. The room has a cigarette smell and if you want turn on the air conditioner you must pay more 10 euros. They also charge more 2 euros at the check in. If you have more money go to another place.

"All dirty and gross"
As you enter the room walked away. Air unbreathable as if they had smoked just before we entered, smells like mold, dust everywhere, cm old mush, mold in the shower tray and behind the toilet, in other words worse than a dump. We checked out, we asked for a refund and the owner, smugly denied against the evidence (you see in the pictures) that the room was dirty. We knew we had to be checked into a hotel with 1 star, we didn't have big claims but cleanliness and decorum, where one sleeps and use the bathroom, should be, in principle, always impeccable in order to protect people's health. To denounce, surely, to Office hygiene of ASL in Milan.
