I love love loved this Hotel! Close to everything and ANTHONY was so helpful when I arrived! I will come back again to this place when I am in Rome! Grazie Mille.

Tuesday June 12th we checked into the vanity hotel in Rome. After check-in we were shown the room the door to the hotel room was open which we found odd the worker stated she wasn't sure why the door was open. After hanging out in the room for an hour we found it extremely hot being in Europe and another country I wasn't sure how to work their air condition so I went up front desk worker she came in said it was on and that it was fine. If it was still hot to come tell her in …an hour. It was hot the entire night the air conditioning was broken. On vacation I even spent time Googling how to reset the thermostat and troubleshoot it to see if I could get it working. First of all I'm on vacation I should not have to do that second of all when I book a room with air conditioning that's what I expect they should not have put someone in a room with broken air. We did not sleep all night it was so stifling hot we opened the windows but it was it opened up to a walled area where no air could come through the windows. It was in the upper 80s close to 90 in our room. I got up overheated and feeling like she was going to throw up and was ill at 5:30 a. M. At which point she went and laid on the bathroom tile floor to try to cool off. The next morning when we confronted the hotel staff about this we told them we had a huge day planned a Vatican trip once in a lifetime we were sore tired and exhausted. We asked them to fix this while we were gone for 4 to 6 hours at the Vatican.

An excellent little boutique hotel that has an amazing location, a short walk to many of the main attractions, less than 15 minutes to pantheon and the Vatican, 2min walk to piazza navona. The rooms themselves are clean with a very comfy bed and we had very little road noise. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful while speaking excellent English. Highly recommended all round!

Love the location, rooms, and price. Breakfast brought to your room is also a nice touch. The elevator is also the old open cage style which my girlfriend and I both found really neat. The only downside is the AC, which is provided by a central unit and not very powerful. We turned ours as low as it would go when we got to the room around 5pm, and it only got to a truly comfortable level sometime early the next morning. Other than that, a very nice hotel with good service and helpful front desk staff. Edit: Upgrading from 4 to 5 stars — Prior to the 3rd night of our 4 night stay, I made the hotel staff aware of the issue with our AC and they immediately upgraded us to the Junior Suite with perfectly functional AC! Was not expecting that at all, but it was a wonderful surprise.

Excellent and modern hotel in a fantastic central location. Reception staff are excellent, happy to help with anything and provide recommendations which were all very good. Only downside is traffic noise within the room. Suggest requesting a room to the rear not on the road side.

Went to Rome to celebrate my 60th. Stayed here very clean. Coffee & tea facilities plus mini bar in room. Very central to everything.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for to nights. We got super surprised over the nice standard for the cheep price we payd :) it's super central and is only a short walk from all the best spots in Rome. I highly recommend this hotell to all how wants to have a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic. We stayed here Jan 2018 and it was such a nice tucked away hotel in a good location. It was a little loud from street noise on Friday and Saturday night but that’s expected. Placed conveniently between places like Vatican City, Trevi fountain and The Pantheon. We also walked to the colosseum. Some really nice restaurants around within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and our room was really nice.

Great little boutique on the north side of the downtown core. Walking distance to everything and great staff. We definitely will try and rebook when we return to Rome in a couple weeks before ending our Italian vacation.

The hotel is in a perfect location with all monuments in walking distance and with restaurants everywhere. You'll never starve! The customer service and hospitality is very good, their English is very well spoken and are very helpful. The room was a studio but it was a perfect size for a couple that stayed 4 nights. Although the shower is a bit small, the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and there is a good view from the balcony. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, great welcoming by Antonio the general manager. The only problem is the non availability of late check in (after 2300) since the main door of the building is closed and no one from outside can open it. Rest is perfect.

Great people, clean and located near everything so it was easy walk to Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum and a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Can't say enough great things about this lovely hotel! Clean, modern, excellent location. Walking distance to everything (15 min to Vatican, 30 min to Colosseum) Staff was helpful and kind. Italian breakfast brought to our room each morning. We would definitely stay here again!
