Bed and Breakfast

The best thing about this place is that it is very close everything, breakfast acceptable. The bed disappointed me quite as it was supposed to be extra large and they were 2 beds of a square attached, and the mattress was sunk, the bathroom is out of the room which is with key, sometimes it is somewhat uncomfortable to walk close and opening that As it is a department, which are several rooms, I find that it is very expensive for what it is actually.

Excellent place to base your Venice visit.

Great reception. Nicola understands and speaks French. We had access to a whole apartment equipped just for us, it allowed us to make good dishes. Very comfortable and clean. Right in the centre of Venice, easy to reach. This was a successful stay. We will recommend this B&B without hesitation. Thank you Nicola!

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

The room smells of moldy and heating idling, at par that all goes well, a good renovation of the furniture would be a plus, but I still give a three note for the location.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice! Excellent location with restaurants and food market nearby and few minutes walk to the ferry. Highly recommend this place!

Bed without breakfast. A rip off. A hostel with the price of a 5 star hotel. No toiletries. Nothing in the room. No tv. Sheets and towels dirty and stauned yellow which were never changed. The room was never cleaned. Signs everywhere asking not to touch the walls as they were 'recently painted'. Avoid at all cost!

Right in the centre of Venice. Walking distance to everywhere. Very close to water bus station if you are not a fan of walking. Nice room, lovely staff, 3 different Wi-Fi routers.

Really friendly and easy going staff. Nice rooms with view over one of the smaller canals. Excellent breakfast.

This was a great place to stay in Venice. Our room was very clean and the bathroom we had was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and always attentive to any requests or information we needed. The location of the facility is also great, nice and quiet to sleep at night, but an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge or San Marco's Square.

Convenient location. Friendly servive. Room is ok, nothing special. Breakfast truly needs work.

A great place to stay. The location is excellent; close to St Mark's and the Rialto, but quiet. We paid for a triple classic room and actually got the flat which meant our daughter had a separate bedroom. Everyone was so helpful. The breakfast tray in the room was plentiful. Very clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

Venice is beautiful… and made more beautiful because of the warm hospitality and gracious service given to us by Monica. We truly loved our stay at her place… breakfast was yummy, rooms clean & very comfortable and Monica's place is walking distance to all tourist spots & then some! we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Monica's place when we return to Venice!

My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Europe. While in Venice we had the pleasure of staying at Monica's house. We couldn't have asked for a more gracious hostess or a better location. It is centrally located and will put you near all the places you will most likely will go to within a few minutes. We highly recommend this B&B!
