What I love the most about this accommodation. Aside from everything that you will experience in a 5 star hotel was the people working on this place. From answering email. Warm welcome. Specially at the restaurant. Very kind and friendly. Maria and George were our favorites. From dinner to breakfast. Giacomo very helpful. Love the food.

Upon arriving at the Palazzo Venart via the private pier we were greeted warmly by impecable staff. Our room was enchanting, the breakfast incredible and the ambiance stunning. The location is the very best in Venice — quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle which is all just a short stroll away; the city-side entrance to be found hidden tantilisingly away in a web of utterly charming Venitian alleys. We would only ever stay here when in Venice. Perfecto!

A very mixed experience. The breakfast and the courtyard are great quality, but beware of the difference in room quality on the first floor! We spent our honeymoon there (Sept 2017) and even though I had ordered a Prestige Room (easily Eur 400/night), we found ourselves in a dark, quirky room with low ceilings, a weird interior and a small bathroom. Not what we expected! I would say that it destroyed the first half of our honeymoon… When leaving the hotel, we also noted these comments in the hotel guest book, but never got a response, so I guess they don’t bother to read their own guest book…

One of the big positives is the dock. Taxi directly to the hotel is a big deal. Classic Palazzo with excellent restaurant. Staff treated us great.

I can easily say that it was the best hotel we staid in! I staid with my wife for 3 nights and this is way it was so good: 1. The main reason this is the best hotel was the hotel staff. In the restaurant and in the reception they were so incredible nice and so wanting to help and serve. They always gave us more than we asked with a big smile! We never felt it so strong in any other hotel. 2. Beautiful hotel! The lobby, (there is one amazing in the second floor) 3. Beautiful room, all very clean and beautiful Renaissance design. 4. Great location near the grand canal so very easy to come with the bout from the air port. (2 minutes walk from San Stae station)   5. The breakfast is served as a sheff restaurant, beautiful design and delicious! 6. I believe that one of the reasons that this hotel is functioning so good is that you can see the very Italian hotel owner every day checking that all is perfect. He came to us to represent himself and told us that we can come to him personally if we need anything. For sure this will be our hotel again in our next visit to Venice.

Just exquisite! A remarkable place with impeccable service… there is no place better! Jiacomo and Mirka were just outstanding in their genuine hospitality. An absolute must for anyone and will be a return trip for us!

Incredible is an understatement. More than a hotel, Venart is one of the best experiences you’ll ever have. Every detail in every room has a story, from the terrazzo floors to each piece of art in my room. The best meal I had in Venice was in the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wedding I attended on the hotel grounds was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Too many things… arrival by water taxi on your own docking walking through those gates you ferl like a rich merchant of Venice back in the 1400. Transform your self to era by gone.

entering one of 18 rooms you are in your own home.
with dreamlike bedroom all of different and individual characteristic have their own …charm
I promise thete is no hotel like this in Venice.

even the waiters have charm when they serve your perfect breakfast. Snooth blend Orange, pineapple and hint of ginger to wake you up.
presentation at the restaurant is but of course perfect.
even the the staff in th restaurant effortlessly converse. Angelo says good morning and welcome chat from one language to another. Bonjour Ca va mme your bien… good morning madame. In perfect English. Then #italian… your are a personal guest I your

Frankly, the employees are really at the small care but the hotel prices are exorbitant… €150 a dinner, €10 peanuts, no but not to exaggerate anyway…
The hotel is very clean and well cleaned.
Lower the price!

Hard to imagine, this turned out to be a Taiwan Hotel Group operates the five-star hotel, the service and food are very good!
I believe that we will soon again visit.

Excellent stay here in Venice! The breakfast at the hotel is phenomenal.

A wonderful hotel. The rooms were very charming and the area is close enough to the busy streets for convince but quiet enough to escape. Among Mirka was especially helpful in arranging things.

Beautiful hotel in Venice. We had the luxury of the suite at the top overlooking the front gardens and it was incredible. The restaurant was incredible too. Only downsides were expensive minibar, small bath when there looked like there was room for a big tub and no good coffee machine in the room!

Amazing 5* hotel. Expensive enough so it should be, but for a very rare treat, fully recommended. Staff were fantastic and hotel is beautiful. The corridors are perfumed with a subtle background music that presents an enchanting atmosphere. Restaurant was also very good but very quiet when we were there.

Can come to such a beautiful place,
I am proud to be a Taiwanese.
The portions of the meal are very elegant and creative,
Service is also very thoughtful heart ~ ~

Wonderful, starry cuisine.

Really surprise to find this little hidden five star gem in Venice… The service was superb. And interior is so detailed and uniquely Venetian. And the food… is sooo yummy (heard the chef actually got 2 michelin stars…)
