The room had no control of the air conditioning, there were 27 degrees at 22 HRS
Only the location is good, I wouldn't recommend it.

Book by booking and places to call a half hour before to check in. I was calling from 11 up to more than the 15 and I went out that that number is not available. You to try again later. I went up there sick and tired of calling and not to give tone and I find the closed door with the sign open. Thankfully, the neighbors were very attentive and helped me but I had to find another place. The girl came in a hurry gave me the key take me to the room, and it was. At least the girl speaks English and was not disrespectful. The night arrives a guy is rude to who has the keys to the house. We try to talk with him and says that if this morning at 11 that I talk with in the office. The site is not bad it seems that everything is clean, there are only a few mosquitoes and so I guess that is because Venice is surrounded by water. In addition, the breakfast gets here, that is free and not worth 5€. In general I do not recommend this place.

Small NBB who does his job: Single room with a shared bathroom, close to the bus station, nothing more, perfect for a short stay as affordable price.

Good location and good price. The girl who attended Majísisma. Simple room, clean and very comfortable mattress, heating, air and TV. The Wi-Fi did not have great coverage. Close to the train station, bus and Vaporetto stop going to the airport. But something that led us to choose this place was the kitchen I had. And when they arrived they told us we couldn't use it. That was a shame! otherwise. To sleep and spend the day enjoying Venice perfect.

We book't for one price and when we arrive there they took us 200 euro over the price and 50 euro over book cose our train got late and we got late too… this is hijack… but is was night and it was raining and we didn't now nothing about Venice so… we let ourself be hijacked by that owner… that was a sad begining of our stay there, but that was all, nothing after can break the mirifical venice… is just beauty everywere, in every corner… enjoy your stay, not to this place iff they try to stole your money like they did to us…

Attention magnifies, a super attentive and polite girl who spoke to us in English.
Super clean room with comfy beds and a super spacious bathroom that works perfect.
Out the window you see a canal and two bridges but you don't have any bad smell.
Two minutes a huge parking lot to leave the car.

This was the worst place I've ever had. The host's personality and attitude were very annoying me and he didn't care about the guests. And there was no elevator going to the room so we should have go up high stairs carrying heavy carriers. The room was very old and not good for expensive price and bed blanket was dirty that had a lot of hairs and dust.

A nice apartment on the entrance of venecia. Very peaceful and very clean. The bathroom was very small and you have to pay an extra fee on the check in.

Excellent pizza for a good price. Standard Italian service/menu. Would recommend.

The room was a little small but was really comfortable and neatly maintained. They provide kitchen to make your own breakfast/food By breakfast they mean you can cook your breakfast in kitchen, they dont provide breakfast. Wi-Fi never connected in the hotel room which was a big dissapointment. Its close to the water so better to book a room at the top floor to get a beautiful view.

It was a horrible stay. Wifi didn't work at all even when I stood up in front of the Wi-Fi stop. Also, the triple room was divided into two floors: the bed on the second floor was just beside the heater and it was really noisy, couldn't sleep at all. We couldn't leave our baggages after check out, and it was 9 euros to keep our bagagges in the train station (eventhough the host told us it's free). The host didn't speak English at all.

Great location Very close to S. Lucia Station. Shared bathroom. Poor cleaning. Nice room that overlooks the lagoon. Ceck in by 20 o'clock. Otherwise you pay supplement of 20 euros. Ceck out by 11 o'clock. The only downside is to climb 2 long steps to get to the room.

A bit touristy for my taste. Anyway you eat well.

Very very good drinks here I loved it would highly recommend.

The Location was quite good situated and the breakfest at a Kiosk (with a voutcher) was very good and the best on Ai Tre Ponit. But the 2 room appartment was quite shabby and the bathroom was realy shabby, also the kitchen — we do not know how other appartments look like. You pay about 150-200 € — but the value is less 20 € / night.

It was affordable compare to near hotels. A great place for an economical budget. It was very close to the people mover that connects to all cruise terminal. There is a near by ice cream aka gelato they best place. Ask the front deck on how to get around and local dinning places.

The service is poor and expensive, the food is not that great. Awful experience.

Not too expensive to be in Venice.
