Very nice place. Strategic location, clean and comfortable. WARNING: no elevator, if you have a terrace room, 96 stone markets await you.

Highly impressed by everything. The kind staff, the breakfast deliveries, the hotel's location, efficient airport transport service, everything. No problems with the Wi-Fi either which was really good. No complaints at all, highly recommend to anybody staying in Rome.

I loved our hotel, in the middle of Rome close to Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Vatican City, & pantheon! The rest are close by too with a hop on, hop off bus. I loved the vintage of the hotel and the breakfast was really good and delivered to your room. By the entrance there is a menu where you fill out what you want, it’s unlimited food, and very good and filling. No elevator but whatever that didn’t bother us. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The AC worked so well! Best part because it’s so hot! That’s a plus. The staff spoke well English and were helpful!

This was my favorite hotel in Italy! I loved the breakfast delivery, I wish more hotels did it this way! The staff had wonderful food recommendations in Trastevere. The location can't be beat! All the main sights are walkable yet it is mercifully not in the main tourist area. There are a decent amount of stairs involved (awesome spiral staircase) and European sized showers. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very nice, original, made from an old theater, clean, quiet although a few steps from Piazza Navona, breakfast in the room included. You climb for a nice spiral staircase: the only drawback, it does not have an elevator. Very good value for money.

Quaint hotel with lots of History. The room was bright and clean and interesting. Beds were comfortable. Right in the heart of Navona.

A great place to stay in old Rome. Walking distance to most of the main attractions and surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants!

This is located in the center of multiple points of interest in Rome. It's only a few minutes walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It's right around the corner from the Piazza Navona. I did catch a cab to The Vatican City and Colosseum though… Breakfast was simple, yet delicious and they made great cuppacinos! It was very affordable as well. This will be the only place I stay at in Rome!

Good small hotel for the price. Excellent location and excellent staff. Not a fancy hotel but just the basics. I would stay here again.

A good option-in the center, near Piazza Navona, walking around everything is quite real. The hotel is clean, linen is changed every day, old mansion 15-16 century, the service is unobtrusive. No elevator, and a spiral staircase-very steep, do not run.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. All by staircase. Very small shower. The staff were very helpful. Recommended!

I didn't realize this was a 3-star hotel until writing this review. Excellent location with several restaurants and sights nearby. Their amicable customer service is first-rate. If I ever come back to Rome, I'm coming here.

Nice hotel near Piazza Navona. Walkable distance to the Vatican City. Take the bus from Termini station and walk to it. Does not have a breakfast place but you can write the items you want for breakfast and the timing and they will serve it to your room. Decent sized room for a single traveller.

A great place because it is close to all the sights to visit is in the very centre of Rome and you can walk everywhere for example it is 20 minutes from the Vatican walking.

Beautiful location at 10 15 minutes walk from the tourist spots. Very clean and very courteous. Excellent mattresses.

Love this little gem! I've been visiting Rome for about 15 years now, and it's gotten hard to find good value in Rome anymore, but Teatro Pace is just that. Cute, clean, great location very close to Piazza Navona, and it has little design details that make the hotel a cute and special place. It's tucked into a corner, but because of that it's quiet, which is really great considering how centrally located you are here. I loved the breakfast too… they give you a choice each morning, and deliver it to your room at whatever time you like. And it's a solid breakfast, good brioches, great coffee, choice of meat, etc. Nice. And the managers were helpful and all very nice too. Great little reasonable hotels like this are hard to find these days in Rome anymore, but you've found one here! I'll be back for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay here for 7 nights. Loved the breakfast delivered to my room, staff was helpful, and the location could not be any better. Everything is within walking distance. If I am able to come back, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel and even better staff (Special shoutout to Robbie! ). When issues arose during my time in Rome, staff members were not hesitant to assist with whatever issues and went above and beyond to insure that everything went well for me. Free breakfast is delivered to your room every morning upon request, nice eateries surround the hotel, and most importantly it is pretty central to many of Rome's major attractions such as St. Peter's Basilica, Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, and more. I give this hotel one star short of five due to phone reception being non-existent due to its thick concrete walls (Free Wi-Fi is provided however) and a pungent sewage smell that suddenly came about in my room that subsequently attracted gnats (This was eventually handled by room service).

Awesome hotel in an even more awesome location. We stayed in the top floor superior triple room, which is a 2 bed, 2 bath with the most amazing view and small terrace. It's the room that's pictured on thier FB main photo. The main bedroom is large and spacious compared to other hotels in Europe and the separate twin bed bedroom upstairs not only had a full bath but offered great separation and privacy from the main room. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the AC works very well. There is no elevator, and the stairs going up can be a trek at the end of a long day of touring, however not horrible enough to deter me from coming back. They deliver a tray of continental breakfast directly to your room and it's pretty amazing, you are given a list to choose from and a time you'd like it delivered and like clock work there is a knock on your door and there it is. The entire staff are wonderful and helpful. The only one flaw, and this is for the ladies reading, is the hair dryer is horrible. LOVED it!

It will be 4 stars if they will maintain it properly. Lots of small bits which don't work. Otherwise, great location, friendly personel, not bad room, fair price clean and safe.

This quaint boutique hotel is just lovely! We stayed on the top floor in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus balcony and a view to die for! The smaller twin bed room was upstairs and had a nice bathroom and tv. The larger room was wonderful and comfortable! It had a refrigerator and a large bathroom. The views were breathtaking and we had breakfast on our rooftop balcony every morning. I spent a lot of time enjoying the duomo just outside our window, it was like in a movie. I just loved it. I should mention that there is no elevator and the stairs, though very nice to look at are a bit of a hike. I didn't mind it and thought it was worth every step! My boyfriend wasn't as accepting as myself, he loved everything but hated the trek up the stairs at the end of our day. Teatro Pace is very centrally located and it was easy to get all around Rome from where we stayed and it was right behind the largest piazza in Rome, lots to do and see! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everyone there was accommodation and super nice! I will never forget it!

Fell in love with my little room in Rome. The hotels location was perfectly situated for seeing all the sights, within walking distance & the neighborhood was full of life yet had more of a local feel than other touristy parts of town. The service was wonderful & having breakfast in bed every morning was a real treat. Thank you Hotel Teatro Pace!

Excellent stay. Extremely cozy and near some great places to eat. Very friendly staff. Definitely a highlight of first time traveling internationally. Hope to go back soon!

Next door to the Steelers bar. Perfect location to easily walk or Uber to everywhere on your list. Because of their smaller size they pay more to the online booking companies. Call them direct and ask them for a better rate. There is no elevator so be prepared.

Excellent gem in center part of town, and great low prices. Was there off season, staff was extremely friendly. Old aristocratic feel, get the room with the view on Teatro Pace street. Magical.

Great location near Piazza Navona. The hotel is fully responsible for its 3*. The attentive staff. Pay attention to the description of the hotel — there is no Elevator, but staff will always help with Luggage.

I stayed here for a week and enjoyed the hotel as well as the location. It's in a quaint area offering almost everything. As another has noted the rooms are indeed small, but since I was alone more than adequate. The only negative is a spiral stairway that leads to rooms on all but the first floor-there is no elevator. As I was spending a month in Europe my bag was filled to the airline weight max. Thank goodness for a bellhop. I would happily stay again.

I was a guest several years ago. The location to Piazza Novena and the rest of Rome is excellent. The accommodations, although small from an American perspective, surpass in other areas of cleanliness, decor, and view. The staff is excellent and relied upon them for advice on local restaurants, events, and places to visit. On this particular trip I missed my plane and they provided a room at the same rate for my stay. There's a cheap sandwich place.
