Avisa Nila Beach Resort Resort

The property is amazing but the restaurant staff is not up to the mark. Firstly they do not prepare sufficient quantity of breakfast (In fact night before our checkout date they came to ask us if we were having breakfast the next morning or not? ) their breakfast spread finishes within an hour of starting. And they do not refill unless and until insisted. For every item they will say it's finished. When asked will we get more? They say khatam ho gaya. So their style of buffet is that " first come first serve, second come no serve" Basically on a holiday they make you feel as if you are in a hostel where you will have to rush to the canteen else if you are late every thing will finish. We stayed there two days, both days we ordered al-a-carta despite being on a with breakfast stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights as our family trip, hotel management was kind enough to upgrade our all 3 rooms to sea view rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Room had pool and sea view which was very good. Beach was just walking distance from the resort. Food quality was also good. Hotel has also helped us for boat ride for various sight seeings. Kids enjoyed alot in pool and play area. Rooms sizes were relatively bigger and had all the amenities, Hotel staff was very helpful. Everything went perfect and as planned. I will definitely recommend this to others and will visit again in the future. This is one of the best stay option in Tarkarli devbag area.

Resort with a private beach and a pool… Peaceful atmosphere … Scenic view of tarkarli coastline and white sand. Even rooms were well maintained and clean. Good lighting… Specially view from the sea facing rooms was a treat for eyes.

The first thing you will notice will be the view from the resort. A pleasant Sea view from big glass doors to have the view. Beech is accessible just in a minute. Swimming pool also available. Looks like a 4 star resort. Good food these guys have there own restaurant. You can try around water sports just a few minutes away from the resort location. Good room service only 1 thing Cable was not working.

If you want to stay in a horrible place with pathetic service this is the place to be. The resort is for namesake. It's got 2 buildings with room which are poorly maintained. Rooms are overpriced and are dirty, bathroom has a weird layout and food is very average. They are highly understaffed. The infinity pool is like a normal pool nothing great about it. They play crappy music in evening at high volume so if you are lookong for peace this is not the place to be. The only good thing is that one can enjoy the direct access to the beach. However save yourself the trouble and don't bother living here.

Hotel is good food quality is not that much good compared to cost. Rooms are excellent but much costlier. Nice location for family trip.

We usually book this place for our official stay at Tarkarli Earlier when this place was new it was good But from my past 3 experiences not at good place to have food stay is ok After placing order we have to sit for minimum 2 to 2 and half hours for food to serve If u order masala papad which u need before meal u will get it after meal Also earlier hospitality offered was also good now it has gone bad, they actually make noise while placing plates or glasses If u ask for water I'm sure u will get it after 15 mins Plus point of this place is sea view and swimming pool Last time we told them to give us good bill they said they don't entertainment walkin customers than what's the use to having restaurant.

Good resort. Only drawback is washroom. The basic arrangement is not ryt. Rest the staff is very helpful and the area is clean and beautiful.

Location and Rooms are great but, restaurant service is very poor as they are badly understaffed, they need more staff to manage a big crowd at the restaurant.

The places about 10 to 12 kilometres from Sindhudurg. The resort is a comfortable place with beautiful rooms. It has a swimming pool which can be used for kids to play or enjoy. What is next to the sea so you can walk zdown straight into the sea. good seafood and vegetarian foodis available. Cons Poor Internet and mobile connectivity.

Friends… just recently we had been at Avisa Nila. It is one of the best resort & only resort with swimming pool in Malvan. We had stayed in Deluxe Premium Sea View room, it was spacious room & also very spacious bathroom. Safe place for family, food was also awesome.

Great location, yummy food… enjoyed the pool side caffee and gupsup with friends till late night.

Awesome place fr a weekend get out. Very close to the beach. Room service, food, rooms, bathroom everything was just perfect. But as promised the pool was dirty. I asked the manager to clean it up. No response yet. Contact polly Fernandes for scuba diving.

The place where I keep repeating going again and again. A perfect getaway place for all those who want to resort to calm and peaceful time from their hectic life and yet enjoy. The staff are humble n courteous. The restaurant has authentic Indian chinese tandoori and malwan delicacies. Overall the stay is worth an experience and the money you pay.

Descent hotel with reasonable rates which are negotiable, rooms are big, A/C was not up to mark, pool and beach front is small but reasonable for money, services was not up to the mark. Go for cheap rates and beach.

This is my second time stay in same hotel but service completely different from my first visit… they charge me 4500 per night… TV is not working till 10.30 pm, only 2 pouch of tea and 2 pouch of coffess 2 pouch of sugar wich is not sufficient for 2 person, I told them to give me 2 pouch more they said u have to pay for that, than I order redy tea they say cook is not available,, worst part is toilet stinck like gutter all the time we use perfume whenever we use the toilet … in 2012 hotel is too good so that we visit agin the same hotel but totally loss of my money …

Best place to stay in Tarkarli — Devbaug — Avisa Nila Beach Resort! This was my 4th stay at this place and would be back soon. Awesome location, large clean room and bathroom with modern amenities, well maintained premise and newly added swimming pool makes it a perfect place to stay. Food is decent and staff is courteous and caring.
