Top Hotel Price performance is perfect… For a city trip the perfect hotel… The rooms clean and well maintained and the staff very nice!

Dirty hotel rooms. Nice staff. Everything is easily accessible from the hotel, but the location is not the most beautiful.

Decent hotel. Little things were there to complain but would book it again. The hotel is neatly furnished and the cleanliness is fine if you are not mega meticulous. Here and there sometimes a little dust and under the beds was unfortunately not always neatly sucked. In our case the bathroom was also updatable but up to the shower curtain and the open hygienic Trash can (personal view) acceptable. Unfortunately, on arrival there was the bottle of the predecessor in the room and the channel list for the TV was also not suitable (channels did not go and/or were not available). A "Please do Not Disturb" sign was not available in our room and was not delivered upon request. Pictures were made shortly before departure.

Recommended as a business hotel. Good breakfast. The free public transport ticket was a welcome addition.

I'm here for the 6th time. Very competent staff. Price-performance is right.

Dirty rooms, noisy street right before the hotel. My room smelled like poop even after opening the window for 5 hours straight. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good price, parking garage is around the corner. Staff spoke fluent english. Breakfast was fine. Noisy rooms, very small escalator. Anoying when a drunk/tipsy guest walks via the stair to their rooms in the middle of the night…

Very cozy hotel. Everything clean and well-groomed. Nice and helpful staff. I always feel very well cared for.

The hotel has 3 stars the staff but 5. All there very friendly! Nice ambiance.

But after all, the receptionist is nice. That's why there are still two stars.

Booked on business, 14 days before our planned stay, it was not possible to postpone the appointment for 2 days, although there were still rooms available. It was not even tried to offer us a solution but it was on non-free refundable insisted. Thumbs down and zero stars, thank you Akzent City-Hotel Düsseldorf!

Breakfast is still bad. Buy outside of hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel.
1) Very small rooms and bathroom
2) Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center (to the station 5 minutes on foot, to the Royal Alley 10-15 minutes), next to it a bar and several restaurants, at night very noisy. And there are some dumps around… When you go out in the morning, it starts to seem that you are in some world, and not in a major German city) ) ) )
3) The cost is too high for such rooms
4) Breakfast is skimpy, hotels are cheaper buffet more diverse
5) The bed is uncomfortable!

Great hotel-location-quality. 5 minutes walk from the railway station, near a bunch of Japanese restaurants with quality cuisine.

This is the worst Hotel I ever was. I travel professionally at least 1 time per month and this hotel reservation had to due to a trade fair, a total bust. The extremely small rooms (max. 12 sqm) extremely stank of old carpet and tobacco. The bathroom has no door, because no fit. There is also no curtain for the shower in the tub so that the carpet in front of the entrance was completely soaked. The single bed is made only for people under 1, 70 m and the comforters was terrible.
I would stay here ever again.

Well located, nice rooms which go far beyond the standard of a city hotel, and very, very friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet. We like to come back.

Today the hotel called because I had some questions about the food and the location because I wanted to be with my family and my father in a wheelchair sits. The Lady on the phone was very rude and discriminatory. Not to be recommended!

I've stayed 2 nights at the city hotel Düsseldorf because I was traveling for professional purposes in Düsseldorf. The hotel has a great location (5 min to Central station and 5 min to the city centre). The rooms have been recently renovated and very kompfortable for a 3 star hotel furnished. With the service, cleanliness and the breakfast I was very satisfied. Can Hotel only recommend, and does not understand some bad reviews here. For a 3 star hotel it is as very good.

The room was very good, we slept well.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was only lower mediocrity in contrast.
On another visit, we would forego breakfast.
We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the main railway station and city centre.

The double bed was prima, slept very well, 1 cushion would have to be gone.
Otherwise around around happy, even the small points of criticism locally have been fixed immediately sovereign.
Way to go.
