Firstly resort staff is very nice, after that location is very good, and it is very clean and it's on seashore.

Plus : Located on beach front of Deobaug. Property is ok… staff courteous and responsive. Minus : Food too costly particularly fish items. Fish not fresh. Chicken items good. Average veg items. Property old hence manitainance issues as Ac etc. Not owrht he cost they quote.

Excellent property but needs maintenance. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Service was bit slow when we visited but staff is very customer friendly. Nicely situated property gives you access to the beach from the property itself. If they maintain a property its a very nice place for couple or family of group bookings as well. Great experience for us. Location is very peacefull and food is also good. Due to some local regional jatra during end of jan 18 they were having shortage of staff and the same resulted in delayed service on food ordering. The manager suggested its a very rare case and they are trying their best. Excellent place to staywith peaceful surroundings.

Its a good place to stay with family. If you don't mind spending extra bucks, thus a peaceful place to stay with family. Rooms are sufficiently spacecious and neat. Its a good hotel with good facilities. Bathrooms are clean with all facilities. Ac, Tv intercom all are good. Restaurant food is good. Take too much time in preparation of food, as we stayed durong holiday season. Morning breakfast is good. Overall good experience. Parking is ample for 6-7 cars. Not more. On road location. Lawn. Garden swings for kids. Balcony is good. Backside door to the beach. So kind of private beach with mostly hotel crowd only, also a cleaner beach.

It was wonderful experience we enjoyed a lot. We will recommend our friends to visit. Hospitality was awesome. Cleanliness and food is marvelous.

Food served was not tasty. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby.

Very awesome, the resort is peaceful, beautiful and calm. The private beach behind is the main thing, you can have sunset meal there if you want. Food is very malvani, with coconuts, that's what I didn't like but you can get other cuisines also. You get to see sunset right from your room which so awesome that you'll return to this hotel again and again… I've been here twice. Best hotel in Devbag.

Average I say, I would suggest Chiwla beach. Better than MIDC beach.

Good place to hangout. Decent price and rooms are good. If you want sea view, insist on 2nd floor room on left side. Reaching hotel without personal vehicle is a hell of experience though. But that is the case with any hotel in Tarkarli. Auto rickshaw takes 600 from Mumbai Goa highway or from railway station. No bargaining allowed as they know, tourists have no other option to travel.

These people know the value their customers. Best place in area for food. Very tasty food in right price. He offer north Indian, chicken, Chinese & fish. Food for two should cost around 600-800. No option of alcohol but he will allow if you wanna carry it yourself. Hospitality of this people is totally exceptional.

Overall hotel is good, rooms are nice, view from balcony fantastic, food is ok, staff is helpful, main desk staff is always confused. … Overall experience was ok. Will like to come back again.

Horrible Staff! Hotel management is only behind making money. No hospitality. Worst restaurant service. Actual tariff card room rents are very less than the quotes given over mail or sent online. There is no answer with anyone from hotel management for proper justification of huge room rents. Very less parking space. Small restaurant. Hotel is still under construction. I would suggest for visitors to go for other cheap and much better options rather than "BWR". If you still book this hotel you will be next immediate person to write your so called "BAD" experience in this review chain. — Amar.

Worst Experience! I have experienced tough time with family and friends! 1. Pathetic Services. 2. Boorish / Impolite Staff. 3. Horrible experience for extraorbitant price. My Suggestion — Simply Avoid It.
