Very nice and friendly person at the reception. Made sure that I had a good and safe stay.

Super nice hotel. Very tasteful and stylish rooms. Great beds and quiet location.
Breakfast is lovingly prepared and plentiful.

(+) Nice and calm location nearby the main station (5 min walking), lots of restaurants and kiosks were around, very good breakfast with lots of tasty varieties, very clean and tidy room with lovely kitchenette to prepare light meals. (-) Reception has lack of information to guide a tourist: 1 — Since Hotel does not have any room service facility, we were in a great need to buy some food for diner on the day we ve arrived, we ‘ve asked the receptionist but she has informed us that all supermarkets are closing at 9 pm awa on Sundays… although we were very tired, we rushed to grab anything to eat and to buy since it was Saturday 8 pm. We were surprised to find lots of kiosks operating till 2 am and even more on Sundays! 2 — we wanted to buy a mobile line, the lady were not aware from where we can buy, she has simply said «  you have to ask at any tourist info desk » nearby the Rhein (25 — 35 min walking) While the area around were enough to find everything! -Although we put a « do not disturb «  the lady working at the reception were trying to open the room while were were in! When we opened the door and asked her why she is opening despite of the sign we put, she replied that she is sure we are not in the room, so she wanted to adjust the “do not disturb “ label! It was really a weird answer and strange behavior! -no air-conditioning at all either in reception or in rooms. We were hot in April. -no Safety box, no room service.

Private parking available. Düsseldorf city centre nearby. Wi-Fi is perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely perfect for the hotel. Highly recommended.

The first impression is not bad… Friendly committed staff… However, multicultural… Which is not necessarily bad… The choice at breakfast is ok ^ ^…
My biggest problem was the boss and her attitude to customer service… Not only that I €10 more per night were charged, no it also bothered no one that I complained for 4 days that my TV did not work…
After 3 days and X-times demands, I was sent to the janitor who had no idea of the technique… This went with the words: "I'm right back" but that was unfortunately not so… was never seen again…
The boss then referred to the TV provider… After the rest of the House could watch television, that was probably just a crude excuse…
Conclusion… Nice little hotel with friendly staff, however I advise hard to support hotels with this attitude at the customer…

That room does not keep what you promise is clear. But this hotel is a impudence! Cables hanging from the wall. Power strips where no single outlet works. The loo — in the bathroom — so small/cramped between the bathtub and the wall that you can hardly sit down…

A very nice hotel with extraordinarily beautiful rooms! Our room was even royal with an extremely large amount of space and a large bathroom. The décor is truly extraordinary. The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was very look good! Absolute recommendation for this hotel!

It doesn’t look amazing from the outside, with an understated frontage on a residential street. But inside the rooms are well-decorated. Not large, but perfectly comfortable. Staff are friendly and English-speaking, and were able to check us in earlier than their normal time and happily provided non-feather pillows for an allergy. Location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the main shopping streets and nearest Underground station, 10-minute walk to a mainline station serving the airport (about a 15-minute journey, €2.70 each in Dec 2017), and 15-minute walk to the Altstadt/Old Town and nearby tourist attractions (it took us longer because of the snow, ice and Christmas crowds). Lots of public transport options if you don’t want to walk it though. Good German restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight – extensive range of self-serve buffet food from around Europe, delicious ingredients, nicely presented, and some hot options too. For the busy Christmas period when the hotel was sold out, they were serving it from 7am right through to 11am. The room facilities could do with a bit of love – some bulbs in the ceiling fitting were dead, our refrigerator was not plugged in, its cord did not reach any visible socket, and when we did manage to plug it in (by stretching it taught against the room’s main door, so only a short-term solution! ), the fridge did not work.

Room pictures from the internet and from my room could not have been different! I thought, "Am I in the right hotel? " Very small, it has awfully after plastic/rubber stunk and the heater has made a caustic noise. But you didn't want to give me a new room — reason: Booked up?!?! After explaining the reasons to the supposed "chief receptionist" the next morning and she had been discussing it miserably with me, I didn't want to stay in this hotel for 2 nights and booked a 4 star hotel for the same room rate! The second night of the snotty was charged to all the abundance. Absolutely not recommended — I have seldom experienced such incompetence in hotels.

Maybe, sometimes it was hotel that deserved 3 stars, but today it is not. Should be renewed surely.

Strange old rooms, in which no sneakers, no bathrobes, no rosettes at the bed headboard (carried by the old? ) in the shower water flows to the floor in spite of the special screen.

Small breakfast room, had to wait the first morning for a free table, no bar despite that it was mentioned on the hotels features.

Wifi always has problems. Breakfast is bad, and I have seen small flying insect over food.

The Hotel (at least my room) is a real nuisance! The operators/owners I wish, for one night in the room what I had to spend the night. I don't think they will do this. Unfortunately I made the mistake, my window open because the room stank unbearably. I had on a kind of table climbing, since the window is in two meters height. Unfortunately, when you Open the whole Schmodder between the window and the window frame is located into the underlying bed like. First of all, the hotel owner, at least once a basic course in terms of hotel industry visit. For those who decide to stay here, I recommend more of a youth hostel or Hostel. There, you can get more comfort and less disgust like flies and hair in the bed. The only positive is the lady at the Desk noticed; friendly and helpful. Addendum: The longer I'm here, the more unglaublichere things happen in this shithole: an additional room, which for our rich extra baggage booked (and paid! ), was the second day is suddenly no longer available and we had to leave our Luggage in a basement store, which resembled a garbage dump. In between any Hotelordner, with "bills 2012" etc, were Characterized. This was probably the "office" of the accounting Department. The next day, I was reminded that I my Windows in my disgusting smelly room not open. No idea why. Meanwhile, there are also hot water again. Please, do yourself this disgusting "Hotel".
