A nice hotel with competent and friendly staff.
I was a little irritated when I had to pay the room for my stay in advance late at night and even more than I had to pay a considerable additional payment on departure because of breakfast.
I'm not used to that from a good hotel.
Further dissatisfaction was caused by the bathroom with shower curtain and fixed shower head at 1.7m height.
Here you have to dislocate and cuddle with the curtain in order to be able to wash your hair.
For me, price performance is not quite right.

Standard hotel! You shouldn't expect any special rooms here.
We liked mattresses.
Rooms are very warm in summer. But you can borrow a fan.

Zimmer sauber. Personal freundlich. Matratzen bequem. Duschen leider nicht in allen Zimmern so praktisch, da Technik veraltet. Im Sommer in den Zimmer Recht warm, auf Anfrage erhält man aber einen Ventilator. Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Aber in meinen Augen eher ein 3* Hotel. Man sollte also nicht die höchsten Ansprüche haben.

Sehr nettes Personal und super frühstück toiletten sind sehr sauber.

Very central Hotel. Although the aesthetics are a bit dated the facilities are very comfortable, especially the beds and the rooms are large and cozy.
Attention from the staff is also very remarkable, professional people who caters to you with a big smile.
The best: The breakfast buffet. Definitely the best I have found in a hotel. Sausage, smoked fish, various kinds of cheese, many varieties of bread, a great coffee, etc. All fresh and high quality.
The worst: The shower is fixed on the wall and cannot be separated. She looks like a gilipoyez, but she screwed me.

The house is located on a rather busy street, looks from the outside like a residential building. When you enter the hotel, you will be in a spacious lobby and will be welcomed by friendly and competent staff. The room was clean and spacious. Only the bathroom urgently needs a renovation, but here everything was clean.
The breakfast buffet is sufficient to start the day. It's all there without being overloaded. Coffee specialities can be brought to the table on request.
The proximity to the main train station and the city is top. Both can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. If you don't want to go that far for dinner, you can get recommendations at the reception for restaurants that are even closer.
I felt very comfortable in the hotel. Many thanks to the entire team.

We booked a non-smoking room over the weekend. In the first sight the reception area/foyer is really pretty. The rooms are "reasonably clean". On the first step it smelled strongly from the bathroom. The smell was really not to be held. Of course we have complained about this and the colleague on the spot took care of it and cleaned the bathroom as soon as possible. We also recommended a smoking room as an alternative, but this is a no-go as a non-smoker. However, one should not place a younger couple on the same floor where wildly celebrating boys spread their good mood loudly (perhaps no different, but was annoying). There are no free parking facilities (but is normal in this district). Breakfast was the best of all. Conclusion: 3 stars.

This hotel is a joke do not stay here. Do not ask for a beer or they will call the police and accuse you of aggressive behaviour. We had to find alternetive accomadation at 11pm at night oh sorry did I say she called the police for us because we asked for a beer after we checked in. We only checked in at 11pm so we had no drink. If there was the lowest rating ever I would give it. Beware stay away from this hotel.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff. Room clean and functional. At Breakfast there was a limited choice but everything I needed was included. Located a few minutes walk from the centre of Düsseldorf.

Worst hotel ever. Worst customer service. Refused to serve drinks at 7pm. Rooms were very smelly. Do not recommend to anyone.

I can't complain, room was OK, staff very friendly, breakfast adequate, only 15 euros per day for use of underground parking I found too much. 8-10 euros would have been enough. The location of the hotel is great as the sights are all within a few minutes walking distance.

Stay away from this overpriced nightmare. — No Wi-Fi in the room, except for a small spot near the door (my request to fix it was ignored) — Quite loud (internal noises) — No parking spot, it's a challenge to park a car even for check in purposes — breakfast is extraordinarily expensive — bathroom is a horror, water flushing from a rooms above cause sudden noises in hydraulics… — extremely overpriced How did this place got four stars is a real mystery to me.

Rooms are outdated. No airco so way to hot inside. Opening a room doesn't help because it's noisy outside. Very weak Wi-Fi signal. The staff was annoyed when I asked for a fan. What a disappointment. Never again!

Elevator is nice, rooms have two twin mattresses instead of queens.

Total disaster — maximum of 2 star's flophouse. Deserves not the best Western logo.
Internet so lousy field strength, that I went through my own hotspot.
Booked non smoking rooms with parking — get the opposite.
Why is there still this stinking room for the same price?
Next Park house approximately 12 minutes on foot (Note case) and not signposted.
My conclusion: never again.

Hotel very in the years come. Breakfast very full. Have to wait on a table. Then on cutlery and coffee to wait. At the end, then also still werend cleared off of eating. Parking booked out. Well, it is different.

Veraltet und Zimmer einfach teuer. Viel Laerm da U-bahn arbeiten neben dem Hotel (bis 2014).
