Spotless and with all the amenities including the bed I found comfortable. Better than a hotel. Despite being in a central street the rooms are really soundproofed. I would have given everything an even higher score if it wasn't for breakfast than aihme at the affiliated bar, it was a real sadness. Secondly the fact that it is very close to Central Station is a big plus but the neighborhood and the palaces around looked a lot like a Casba. However nothing to really say about the management of the B&B and the kindness and availability of Domenico, one of the managers of the structure.

We stayed at VistaViva for 10 nights in the Deluxe Room. The interior is very modern, friendly, clean and the bathroom is very chic. The whole B&B was made with love for the detail. VistaViva is just a few minutes walking from the train station which makes it perfect for people who want to explore not only Naples or arrive with the Alibus or by train. You can also reach the ferries to Capri, Ischia and Procida within 15 minutes. The best thing about this accommodation are the hosts. Very friendly, enthousiast, kind and helpful. If you need anything to know about the Barbonica, Sorrento or beaches ask Francesco! Domenico, Valeria & Mimmo are also very very kind! For shopping tips Valeria can help you out. They even helped us bring our bags downstairs. They are also very flexible with extra wishes, we had to leave very early to Capri and Francesco managed to give us our breakfast the night before. They do also have a little Information sheet with good restaurants, bakeries and gelaterias in Naples which was very helpful. All in all we can really recommend this B&B and the hosts and wish the best for them for the future.

More than excellent. Courtesy courtesy elegance comfort and location. Two steps from the station but also from the center. Great to discover the city was the first time for us. The owners 3 guys very hospitable and ready for any question. Traveling a lot we found living view one of the best bed and breakfasts in the world… and what a breakfast! The Neapolitan tradition from the morning!

Nice place to stay. The rooms were big & clean had a balcony & includedall the baic amneties. The owners were really kind and they were always available. The breakfast was also good. Would def like to visit again.

We were dumbfounded after seeing the room. Modern environment and full of comfort. Fridge in the room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi etc. Etc… What about more, which is also cheap? Yes it is, really the top. Surely we will return.

Location: 5 stars. It is just a few steps from the station and the centre and connected to the rest of Naples by the tram network.
Style: 5 stars. Furnished with care and passion and a touch of design that gives it character. Extremely comfortable bed and bathroom equipped with every comfort.
Cleanliness: 5 stars.
Managers: 5 stars. Polite and courteous, they make themselves available for every need of the guest. Present from morning to 7.30 to 20 in the evening and still available.
Breakfast: 5 stars. Exceptional! Typical fresh baked products every morning and gluten free foods.

I had the pleasure of being one of the very first customers of this B&B and it was a positive experience across the board!
The structure is brand new and cared for in detail and is in a great strategic position both to reach the center on foot and to use public transport.
The rooms are spotless, spacious, bright, well-appointed and full of comfort (spacious en suite bathroom, television, heating and air conditioning, tea maker and coffee maker in pods, hairdryer, full length mirror).
The breakfast buffet is stocked with a lot of typical fresh baked goods every morning. Sfogliatelle, Pastiera, Taralli suet and almonds, a real dream!
Icing on the cake, the owners are professional, kind and know the city very well and they gave me some very good tips on where to eat and what to visit. I recommend it, it is rare to find such a high quality-price ratio.

It's a pleasure to write the first review about this fantastic B&B! Let's start from the most important thing: the manager, I knew Mimmo well enough and I can say that he is a person of rare elegance, friendliness and competence… Ask him everything and he will know how to help you. Offers a reception service from 7.30 to 20.00 when many B&B's in the area don't even know what the reception service is, it also has the phone at your fingertips. The apartment is something really fantastic; It is located in a historical building in good condition (in Naples there are not many) on the third floor without lift, but the stairs do not have the famous Neapolitan "steps", are made in fluency; It has also been completely renovated with taste and professionalism. It has 6 total rooms, each with balcony or window, and therefore all very bright (the suite has even three balconies overlooking the main road, for the difference in price with the other rooms is what I recommend). The furniture is new and quality, the thing that surprised me most is the bathroom… In every room has been obtained one in a way to say the least genius. Entering the apartment there is a disengagement in which there is the reception, to follow a large room relax/breakfast. From the breakfast room you can also access the suite, le. Other rooms are in the hallway. Each room is numbered and has a key, and has a bathroom, wardrobe, coffee table/desk.
