Awesome Tsunami Island, Calm & peaceful but … Huge crowd may off mood you, no Govt control over rates of boats, better visit during Exam period, Go for Bhogawe beach, Niwati Beach, Dolphin Ride…

We booked out room in the resort for four days after reading reviews on the different websites. The tariff is high to the kind of service offered. You have to order food two-three hours in advance. Even after ordering the person on the reception will not tell the menu and they served us the same food which was cooked in the afternoon and told us that for one person they can't cook. Tea in the room was priced at Rs 60/-. Veg Thali cost — Rs 130 and if you take dal and rice extra it would cost you Rs 280. We saw most of the guest eating outside tapri and then realised the reason. No difference in view it is the same on all floors but charges differ immensely. Only plus point is the good view which most of the quality resorts in the area offer. Do your research and then make your decision.

Average place to Stay, Rooms are clean but wash rooms are small and of average quality and cleanliness, food is just the same on all days. Break fast is just poha and upma on all days.

Needless to say you are here for the watersports but the view around is amazing. Go for package deal if you are really into it. We enjoyed parasailing, which was beautiful. The view from above was amazing! They also provide for two dips at extra charge but we didn't opt. Don't miss the local"ukdi modak' and snacks on the beach. However a word of caution as there was an incident of jellyfish attack over here too. A small girl of 7 years was attack leaving her in agony for almost an hour. It was most unexpected on shore but then no harm being cautious.

Good for anglers, has a ramp on which you can sit and fish. Place is a bit on the expensive side, considering other options around.

Nice scenic river view rooms. Service is good. Food quality is average, quantity is not upto the price, so I suggest you speak to local household around for better deals. On one side of the devbag road is river and other side is sea and this property offers you the quietness of riverview, while you can always walk down to the sea in 5 mins. Food and room prices are expensive but so is every other property around. GST is charged extra on everything. Kids have a closed compound to play so it's safe that ways. 24x7 hot water is available. Staff is helpful and polite. Property is well maintained since 11 years. Ferry rides are offered from hotels backdoor, staff will help you. They will also give you references for scuba diving and water sports activity and the referred names are good people with trusted experience. I did scuba with Shamika water sports with a satisfied experience.

It's a good place to stay where one can relax and enjoy lake side view. Beach is just 5 mins walking distance. There are many cottages and resorts which are bang on the beach but I liked this place because there is beautiful scenic view from your balcony. Couple or a group of 20 people can enjoy the stay as you need not worry about kids safety. Nice place to click ample of selfies and groupfies. Food quality is good but costly instead one can have lunch, dinner and breakfast in a small stall which is just opposite to the hotel. Nice service by staff, rooms are clean, 24 hrs hot water. We were charged 4100 + tax in mid October, brkfast not included. Would surely love to visit this resort.

Clean and well maintained rooms and great view of the river. Great service by the staff. Very polite and courteous. The inhouse food is a bit on pricier side. Cheaper food options are available nearby. Overall a great experience though. No complaints :)

Rooms are good, No food orRestauranr service, Limited option. Some better options are Blue water resort, Avisa Nila and Ocean bliss.

This is a narrow strip of land dividing the Arabian sea on the right side and the river Kalu on the left. The river meets the sea at the Sangam. It feels awesome to stand at the tip of the sangam and watch river and sea on three sides.

Nice peaceful place in between Creek and sea. Wonderful Creek view from wide windows. All amenities. Supportive staff.

Poor Service, Rotten food, No card payment accepted, Staff will cheat you on providing services, Stained bedsheets and pillow.

The only beach is very dirty. Lots of crabs. Swim and sunbathe here will not work.
