This is a "OK" hotel. Paying the price around they ask you, it is a reasonable place to stay. It seems an old apartment with a small TV and an ordinary bathroom. The fan is not so good, my wife and I we felt hot. We know it was getting too hot in Italy, but the fan should solve that problem. My wife left the hotel with many mosquito marks. So, I´m going to give four star because the owner and the staff are very kind, and the breakfast was very good. There you can not find fruits or fresh ham, but you can eat bread and pastries.

Room is worth for that price, but service could be better.

Pros: close to the station and the city center.
Cons: the heating is turned off at night.

I slept 2 nights x work, what about… Very old hotel and kept terrible. Room not air-conditioned. Very small bathroom and a shower so close that a person a little ' full can not wash even. Sink clogged. And the toilet drain button locked. Breakfast… Let's talk about it. I ask the front desk for advice on dinner, and directs me to a restaurant within walking distance… Italian table but run by Chinese… I did the fast…

Quiet and comfortable Hotel
Five minutes from the subway that takes you downtown, a minute from the bus that takes you to Central station.
Daily cleaning and staff
Great breakfast and the porch to relax is perfect!

Its amazing place with very helpfull staff. I really enjoyed my stay there. Its very nice and clean. Best place, near centro of Milano, you go to the centre by foot. <3

Before booking we asked if it was handicapped accessible but unfortunately despite an affirmative response from the hotel staff, when we arrived there were 8/12 steps in each entrance to access them and the bathroom was impossible Use! The breakfast was so anonymous and of little choice that there was enough coffee from the vending machine! All for the "Modica" figure of €250, 00 one night. Sin Milan deserves other parameters.

Bad! To be taken into account only if the only alternative is to sleep in the street.
Staff with little desire to do and unwelcoming.
Without care in the common areas and in the rooms.
Dirty! Poor quality breakfast, better make it a bar any.
I spent a night there and it's more than enough! Poorer than a hostel, but at higher price.

Not a bad room, moderately clean. Breakfast is free but confusing. Not a great location — wouldn't recommend for children. In my opinion, all the staff were extremely rude and ignorant. A bad experience.

The hotel was very small Excellent for those who travel with dogs, there is an area of sgambettamento around the corner. Paid parking But sure, outside the street parking lots are free but often occupied. Tram and bus stops close by. Many restaurants, bars in the area. Great pet who wants to visit Milan.

It was a very nice Hotel. Great location and great value for money. Recommended.

Staff present but ineffective.
I had booked a single with a double and they assigned me a room with a double consisting of two singles accosted and another single completely at random.
Plastic and dangling cover missing cables and switches. Very thin walls: I sorbito the songs put by the neighbors every night. Free Wi-Fi But there wasn't a night that worked, probable for the room placement.
Rusty taps and towels resting on the sink and shower.
Pillows thin and uncomfortable.
Limited breakfast and made of packed products. Bathroom door not lockable.
Clean rooms, but not treated aesthetically, as if it were a space to fill just as it happens. Not recommended except for one night.

This was almost the worst hotel I have ever been. The pictures I have added are self explanatory. The old man at the reception was very unfriendly and not proffesional to say the least. This hotel consist of 2 buildings. You gotta check in at the building that seems at least decent, but then you get surprise that your room is in the other building wich looks like it barely survived World War 2. The breakfast was reasonable but only the sweet croissants were good and the coffee could have been worse. Only good thing I can say is we got new towels and rooms were at least clean. The walls are so thin you could here a feather drop in the adherent room. If possible I would give it 1.5 stars. Location is not as good as they tell on the booking site. If you got 5 bucks more to spend find yourself another hotel.

It is not in the center… Not bad but not luxurious.

The toilets are horrible, you disgust yourself to death. We thought we were just for sleeping. But wow so lousy a hotel can not be. The buns are vpm days until the end (they are rock hard) all wrapped in plastic bags. The rinse has always rinsed with us after 5 min.

Toilets make strange noises. The rooms are a little stinky. Parking lot too overpriced.
Breakfast OK. Service good.
Conclusion: It's enough for sleeping and no more.

The rooms are good enough for 2 star hotel. The staff is awesome the best thing of all hotel. Perfect location near the metrostation.

Regular hotel. Nothing special about it. Good place to stay a few days at a reasonable price.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. Our room was small but enough big if you want only sleep tehre and use the bathroom after your tour in the city. The breakfest is fine and it's a quiet area. Every day was cleaning in the rooms and the bathroom was fully lodead. I can suggest this hotel to dose people whose want to spend their day in the city or if you have some bussines case in Milano but don't want spend a lot of mony to the hotel. I like this place!

The person on the counter was very rude and disrespectful.

Horrible! Bad attention (we traveled in July), terrible room: The fan was not air, plagued by mosquitoes, dirty and old. Breakfast to cry! Dirty tables where they turned the dalvamanteles of paper which had previously been stained. Of all the hotels for the Q we have passed this is the worst with much difference. The receptionist for the evening was just rude and without wanting to cater to anyone!

The WC was completely dirt (cigarettes in the shower and the toilet was dirty) …

Acceptable to be a 2 star, daily housekeeping, changing towels everyday. But malfunctioning almost useless, bulbs electrocuted, fixtures that need a modernized, but especially no air conditioning in the room. In the hot summers in Milan can be a sensational flaw.

Madrid is a very nice city. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. Fantastic is the tapas tour.

Invariably stained and punctured. Pure rudeness when we went away. We deposited the luggage, what normal to do when staying in the Hotel, too bad you could only do until 3pm. What's the talk? Arrived at 4pm. 45 We have been made a partaccia with the phrase "you were lucky". What were you going to do with your suitcases? Ah, never again will I tell you.

Extremely old and small hotel. The man at the front desk is really nice and knows little English but that's about as positive as it gets. The hotel's location is pretty far from the center and the neighborhood is legit all refugees with graffiti written everywhere. The shower is 2ft by 2ft so expect to bruise your elbows and knees as you wash yourself and keep hitting and knocking things down. Also Air conditioning is NOT free and Wi-Fi isn't either. Idk why it says it is.

Hotel is located a little over a mile from the train station. Beds and pillows were extremely hard and bathroom was not very clean.

Decent hotel but it's still a two star hotel, good value with breakfast included (Wi-Fi at extra charge)

The structure is so obsolete that the only thing that the owners should do is close.
The room small, bathroom. Smaller. Falling apart thin walls. You can hear everything. The lift takes only one person at a time.
Sufficient breakfast. If you just feed. Get in and out. A maze.
Forget about it.

Its abad hotel, bad service, not clean, breakfast is lol. I was here from 6.3.15 to 10.3.15, I note all of you to dont booking on this hotel. Thanks.
