Perfect location to explore Rome on foot as pretty much every location of interest is in walking distance, rooms are quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. Considering the affordable price this was perfect for our trip to Rome. Grazie mille dal dottore ;)

Friendly managers. Great location. The B&B itself was not at all what I expected. Tiny room, no windows, dark, very noisy upstairs neighbors, tiny bathroom. We gave up our third night to sleep somewhere else. Be cautious when you book, to book a specific room.

Very cozy, clean, is near many attractions-in the center of Rome. Friendly and helpful reception. Satisfied completely. Price/quality-perfect.

Stayed here 4 weeks ago brill location and walking distance to everywhere brill staff and decor couldn't rate high enough most excellent weeks stay.

My husband and I went into this hotel expecting mediocrity based on reviews, but we had a fantastic experience! For starters, they arranged transportation for us from the airport, which was so helpful and took the stress out of navigating Rome. We were greeted with a warm and inviting welcome. They provided the best recommendations for restaurants, gave us tips to best maximize our time each day, and always checked to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Location is perfect — we walked everywhere. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location simple, quiet, familiar. Exquisite staff. Value for money very good to be in Rome, area Piazza Navona and a few steps from the Castel Sant'Angelo.

Location is great, hotel not so much! AC wasn't working, shower was dirty, lock on door not functional. Staff gave us a fan as it was very hot, but it was not comfortable at all.

Great location near Tiber river in the hear of Rome. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Owner was even on-site.

It's cool place quite, friendsly, accessible all points, the best place to stay visiting Rome. Breakfast not great one but it is ok to go by the day. My wife and I enjoyed this place four days and four nights for our 25th anversary. We recommend this place who ever visiting Rome for any reasons.

We really enjoyed our time at Residenza Ave Roma. The price and location of this unpretentious and charming little hotel can not be beaten. If you are traveling on a budget, but still want to have a room with privacy, a small terrace, TV, continental breakfast, and a location in the city center (and also on the River! ) this is the hotel for you. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming — you felt more like a guest at their home rather than staying in a hotel. They helped us with anything we needed, from printing tickets to helping us choose a place to eat. We stayed for 6 nights, and should we ever return to Rome, we will be booking our stay here again. Thanks for helping to make our trip to Rome memorable!

Ideally located, slightly crazy setup but no regrets.

Great location and service. Had some lovely chats with the receptionists especially with the lovely lady from Moldova. Breakfast was amazing.

I was so happy to stay in Ave Roma, so cosy, clean, and lovely. The room so spacious and the staff so helpfully Specially Vera.
I bought 3 days pass but I regretted it, Everything seen so far but so close, me and my wife really enjoy walking around Rome, Not the best breakfast but it was OK to get your day started.
I felt at home, very safe, :-)

This place was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay in Rome in June of 2014. Great central location, nice clean rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this little hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

Awesome place, Very quaint and local. When we return will definitely choose there first. Aways from the train station but location is very good. Vincenzo and Vera were the best hosts.

Very nice place. Close to the historic center. Between Piazza Navona and the Vaticano:) the room is nice and clean and people always welcoming. If you have any advice to ask feel free to ask them. Michael.
