Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast included & an air conditioner that cools the room. Double bed that is not 2 singles pushed together. If you have big bags there is no lift. Bit of a hike to the station.

I am okay having to pay a little cancellation fee for administrative expenses. But why do I have to accept a hotel charging 80% of the reservation value, even though it is almost overbooked? Specially during corona times?
